What I like is that they don't try to sell you something you don't need. They try to find the best possible way to help you. You could tell the owner treats his employees well and they know what they are doing. I went in for a custom job on a 4runner and they did a great job. Best priced alignment in the area. I would definitely go again. Very happy with their work.Service: Wheel alignment

One of the attendants tried to sell me control arms for my car which I didn't need stating that the ones on my car were wrong. If they are wrong they won't fit. All I came in there for was alignment. They did an excellent job on the alignment but I don't like being hustled to make extra money especially when this place is very popular for just alignments only. I waited 4 hours after getting there at 7:45 am on a Saturday morning. Their system for knowing who got their first actually works but to wait 4 hours just to get an alignment is ridiculous.

New employees from the front desk a childish little child running the place over charging customers to the untrained ase certified misfit mechanics. Don't waste your time or money. Used to be the best shop on the Southside. People just don't take pride in their work anymore. The sign of the times save yourself some grief.

Spent almost a thousand dollars, only to be treated by the female receptionist with sarcasm, rudeness,and racism. Been a customer for 20 years and learned today there where new employees who had no customer service experience and the mechanics where a disaster. I will never return. What a fall from grace.

I used to take cars there when working at a dealership 20 years ago and some of the original guys are still there. They were the best then and still do a great job. Just had work done and the quality of the work is still there. Look on Yelp for phone number and reviews.Had worked done to my 2004 saturn vue that consisted of front frame repair. The frame cups that hold the isolator bushings on both sides had rusted severely becoming dangerous to drive the vehicle. Marquette frame looked at the problem and told me not to worry, they can handle the job. Now that the work has done I couldn't be happier. Their the best and here are some pics of the work performed. The Saturn's handling has greatly improved and now safe to drive.Thank you Dave at Marquette frame!

Give i could this place one star today I would after 20 years of coming here today was the worse the mechanics had attitudes and the customer sucks!!! The young lady at the front was very rude to a black man in the shop today I felt she was very very rude towards him and others are you guys prejudice because today showed me you were

2 stars reason being price is fantastic! But schedule is not accurate.. says it s open from 8-2 on Saturdays but I was there and waited an hour 8-9am and nothing

I came early like 8am early they already had 16 cars the guy told me call back at 1pm they close at 2pm..i called back and he got me in..I LOVE IT!!! he could have just said try back monday...but he didn't #GRATITUDE

They kept my daughter's car for almost a month after giving her several times frames of when it would be ready almost ever time she called. They kept giving her the run around regarding her part. She goes away for college so she had to drive back and forth or miss class if my car wasn't available, We had to rent cars, call off work, etc. A repair that should have cost a few hundred now costs US close to $2000. And to add insult to injury once her car was repaired, they called her numerous times in the middle of the day to pick it up when she's in class and I'm at work. They didn't offer a deal on the price or discounts. No convenience or empathy with this place. Please don't use this establishment if you have a job or kids or anything to do in life.

Marquette mechanic Jeff did a really horrible job on the front strut replacement, Jeff should have put these parts on my 2017 Chevy Trax. Strut, spring, spring seat insulator, strut boot, jounce bumper, strut mount, and bearing plate.�instead, Jeff used a quick strut. Which isn't a good install and noise occurs inside the SUV.Dave, the manager, is not honest because I came back a second time because the noise inside continues. I called back a third time. Dave said, "Bring it in again, and they'll take another look. I'm filing a complaint with the City Consumer Department. I wouldn't suggest that no one go here for any Strut work on a newer SUV. Had to take my SUV to the dealer to do the strut job, which is where the front struts were done correctly. Therefore, I spent money twice. Learned a serious lesson. Never go to the alley to get any mechanic work done. The dealer will do it right the first time. You will not be running back and forth.

Damir and Eric, "Used-to-be Bike Guy" and all the rest o' the crew...thank you for your assistance with my hit-and-run vehicle damage (I was the one hit!). I appreciated the up-front operational manner (and mannerisms!). For sure, I felt fully trustworthy of the skill level in the repair of my front wheel well. Vehicle runs much better now. Over priced .taking advantage of females and older people charged me 1300 to fix all lower control for all four. tire rods as well I asked to fix just 1, the 1 I originally asked to be fixed or the most damaged Il get my parts cheaper. He told me 600 for 1 control arm and tire rod. Mind you I came at 8am .I was told this at closing time. Very snobby and rude told me I was #10 they would call around 12 got there at 1 but new cars said I was next but 2 more cars went before me. The entire time the employee(s) were saying they re leaving early etc. I usually don t make reviews but come on now there isn t any mechanics we can trust these days 600 dollars I guess I have take advantage on my face because apparently they thought they had a goofy

I didn't know what to expect, but I had to wait in line which wasn't bad at all. They move quick to get you taken care of. I had a great experience here, it was an old mechanic shop which I liked. The guys that worked in the place are seasoned mechanics and actually talked to you and showed you what is wrong on your car before they worked on your car. Great experience, they do great work, I would recommend them for future work.

