I only wish I could give negative stars. The ABSOLUTE WORST experience I ve had and will probably ever have dealing with a place. My car was here for NINE MONTHS. 263 DAYS due to the blatant incompetence of everyone who works here. During that time period they repeatedly lied to me over the phone and to my face about what stage repairs were in (telling me all it needs is paint and a few days when they actually hadn t touched it at all for months), about communicating with my insurance, and literally everything else. There was very little communication and what little there was happened only becuase I had to hound them and get my insurance adjuster to the shops just to get any kind of update. And the man who works the front counter Isaiah is an extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional individual. And then to top it off they give me my car back in unusable condition. When it was taken to the dealership the issue was that they never installed the supposedly brand new front end correctly which was what they were hired to fix in the first damn place.You literally couldn t pay me to deal with these people again I would rather walk barefoot in a blizzard of glass than have to get a car fixed here again. Logan s did a wonderful job on my vehicle!! I got my car back on the exact day they said it would be ready!! Brandie is so professional and extremely informative!! My family member took his car for repairs....a complete disaster they still have my brother car the insurance company already paid it's been 14 teen weeks..this company still has my brother 's car he has missed out on money out of pocket expenses with public transportation I highly recommend Please do not go here for your car repairs

Don t not I repeat do not take your van truck car to these people they messed my car up they gave me my car back likee this over spray o bc car fish eyes in the paint on the rear quarter panel they pull. My experience with using Logan Auto Collision has been horrible. I brought my car in after getting into a minor accident in October 2022. When the car was brought in, my husband was told that they could have my vehicle ready in no time and before my rental coverage was over (20 days). But that was a HUGE lie. My insurance quoted that the labor would take 14.5 hours to complete. Logan Auto Collision took almost an entire 2 months to complete the job. Within that time, Logan Auto Collision never provided a single update throughout the entire process about my vehicle. I had to call them and was placed on long holds usually resulting in being told that they would not know when my vehicle would be completed or even worked on. To fast forward time, It was then Thanksgiving, one month into Logan Auto Collision still not even beginning to repair my vehicle. I was told 3 different pickup dates and when the dates arrived I was told that my vehicle was still not ready or had even been started on. I was also told that they suddenly now did not have staff and that one person was working on vehicles. They did not state this before agreeing to work on my car or else I would have continued to shop around and go elsewhere. My husband and I ended up owing our rental company almost $2,000 for the loaner vehicle we borrowed due to Logan s reluctance and procrastination to fix our vehicle. I was told that I would be compensated and refunded my $500 deductible to make up for the ridiculously long wait. I got a call in early December stating that the vehicle was finally ready after almost 2 months. The car was returned in great cosmetic condition but died as soon as it made it home. They also did not honor their promise of refunding the deductible or even half to make things right. Instead, I was given the run-around and was told that "a manager was not in", (FYI, at Logan Auto Collision, it seems that a manager is never there.) and that refunds could only be given on Mondays by a manager that is never there. There are no actual employees at this shop. It is not ran like a business at all. Nothing is done in writing, just verbally. Once they get your car, there is nothing you can do but wait at their mercy for them to actually start working on it whenever that is. I will never return to this collision shop ever again nor recommend them due their severe lack of professionalism and crazy turnaround times.UPDATE as of 4/5: The front bumper on my vehicle has been loosening on the driver s side and I will now need to pay another auto body shop to fix what Logan should have done right the first time.

Anyone reading this, I am begging you to please NEVER visit this establishment. This was the worst car service I have EVER received in my life. I was a victim of a hit-and-run incident on January 18th, 2023 and it took a while for me to find a shop to take my car because a lot of other shops were booked for months for just an estimate. Someone referred me to this shop and I was desperate because I needed my car fixed, BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. My car only requires installation and paint because a few things fell off during the accident and I even PROVIDED ALL THE NECESSARY parts at the time I dropped off my car. I dropped my car off February 25, 2023 and didn t get in back until March 31, 2023 after myself, my boyfriend, and several family members badgering them every week because they will NOT call you at all! The only way my car got worked on is after going up there on several occasions and them admitting to me that the parts I provided had gone missing . And they didn t even properly install my bumper, taillight, or headlight because the headlight doesn t even come on. This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL mechanic shop I ve ever been to. If you wanna keep your sanity and save time, please don t EVER go here. I urge anyone looking into taking their car here to please do your research. But please think twice before coming here.

