Was able to get the answers I needed on the phone. Scheduled my muffler swap for the next day and service was fast and cost was decent.

Would highly not recommend. Cautious with the main guy. Apparently he s very forgetful & will up-charge the price every time you visit. Came here at first for an oil change @ $55 & my last time it was around $80.

Went for a simple cut out of catalytic converter. After leaving shop, engine would shack when the a/c went on. Im no certify mechanic but that usually means motor mounts. I didn't have any issues with my motor mounts prior to this. My guess is that the took off the bottom motor mount and didn't support the engine up. Took to my shop to fix.

This is a great place, Manny, the owner is a great guy that is reasonable with repairs. I've dropped my cars off here for repairs from a simple oil change to a new clutch and the cars are often ready that same day. That guy that didn't have a receptionist greet him is too sensitive and needs to develop some grit.

I have gone to this auto shop many times and each time they have never disappointed me. The workers there are so nice, friendly, and hard workers. They also give the best prices. They explain to me thoroughly what is wrong and they give me the best options on what to do. I would highly recommend this auto shop.

They will keep your car hostage until you pay whatever prices they demand. I dropped my car off, and they failed to ask me for me keys. (I know, a dumb mistake on my part as well, but im not the one getting paid to do the job). Then they demanded I had to drop the keys off and they wouldnt charge me for two days storage, thats "normally" $30 a day." When I get there, they say the guy I was speaking to has been fired and I DO have to pay the storage fee of $60 per day! These guys are completely unprofessional.

these guys are cheap thieves. I went there to do an oil change and because I had my brake signal on I asked him(the owner) if he can check in case I need new brakes. After he was done changing the oil he told me that I need front and rear breaks and rotors to be done also he gave me a price. Right after that I went to a dealer shop where my friend works ( I kinda thought I would pay more but at least I knew they not gonna lie to me). The mechanic said you only need the rear breaks to be changed (no rotors) and I asked him if he could check the oil filter because I became suspicious if they even did my oil change and he said that is not a new filter. To make the long story short they might of change the oil but they didn't change the filter 100% and when I went back there the guy seemed like I new what they did but still didn't pay me back and didn't change my oil justifieing that they have other cars in the garage

Mr. Hector and his crew were great. Had him do a customized muffler job and it came out great!

I think prices are a little high, especially when they service vehicles from midway airport which is across the street so that means they have a contract, when I dropped off my truck I told the guy with glasses, do not open the left passenger door cause it won't Close, I go pick it up and he opened the door by accident, and he didn't tell me anything, I'm the one that found out, for what they charged me he could of put it back instead of not saying anything, what is he doing opening that door anyways if the problem was below the truck not inside? It bothered me that he didn't saying anything until I noticed it, they wrote on Bill the repairs I need in future but they didn't say what he did

They fixed my exhaust leak right away and looked over my car for any other issues and gave me a fair price on repair with a warranty.

Horrible service, they had no receptionist to greet me . The mechanics saw me through the window yet never greeted me or asked how they could help me. Lost my business and will never go back to that place .

All this place tries to do is take your money, they will keep lying and making up problems to benefit them. Nobody should go here, its better to take your car to someone you trust. Bunch of thieves!!!!!
