A total scam!!He charged us $120 for the diagnosis of the car and when I asked for the paper work of the diagnosis he said that he doesn t have any!So literally payed $120 just to hear someone rambling nonsense in front of me. According to his nonexistent diagnosis he wanted to charge us triple the amount of the initial evaluation.Very unprofessional, that made me decide not to leave my car there and ask for a second opinion. Sad because he was recommended to us by a friend.
