Wind caught our hood just before crossing the Chicago Skyway in 40-mile per hour winds, snow, and sub-zero temps we hadn t realized it wasn t fully latched when we left home (had gotten the oil changed that morning). We couldn t get it to latch ourselves so pulled off the next exit and found Luchas Auto repair on Google Maps because it was close by and had good reviews. These folks were so kind and fixed the problem within minutes, explained what had gone wrong so we could fix it ourselves if the problem recurred, then didn t charge us. So responsive, effective, and generous! We paid them anyway but also hope this review will pay it forward.

I visited Luchas today with a friend just dropping off a car for service. I saw a car I wanted for my 19 year old daughter 2013 ford focus. Price was nice and I was able to test drive and put down a deposit to hold it until Friday. Very nice, attentive and pleasant people. So far so good

Only mechanics I trust with my car. Yeah it does take some time so be prepared to wait but their quality of work and in depth analysis of what's wrong is completely worth it. I've never had a bad experience with them. Very hard working and honest place.

This is the only place that actually approved me with bad credit, they also help if you have no credit. The service there is great everyone there is very friendly especially the funny guy G. They also speak spanish. The minimum down was not that bad for the car I wanted it was $1000 down and the payment are only $230 a month I love my car thanks( luchas a/s ). Thanks for your help .

they have very good quality cars and great customer service. Maria, Adrian, Richard, & i cant remember his name but he is Adrian's father are so awesome! i would recommend any one in their direction.

Great customer service... rich is awesome and does great work!!! Been dealing with rich for over 15 yrs and always done great, honest service. If theres something beyond him he cant repair.. he will let you know to take it to the dealer.

The car I purchased went down after 2 weeks of driving it. And with the demand of my job, I didn't have time to go back and forth to their shop. Yes they work with bad credit folks, but it also came with a litany of problems unbeknownst to me with the car.

We always go there for our car's needs and always good customer service, Adrain is awesome with the cars and always keeps you updated. Prices are very reasonable too. Best place to go besides Twins Auto on the eastside.

starting with the salespeople to the head technician which is Richard how do I move you to another state I will really miss these guys they are professional compassionate and just good-hearted people don't know what they doing in the business that there is Auto Sales auto mechanic I suggest everyone could go to them and do well

Bought a car last feb. Put down 1500 next four months paid 250 car note each Month, then turned around and mailed a 400$ money order amd called a week later to see of the got at first she was loke nope but then i said well i got the reciept and she like awe i see it now. So i asked her whats my total she replied 3100. I dont see how Like 4500minus what i paid 2900 is 1600 so i asked her to explain why is it that much she had no clue her brother got on the phone and was like uh uh takes aint no damn 1000worth of taxes. They pray on ppl with low or bad credit but dont be cheating you at the same time

good & honest work at a fair price rich & Adrien are awesome can be a little slow so be prepared to leave your car but for a good mechanic it's worth the wait

This place helped me out ALOT! went in and didn't have the full deposit but they worked with me! Didnt have to have a co-signer! Hit them up, you won't regret it! =)
