Please do not bother taking your vehicle to this shop after a collision!!! There was a rear collision to my vehicle causing loud noise when driving and as well as my check engine light showing. This shop was only able to identify only the bumper damage out of all the damages that occurred (some displayed in the pics: this was after this shop had finished inspecting, working on it, and charging the insurance company a ridiculous amount). My car was in their shop for about 2 months because the accident occurred few hours to my travel time and I was hoping to get my car back in shape by the time of my return so I dropped my car with this shop after assuring me they will identify and fix every damage caused by the impact before I get back if I would connect them to my adjuster. Upon getting back, my car was just way it was prior to my travel except that the bumper was change, and now the insurance company do not want to fix the rest of the damage claiming they had paid for everything that my chosen auto body shop had presented as the overall damaged on my car after the impact. The car was taken to another body shop that did a thorough inspection and found all the damages(some shown in the pics) that had been done by the impact. I took it back to Lux Auto for 5days more, nothing was done to make the car better. The insurance company is been very dismissive when approached to reconsider another shop to work on the remaining damage. I am now stocked, car is parked due to its still in a bad shape, I can't afford to go back to Lux for the 3rd time because if they were unable to identify the problems, how well can they fix it? Guys, if you have a collision and you need to travel out of town/country, do not be in a hurry fix it, wait untll you get back, then take your time and get a better auto body shop to do your repairs. Please, beware!!!

The workers here did a phenomenal job on my Toyota RAV4. I was in a bad car accident and these people did a fantastic job on the body work and painting the white spots you see on the front is just dust from the work. My truck look brand new.

Worked on my mother's nissan after a rear end collision. Fast, really fast.. very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and customer service oriented. Mo did everything he could to make sure the experience was as stress free as he could. Very impressed with the turnaround time. Absolutely recommend!!

Be careful with the mummy who works there and claims to be the owner. She is bitter and tends to have arrogance to raise her low self-esteem. It is a pity to see a woman so dea and destroyed that God has mercy on her. Avoid the pain. Don't come to this workshop.Cuidado con la momia que trabaja ah� y dice ser la due�a est� amargada y tiende a tener prepotencia para levantar su bajo auto estima da l�stima ver una mujer tan dea y destruida que dios tenga compasi�n de ella ev�tense una pena no vengan a este taller
