The service was great, nick was easy to talk to explain the whole process before the job was done and after.I am a senior and disabled the whole staff treated me like family. And they job on my car is outstanding it look brand new.I will recommend Maaco to all my friends and family.I would like to thank each and every one of the them they all made me feel awesome and did such a great job . sorry I haven't taken a picture.

This is a pretty good app, definitely easy to earn money. However, l just started using it today so I'm not sure if it will stay this easy or if it will get harder plus I haven't tried out all the features yet. so I will update my review once l have some more time to use everything on the app.

You know, growing as a teenager driving and owning vehicles for the first time, you hear opinions from adults whom you tend to respect, give there analysis on certain Auto related business.These opinions can leave lasting impressions on those who may decide to frequent a particular business in the future.Do you buy GM or Ford?Domestic over Toyota or Honda?AutoZone over O'Reillys?Maaco for me growing up was one of those businesses that I would say my father, uncles, and other adults left me to believe that Maaco's body work was cheap as in sub standard, and that you would be better off going somewhere else.Maaco on 67th & Western work was far from the lasting impression that was once left in my mind so many ages ago.What made me go to Maaco on 67th & Western over several other places I shopped around for quotes?The price!Maaco repaired my damaged Driver's side Fender, and Bumper area for $1500 flat, where as other reputable Body Shops such as Goldcoast on the North side quoted me around $2500, Roseco on the East side quoted me at around $1900, and other well known businesses said that it would take $2500-3500 to do what Maaco was able to do, at a fraction of the cost.Maaco's body works restores your vehicle back to the state it was in, or something close to it, before you had your accident at a price you can afford.Maaco's body work would leave most people with an untrained eye or knowledge, that the vehicle had not been in an accident.The work is Streamlined and Clean leaving one proud to know that they made the right choice for there dollars and there vehicle, without sacrificing either of the two.Maaco, unfortunately had one slight defect in the transaction, which happened to relate to the turnaround time from the time of the initial deposit, to the end and completion of the service purchased.When initially quoted, I was told that the turnaround time would be Two days to get the parts in for my 2007 Lincoln MKX.That two days turned into basically two weeks to get all the parts in, installed, and finished.Granted the fact that the pandemic has greatly affected the United States Postal Services, various other deliveries, which, having taken into account, allowed me to exercise patience and not hassle Maaco about when the parts where to arrive?Once all the parts were in the work was completed the same day and I had my SUV back in the evening.However, pandemic or not, I was told two days, it took two weeks, and this is the only reason why this review and Maaco on Western, only receives 4 Stars, as opposed to 5.I would recommend that anyone go there and have your vehicle repaired.Owner Kush is Professional, Courteous, reasonable and Fair with his pricing and estimates, along with several pricing options.Maaco is the place to go & I'm glad that they were able to restore the luster that was at once lost related to their image and my vehicle.

I had Maaco paint the drivers side of my car after my body work guy prepared it for paint. Maaco did a good job painting and blending in a difficult gray metallic. The price was fair and the job was completed in about 3 days.

I took my car to this location in April to get body work done and paint on rear bumper. When I got my car back there was no primer on the repair work, I was able to see the holes were the repair was the bumper was a different color from the rest of my car. I have tried to reach the owner/ management to get this resolved and have not been able to reach him. I took my car back to have the repairs and paint done again. I don't recommend this location.

The service provided at this Maaco is exceptional! From The moment I called for an estimate, they were transparent about what needed to be done to my car. I was asked to bring my car in whenever, and that's the only way they'd really know what type of work it would need. Once I got there, they even remembered me from the phone conversation. We went outside to examine the vehicle, and I really appreciate the honesty. In the past I've had others lie about pricing and what really needed to be done. The customer service was great. I can tell he wasn't trying to make money but genuinely cared about helping me get my car fixed. They called me a few times with an update and some changes, that was really nice too. Once I got my car, omg I loved it! And the pricing was absolutely reasonable. Thank you so much for helping me out of this awful situation, and bringing my car back to life. I highly recommend this Maaco!

I paid them to do a few small paint repairs on a SUV, the estimate clearly shows what we discussed, and how the repairs would be done. The car is lightly driven, but I still wanted to restore the chips on it. When I picked the suv up it was against a wall, so you couldn t see one repaired area clearly. Later on in the day I m walking towards my car in the sun, and noticed they ve sloppily slapped touch up paint on the spot after I paid for a repair! I child could ve done this!!! This is not ok! I definitively wouldn t recommend their services if you care how your vehicle is treated! I will be following up, contacting BBB, and filing a small claim in court if need be!! People need to learn to do what they re paid for, and have integrity with their work!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These people were total professionals. From the no nonsense reception area to the entry level payment station.I loved it.Great paint job matching my pearl white 2014 car color with no problem. I admit, this wasn t my first choice. The insurance company had this shop on the list of businesses that would do the job at their price.I have State Farm as insurance so I didn t sweat it.Anyway, a job well done. To the point where I didn t have to have my own insurance company come in and save the day.

I needed a side mirror for my passenger side. Now, here is where the problem begin. It was a Saturday, April 2022. A young man ordered my mirror for my car over priced but in up being the wrong mirror. That wait was 2 weeks. The guys said that they will be able to repair it the following Saturday. I get there. We don't work on Saturday and they ordered the wrong mirror. Two more weeks I waited. It's May now, I received a call saying it's in and it can be done on Saturday. Not true again. Bottom line say no this place. Paint job only and that's maybe. The maaco on 67th western. That Nick really don't care. He need another job. This is not his calling. Stay away!

The service and Honesty qouted price were spot on. The car looks Great, and doing business with Gerald was a BLAST! A TOTAL PROFESSIONAL! I highly recommend for price and Quality of work. Trust Maaco. BIG UPS GUYS and Thank You.

Kush the owner was very helpful. Although the prices were a little on the high side. Kush was flexible and willing to negotiate. If you have a vehicle that needs major prep work. The prices go up dramatically. However if you don't need much prep. He gives fair prices on original paint as well as their in house paint.

Customer service is not the best and small jobs are ridiculously overpriced. The person at the front makes you feel like your business isn't even welcome, definitely wouldn't recommend. I didn't end up getting the scratches on my car fixed but no quality of the job I asked for could possibly be valued at what they asked for.

Maaco did an awesome body work/paint job on my daughter's car; however, the insides of her doors/trunk are the original color because we couldn't afford the add'l charge... I am giving them 4 instead of 5stars because if you're paying for a paint job, it should cover EVERYTHING

Can t lie I was skeptical about coming here because all the other body shops talk bad about them and how they use cheap paint. But this is not the case at all!! Paint looks like 5000 dollar paint job and they pay attention to details. Quality work at a great price!! Will only take my cars to maaco from now on

Nick Patel wrote one of the 5 star reviews and he is actually one of the people that gives you your estimate when you go in and is very rude, my paint had orange peel all over and my spoiler that I paid $250 and paid maaco to put on..... flew off a month later because they mounted it wrong. Also they told me it would be one week but they had my car for three weeks. When I took it back Nick yelled at me and said " the other body shops would of charged you more, you are not going to pay what it cost to get it right" as if he knows me personally.

I called last week and spoke to a representative about coming in to do a price estimate on my vehicle, the gentlemen I spoke with told me to bring my vehicle to the location on Western and once I get thier call and they would send someone out, So I get there yesterday and called to get an estimate and one of your representative got to telling me no one could have told me to come up there because they don't do estimate that way and was just talking down to me as if I was lying about what I was told.Thank youFrederick Coleman
