Last week my truck had several alert lights on. I called Marino very concerned. I m a Social Worker and work in various locations. When arriving at Marino nervous of being able to drive for work and getting truck fixed. To my surprise Marino took superb care of me. They reassured me repairs would be done timely and even gave me a rental to complete my work day. I was absolutely impressed and relieved with their customer service. After repairs were complete, they contacted me. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Jose was my attendant and he followed up with me even after I picked up my truck to ensure my needs were take care of. I absolutely love Marino. Best recommendation from family member I ve received. This is my 3rd vehicle and I m not looking to go anywhere else ever.

Been coming her for 5yrs now . My personal experience with multiple worker has always been great . Never felt like I was being taking advantage of because my knowledge of cars is very limited. I m always talk to, and explain things in a manner that I can understand. My recent experience with Jason and Jon (Jan) Was top 10 service. both gave me honest opinions didn t force work on me that I didn t need , that I thought did and got my vehicle back and running . when I had a concern right after work was done , I was told to bring it right back and it was checked again with no problem and no hesitation Really grateful. Would recommend

My service advisor was Kosta and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his team! Starting with pronouncing my name correctly (it sounds silly but something I've dealt with my whole life), listening to exactly what my issues were, repeating them back to me and showing me on paper to ensure accuracy and agreement, sending texts and checking in me in the waiting area to give me updates and following up to ensure my service was done to my satisfaction. I've purchased my last 2 Challengers from this dealership and the great service didn't stop there, I'm happy it carried into the service side too! I can't give enough compliments to everyone at MJCD!

The service is immediate, from the time u walk in until they finish working on my car. Carlos, my service rep,was very accommodating and nice. I cannot forget those, comfortable, ever present, leather sectionals that we get to sit in while we wait.My only negative is that I never received anything free, not even one oil change. I bought my car here in 2017. I bought the oil change packet, but when it was time for my next oil change, it had expired, after a year. There should not be an expiration, especially for people that don't drive their cars often.That is all.

My experience as always excellent. Didn't give a full 5 star review, because the staff will tell you that the service wait is at 2 weeks. Only reason. Not to blame Marino dealer for it, or the staff. So for your regular service maintenance plan it ahead of time and you'll be fine. For breakdowns, well go to church and start praying. To the staff at Marino, Thank for always taking care of my Jeep wrangler.

Jorge was really nice, which was honestly the only redeeming part about this appointment. unfortunately an oil change that I made an appointment for well ahead of time that was only supposed to take an hour to an hour and a half tops took 3 hours because the technicians lost track of my car and had I not messaged Jorge after close to 3 hours, who knows how long it would have taken, I ended up being late to pick up my daughter at school when that should never have been the case. Was really frustrated with the lack of organization and awareness.

My service advisor James was nice. But the overall department is a mess. It happened to me 3 times that they held my car for several days and didn t work on it. They also weren t truthful in the time frame they provided me of when my work would be done. And they didn t update me every day, they expected me to call and ask about my vehicle. Most of the time their answers were unhelpful. Just a very frustrating experience overall.

Good morning Bob. I cannot say enough fabulous things about the treatment I received from the moment I called to make the appointment till when I picked up my car. My car was with you for an extended period of time almost 3 week due to the repairs necessary. Jorge kept me updated. He is amazing. Thank you thank you for the exceptional service!!! I enjoyed my experience at Marino Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My car wouldn t start after the -0 degree weather and I took my car to the dealership. I worked with Jorge and he was great to work with. He kept me notified about my car and was easy to keep in contact. Definitely ask for him if you go

Went to this location based off reviews of local Jeep Dealers around my area and wasn't disappointed. The person helping me also sold me a package for 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotations for the price of less than 2 oil changes. Very satisfied.

I take my Jeep there for all its service needs. The service team is outstanding Thanks Steve C. for the quick and efficient service the last 2 times in. Special thanks to my sales person Jaylen who always checks up on me when I m in , even just routine maintenance. He makes sure I m satisfied and everything is running smooth.

Went in with engine light and transmission light concerns, Teresa helped me out and she was wonderful! Explained to me in a manner I understood to what was occurring with my 2020 Jeep compass and made a standard service memorable and outstanding! My car is driving as it did before the engine troubles ! Also realized my oil change was cheaper at this dealer than where I was going to, so got a double whammy on cost efficient and effective service! Definitely recommend, all the staff was friendly and helpful!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Service was excellent however once I picked up my vehicle, the entire cabin smelled of weed. Not sure if this is a new service offered by Marino. Definitely would have some explaining if pulled over by police and had to roll down my window.

It s very nice and friendly dealer. Everything is great except that I picked up my car after the service and noticed that the engine light was still on. I had to leave the car with dealer and picked up again one week later. Car has been running well after second service.

James Eby communicated with both myself and my daughter to keep us in the loop of the current events or information pertaining to the updates of my daughter's vehicle. He gives great feedback and has great customer service etiquette. Considering my daughter's car was towed there from Firestone, it did take a week before my daughter got her vehicle back. It's due to having other vehicles already scheduled for repair along in ordering parts for my daughter's car. Nevertheless, the job was done and we are very satisfied with Marino Dodge Chrysler Ram dealership!

I came to get an oil change on my car that was fine and they called and told me it was ready. However when I came to pick up my car they had me waiting over 20 minutes for it. I had to go and ask someone why it was taking so long to get my car. Ridiculous! It was not busy and there were a ton of employees standing around.

We had a fantastic experience front to back with Teresa in service. We needed a battery replaced, and jeep covered the tow, the repair, and even gave us a grand wagoneer as a loaner. It was so easy, transparent, and fully covered! What a slam dunk.

Did not like that service advisor Jame he seams to have an attitude because I wanted to speak to a manager cause he said I did not have an appointment when I did have one just whom ever took the appointment miss spelled my name, then after they were done with my jeep it was dirty I asked if they washed it he said no it not working but it was working. Make me not want to go back but I brought the special 3 oil change so I have to go back FYI service manager did help me with my appointment!

The service experience was great as usual. I always bring my vehicle to the Marino Service Center, and they always do a great job!! The Service Advisor (Frank) did a great job in keeping me informed on the repairs and when my vehicle would be ready. Keep up the great work!!