I went to this establishment for an wheel alignment. If you had a problem they would tell you so you could get it fix before getting an alignment. They would charge the customer $26 for that service. I went and what they did was still align my car and told me about the problem after the alignment. So I got the problem fix and came back for alignment. They did not warranty the first alignment. Then they still did a botched job. So I did not talk to Dave in front of customers I asked him outside to talk about my concerns and he was not willing to warranty the initial first alignment. Marquette has became very unprofessional. They lock you into the service by aligning cars just to get the cash. VERY BAD BUSINESS. I KNOW OF THIS BECAUSE I DONE USED THERE SERVICE FOR A WHILE. DON T USE THIS PLACE!!Service: Wheel alignment

Terrible I waited the first time for 4 hours for an alignment (which I told them to do both the first time and only did one them went back due to now the tire I was telling them to do is bad and now making the one I got done bad again so I went back so they made me wait another 4 hours I most definitely don t recommend this place customer service is terrible.

I Love Going Here, I never have a problem when it comes to getting my truck fixed by them. They have great prices n very friendly workers, going to them is the best this you could do. Oooo Weeee. I love this place. They do very good work. You can have your own parts and they will charge only for labor. How Awesome is that. The men in the shop are very nice and friendly. Prices are reasonable. It's a great place to take your car...Zoom Zoom..

Came in from out of town to visit the city, hit a HUGE pothole and my car would drive like it was about to fall apart. I googled this place and went there the next morning..... upon arrival I automatically felt that this place was nothing short of real professionalism!!It ended up being my strut, and my control arm.The mechanic recommended a few other things that should be replaced while I m there, also they found my rear control arms were bad making a noise that was bothering me for a while and other shops I took it too and spent countless dollars for nothing could never figure it out!!I figured while I m here go for it!After they replaced everything my car drove like new and the alignment was perfect!!As I went to pay I asked the big guy at the front desk is any warranty offered with this??He said yes LIFETIME ON PARTS, 1 year on labor!!I was thinking maybe 90days but for it being LIFETIME!! It was well worth every penny!!!I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone in need of suspension work, allignments, or Frame repair!!You get what you pay for! Good Service Isn t Cheap, and Cheap Service Isn t Good!!Big Thanks to the guys at Marquette Frame!! Will definitely come here for more work!!

Everything was smooth. I went for a wheel alignment and got exactly that. The technician was also able to find issues with my car that the dealer claimed to be fine. Only thing is you need to be there early if you want service. They are really popular and will get crowded. To me that speaks to their level of work.

I got the inspection, the price for work that needed to he done was reasonable. Because the parts were not on site, the work could not be done that day the parts would have to be ordered. Called the following week the parts had not been ordered, and the mechanic that serviced my vehicle was not working that day, and I would get a call back to let me know the status of the work order. No matter what day I called it was the same story. I have not received a reply yet.

They were great. I haven't been there for over twenty years. I decided to take my mom's Nissan Murano S in for a wheel alignment. Unfortunately! She needs several items to be replaced before they can perform a complete alignment. I'm going to order the neccessary parts, and install them myself. Then, I will take it back there before the Thanksgiving holiday.

My car hit a curb then hit a wall so it bent the frame bent it to where it was rubbing against my tire so I called up these guys and they got me right same day and they me told I had to get there early cause they was 1st come 1st serve got my Buick lacrosse there round 645am and they got to me 1st I left my car there for bout 8 maybe 9hrs and we was rolling again I feel the price was fair I appreciate the service Thanks

Guy was honest with me and gave me an estimate for work. He also told me beforehand that if I didn't accept the work, it would be $25 to make an assessment. The work needed was more than I could afford, so I paid my 25 and went on my way. I was given the estimate so I can either shop around or return later.

Came there 5 mins before opening waited 5 hours to be charged 25.00 only to be told work could not be performed. Everyone is given a paper for an inspection and has to pay this inspection fee if you haven't been there before. Only waived if they do the work which in my case would have come out to be 1,300 100 dollars more than wat I paid for my car. Would not recommend this place as it's a rip off