They were SUPPOSED to fix the bumper on my car. This place had my car for a MONTH and it's very much WORSE OFF than when I brought it in. All I needed was the bumper secured. This was a job that should have taken a week tops. I was repeatedly calling in for the status to be told they are waiting on parts. After 3wks, I get a text saying the balance is due and they had NOT BEGAN any work, still saying they are waiting on parts. I had to complain directly to the owner before they even took a look at the car. At pick up, my car was dusty, sitting in the back of the shop with the headlight hanging out, slapshod put together-- STILL had not received the part they said they were waiting on for a MONTH. The car was so dusty, it was apparent they had just left it there. Couldn't even bother to cover the car. When they drive the car out, it cut off because THEY had drained the battery while it was there. Brand new battery had been put in. The car is no longer running right. Never been to Organization you pay half upfront before they even work on your vehicle. The owner was very rude to me but, they did get my car fixed. But I notice a brake fluid light keeps coming on which is strange and was not like that before. I think the service can be better.

I would not recommend this place my car was stolen and they informed me that they could fix it. I got my car towed there in October 2022 and it s now March 2023 and I don t have my car. I called every week and even every day and they always gave me the runaround . Overall, I think they told me to bring my car there and ultimately didn t know how to fix my car. I tried to support a local black business and I see why people are hesitant to do so.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I love this place! I had larger dents and scratches on both sides of my car and needed a new headlight. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and it was ready on Friday! The work was phenomenal! Looks like a brand new car! The prices were reasonable and Isaiah was very professional! Would return & recommend!

Wasn't very pleased with my service...I was referred by a friend and I wanted to patron a black owned business but the service was mediocre at best. My service was an insurance claim. Liberty mutual gave an estimate so Logan charged what the company estimated and waived my deductible which was nice. Well, when it came time to get my car they would not provide the credit union that is financing the car with a proper receipt for repair. Brandy the front desk manager kept faxing the estimate from liberty mutual. I made her aware 2 days after dropping off the car that the credit union has the check and will need this info to release payment. They messed around so long that my rental was no longer covered and I had to miss a day of work chasing them around for the receipt of service so the funds could be released and my car. It was exhausting and unnecessary. Now 9 months later the paint is chipping off the doors that they supposedly fixed. Everytime I call no one will answer...never again to say the least !!

Very slow, very unprofessional, and also they half did the work on my car. My car been out the shop for whole month and still haven t got another appointment to get the work finish that I paid for. I wouldn t recommend anyone go to them. They had my car for 5 months and still half did the job. I m guessing it s all family members and friends writing the reviews because this establishment is a no! You try to give black businesses an opportunity because there s a stigma about black businesses. But this place here takes the cake. This place had my car for almost three months and every time I called for a update there wasn t one. It was always oh a week and a half it ll be ready . Then I get my car back and it s still not driveable and of course they wouldn t even take it back to fix it. If I had known that they were black owned, I would ve definitely had my car taken elsewhere. The 2 stars I did give was for the paint job.

I crashed my wife truck. It was totaled, undrivable, we both thought it was impossible to fix and that we will never be able to drive it again. I was referred to Logan by a friend and that was the best decision I could ve ever made. The whole team was very professional and respectful. They worked with me and answered every question and concern I had. I now have the truck back and my God I m amaze!!!!!!! My wife so happy! God Bless Logan!!!!

Great shop! Had both of my vehicles auto work repaired here one of which was totaled out and it was restored to a brand new finish. Second vehicle work was completed in 2 days! Highly recommended

The work on my car was good but they whoever went inside my trunk and stole all my new car accessories that was for my car that I bought from Amazon and when I asked who took it and where was my stuff in the trunk they ignored me and never called me back so I advised to clean out ur trunk if you go here because they are so not professional because they steal your personal belongings out ur carServices: Painting, Body & Trim

They are liars and very unprofessional.. I got my bumper replaced and my hood realign. They told me it was going to take 3 days to finish the car but it took nearly took 2 weeks to finish. After almost a month my bumpers falling apart!
