I am so happy to have found Mario s Auto Repair, thanks to the wonderful (and well-earned) reviews that are posted about them. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest mechanics who provide excellent service at affordable prices. They are also friendly and professional. It is such a relief to find a place where I can take my car for repairs and know that it will be properly fixed from the start. They obviously care about the satisfaction of their customers and I highly recommend them.

As always great service from a great team!Never a let down. I called and spoke to the owner Mario himself and discussed work that I wanted done on my car. I needed to order tires for my car which I did. I had them delivered directly to Mario s. When they arrived I set up my appointment for all the work needed. When I picked up my car everything in detail was explained to me on the performed work. I couldn t be happier. If you are tired of going to mechanics that never get it right or don t tell you the truth look no more, Mario s Auto is the place to go.

I have brought my vehicle to Mario's Auto Repair in the past and have always been super happy with their work. They always are so friendly and explain everything so well best of all they always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Took my car yesterday around 2 pm for a starter replacement got it done next day at 1130 price is responsible quality work and backed up with warranty

Mario, nothing but the best. He knows his engine's he knows his cars. Years ago I would take my car to these places that supposedly could fix your car only to find out I had to take it back for the same problem, over and over. But when my neighbor recommended Mario's, every car I had ran like brand new. Thank you Mario and keep up the great work you do for us and the community. Wishing you and yours Happy Holiday's

Mario and his team did a great job to get me back on the street again safely when my breaks went out during my lunch break. The tow person came quickly and was very polite. Mario looked at the car and had it fixed before my work day was completed. Great job to Mario and his team. Mario and his team know the importance for good customer service and do a great job taking care of you, his customer.

Mario is a great mechanic. He knows his stuff and can diagnose and fix the problem at once. His honesty and fair prices keep me going back to his shop for all my auto repair needs. I refer him to my friends & family any time they need help with their cars.

I've been taking my cars to Mario's for 15 years. The level of service he provides is excellent. Beyond being an excellent mechanic, he always gives me accurate and trustworthy advice on various repair options taking into account the age and life expectancy of each vehicle.

I ve gone to Mario several times to have my car inspected and fixed. Honesty and great work is hard to come by in a mechanic, and he definitely has those qualities. His recommendations are also spot on.

"Honest, Fast & Friendly "Long story to my car's problem but I wasted $270 on a mechanics job the last time it was "serviced" only for my car to break down the same week (Dec 30th) My car sat in front of my house for 3 months I almost gave up on it. I was at the point where I wanted to junk it even though it's an 04 I had gave on it...after A LOT of procrastinating I decided to look up mechanics based on reviews. I found Mario's (crazy thing is I pass by that shop almost 3 times a week) & read all his wonderful reviews, I'm HAPPY & RELIEVED I chose him. Him and the other mechanic did a wonderful job, I got my car back the SAME day. I wish I would've searched a while back but nonetheless I'm glad I took it to Mario. Best part of it all was I wasn't charged what I had expected it was much, much less. I definitely will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

Been using Mario's Auto Repair for years. His shop is my GO TO for work I can not do, or don't want to tackle. He always calls with a diagnoses, and offers options before starting the work. I take him as a honest, trust worthy, knowledgeable man. I would, and do, highly recommend his shop for anyone in need of automobile service.

I have been to several auto shops throughout Chicago, including the dealer shop and I have to say this place is the best! After shopping around for years, and going through several vehicles, I discovered this place. Everyone is super nice, the prices are very very fair and they do not try to scam you into unnecessary services. I took 4 yrs of auto shop in high school so I have some automotive knowledge, and can tell when I'm being pushed to pay for something that my car doesn't need. This doesn't happen @ Mario's. I highly recommended this place, you wont be disappointed.

Mario has taken care of our cars for many years. This time we needed new front brakes. The repair was done right the first time and at a very fair price. Quality work done by quality people. Thank you Mario.

If you want quality work at a fair price this is the place to go. Mario and his crew have bent over backwards to take care of me more than once. I don't even live close to the shop anymore and won't go anywhere else.

I've been a totally satisfied customer for 5 - 6 years, and wouldn't think of putting my car's welfare and my safety under anyone else's care. Mario's work has always been performed on time and on budget. HIs diagnostics are on-the-nose, his repairs are 100% effective, and his customer service is driven by integrity and a hardcore work ethic.

I called to request a quote to take off 2 lug nuts and 2 lug studs, one on the rear wheel and one on the front wheel, which were shredded. The person over the phone tells me to determine a price and the repair, I must take my vehicle to the shop, so the mechanic can take a look at the problem. So, I took it, and without looking at it, I'm quoted $180-$200 for the repair.Problem1: They could have obviously quoted that price over the phone, since they never looked at my vehicle nor the damage. Instead, they wasted my time.Problem2: I was quoted an overly exaggerated price for the repair and parts!!! Before driving there, I had brought each lug stud and lug nut for $2 at an auto parts store. Lol.Outcome: I found a shop to do the repair for less than a 1/4 of the price Mario's wanted to charge me.Benefit: I got to expose myself to more people and conclude that I should never trust them with my vehicle nor should others, which in turn made me wiser. In addition, it has given me the opportunity to alert others of my experience there.

Mario's is the place where I've been taking my card for at least 15 years. When I lived in the city, it wasn't a far trip...now, I'm in the burbs, but I will still bring my car to Mario's. Mario is knowledgeable and has been doing great by me....thanks Mario

Great service all the time. Mario and Nikko are great techs always on point when it comes to my vehicle never any B.S. Great techs that now what they are talking about and now what they are doing. I highly recommend Mario s auto repair to anyone. Thanks again guys

Great work. Great people. Always find the problem and always fix it. It is pricey, but well worth it.. you pay for what you get. Mario is very humble and never B.S.'s the customer. Highly recommended.
