Personally speaking Maaco & Jose helped me push my bumper back up & took his time with my car & really made me feel like he understood my problem and cared about it & actually fixed it!! Real life savers!! My new and favorite body shop from now on!!

I was really proud of the hard work they put into helping me getting my bed off my truck. I definitely recommend coming here for any body damage your car may have. You won t be let down. I recommend talking to Jose. He s the best and gave me the best affordable estimate.

I had the pleasure to come down here to Maaco auto shop, and I met a gentleman by the name, Mr. Jose Ramos. I must say he had a very clean shop. He had an outstanding crew. He was very personal professional, and they did an outstanding job on my range rover I am a finicky guy that likes the best and as a result of that I m coming back on the end of the month to let them do a complete paint job to restore my vehicle. If anyone read this post it would be a recommendation for you to come to Maaco auto body shop on 83rd and South Chicago and meet Mr. Jose Ramos the sales manager ..

I needed to repair my rear bumper from various scratches. I talked with the sales Manager Jose and set an appointment. My repairs were done in 2 days, and my bumper looks very nice. I also work in the auto industry and understand the repair process. Thank you for a good job!

I had a loose mirror on the driver side of my truck bought it to Maaco. Jose at Maaco checked it out told me to order the mirror come see him once it comes in he would replace it, I did. He kept his word, Jose is all good with me, he will continue to get my business. Check him out.

Great service. I give this place 5 star. From customer service to my car repairs. The Manager Jose took great care of my repairs in efficient time. They washed my car. Awesome work overall on the technical and body work. I included before and after photos in this review. I definitely recommend this business and they take care of you 100% and Jose stayed in effective communication of the process of my repairs. It was a great experience with Maaco. Jose took care of our vehicle that needs a new taillight, a fix to the rear bumper, and scratches. He was efficient, fast, and great to talk to. Maaco branch in south Chicago is a good business and recommend anyone needing body and details on anything, go to them. Highly recommend Jose.

Jose is the best!!! I had a large tree branch fall on my car with some bad weather and I needed some repairs done. Jose was able to work with me for a drop off and finished the work incredibly quickly. My car is all fixed now and looks great!!!

Wonderful experience. Came in because my front bumper popped out. I was seen immediately, no wait. Jose was so kind, helpful, and resourceful. Was able to fix my issue. Will definitely be returning.

Very pleased with the work that was done. It was finished quicker than the initial time frame given. They cleaned the inside of the car as well. The manager Jose was very knowledgeable, personable, and kept me informed throughout the process. Prices are very fair and the quality of work is excellent. I went to Maaco this morning with my friend to get her car redone and had the best experience ever! First I quoted my car work to see the difference between my dealer and their shop which does the same job but better. Jose and his team was amazing and does a great job with all types of cars luxury, regular, base you call it. They were very thorough and genuine with pricing, their work is worth it! Paint job 10/10. Jose was very welcoming, kind, and professional from start to finish. He got my car done in the time that was promised which only took 3 days! I'm impressed with the finished look and would definitely recommend Jose and his team!

This location is a 10! The repair they did was off the chain. It's looks like nothing ever happened! Jose did the job in a timely manner and at an affordable price. He was very professional and approachable. Everyone there was so friendly too. I recommend this facility 110%.

Recently got my mirror cap/ shield painted as the replacement was unpainted. Jose big shout out as he was able to take care of my issue and the paint finish was SPOT on. Highly recommend.

Really nice guys, and they are willing to work with your budget. They were able to fix my dented bumper and I was in and out. They saved me A LOT of money. If I need body work done, I m coming here. Thank you!Update: I was involved in another accident that resulted in a lot of damage to my car. I was an emotional reck and when I called these guys they not only worked with my budget and made phenomenal repairs to my car, they took time to reassure me everything would work out okay, even waiting for my tow to arrive so I could get my car dropped off that night. I took my car in on a Monday for some front end damage. My vehicle was ready for pickup by Saturday! They did a great job and went above and beyond by addressing a problem with my windshield washer fluid without an additional charge. I will be using them for all of my future repairs. I came in with what I thought was an emergency to fix and the manager let me know that it was an easy fix and was able to have me in and out within an hour. I will definitely be returning here for my future car needs. I know this repair was not the average, but the customer service was clear, honest, and easy to follow. My car looks Great. Granted it took a while, but you can't rush perfection. Shout out to Jose, he's great! Highly recommend them if you want your car done right!
