10/5 stars. Professional body shop that cuts no corners when coming to replairs and even fights for you with your insurance company. Robert the owner is very knowledgeable.They fixed my f150 after an accident, painted and installed my flairs, tinted my lights, put my new wheels on and did a full alignment. Oil change was done as they checked over my truck. Oh, and it was all done in two weeks. Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Oil change

Robert and his whole crew do amazing work! Brought my car here after my front door was totaled in an accident. Also got some old dents removed on the rear fender. Robert said my car would look "brand new" after the repairs, and let me tell you, he was NOT lying! My car looked brand spanking new when they were all set and done. The quality of work and service was second to none, and they are extremely professional. 100% would recommend!

Great service: prompt with the repair quote, easy to schedule repair timing, and they completed work immediately. The costs of the repair was as quoted. My car looks great again! The owner was engaged and very personable. Small shop, very busy with work, but super capable!

Perfect! Beautiful results just off the showroom quality experience with Robert & staff at M&R Chicago Ave. This week was my second experience bringing in a busted car, needing body work from a hit & run. Prices are fair, work is on-time, staff takes serious pride in their work!

Excellent paint job on the whole front! They fixed yellowish headlights at no charge. Provided loaner for few a days as well. Can t complain Superior service!!!

We brought our 2019 Maserati Levante to Robert based on the recommendation of United Tires. I saw the reviews and the types of cars he worked on. His prices were reasonable and the timeline to get the car in and out was great. The car took a couple of days longer than I was originally told. It was worth the wait as the car came back looking great! Robert went above and beyond. He said that once the weather cleared up in the spring I could bring the car in to get it buffed out and have the newly painted parts looking like a sheet of glass.We highly recommend M&R Auto Body! Thanks for making our car look like new!

I picked up my car from M&R Auto Body yesterday and I was so pleased with not only the high quality of work done on the car but also how seamless it was working with them as they took care of all the insurance conversations/communication as well. One more thing, my car exterior and interior were cleaned, and I also got super helpful tips on how to maintain the exterior of the car - I've owned the cars for so many years and I learned something new on how to properly take care of them! Awesome place, highly recommend bringing your car here.

My Subaru took a hit in the rear left that damaged the suspension and rear exterior panels. Since the car was almost brand new with 3,500 miles, I really wanted it to have no trace of accident after repair. That s what Roberto and his crew did! It looks and feels like nothing happened. A couple of issues remained after the initial repair but Roberto took care of them very responsibly. Plus, he took care of all the communication with insurance regarding repair such as inspection, cost estimation, etc. I can definitely trust this shop to do a great job.

Robert and his team are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, things happen but Robert made this process so easy. Their dealership is certified and an adjuster goes out and arranges everything with them. They have taken great care of my car and do such a great job! 10/10 recommend

A+ everything! After an unfortunate small accident in a parking lot, I was able to remedy our situation quickly and professionally with ultimately an excellent repair of my car. We received an estimate in under 30 minutes and it was the best estimate we received after wasting our time with other businesses. We had an appointment on the books for the next day. Service was super quick. Our car was returned within four days and had no sign of an accident with a perfect paint match and a bonus car wash. Communication with the front office was easy and smooth. Shout out to M & R Auto Body. They recently worked on my exotic car, the process was flawless. Robert and his team were knowledgeable, kept me informed of the process, and very professional. Any concern I had was answered. Trusting a body shop with an exotic car is difficult but this shop was excellent. Hello Reviewers ... this is a great place to fix your exotic cars. Robert who is also the owner is not only an honest person but also a very knowledgeable and reliable mechanic. He always finds the problem source and fixes it. He also appreciates customer loyalty. Go to see Robert with your car problem first before you see your car dealer. Car dealers notoriously charge high prices and prefer to replace parts instead of repairing them. You will be happy with his service like I was. Pawel.

My experience with M&R Auto Body has been nothing but outstanding. Robert the owner is very professional, always going above and beyond to help his customer, dealing with insurance is a headache after accident but his shop makes up for it with making sure they deliver the best service. They did an amazing job on the car, this is why we keep coming back to him!

This is 2nd time I've worked with M&R Autobody and they are the Best. They were easy to work with. Understood I was having work done that I paid for , not my insurance. And it was really nice that Roberto was in contact with me throughout the process. If I ever had a question he called or texted me back right away. And they were the least expensive place I called. Not that I want to have more body work done on my car- But if I do I'm taking it to M&R again. The car looks fantastic- Like nothing ever happened to it!

I use this body shop for a while. They do a quality job! The owner has a lot of experience and knows well how to deal with insurance companies. He takes a lot of stress off the car owners shoulders and safe us a lot of our precious time.

The best shop in Chicago! I have no problem bringing our cars from Naperville , it takes 40 minutes commute but it's about quality work and perfect timming which means peace of mind! Robert gently always offered to pay my Uber ride back.
