Excellent service and quality work! My front left headlight went out and I didn t want to take my vehicle into Jeep because I knew the service would be slow and overpriced. I did a google search and ran across Lincoln Wilson Auto Service. I was in and out in under an hour and didn t have to pay a arm and a leg. Tony was very friendly and took good care of me. I recommend anyone looking for a great auto repair shop to visit here. They are truly locally owned and operated as well!

We have brought all of our cars here for 7 or 8 years now. Every single experience has been easy and stress free. The work is always good, the advice is honest, and the price never feels too high. Tony is such a great guy and will always be honest with you, even if it means they make less on your repair work. I would recommend this shop above all others in Chicago. Good, honest, and fair.

Highly recommend! They have always provided honest suggestions and affordable/reasonable services. The team members have been kind each and every time. This is my go-to auto shop.They did a great job on our Subaru repairs, and even helped me fix a broken latch on a whim with no charge. Truly so kind! They made my day. I can t recommend them enough!

I ve been coming here for the past couple years after they were recommended by my sister. I haven t always have the best experiences with auto shops as they either try to convince me to fix things that don't need to be fixed, or I find myself having to repair my car again a couple of months after. Lincoln Wilson always provides great service and they get the job done fast. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They provide so much information about my car and what I need. They take the time to show me and walk me through the services they will be doing. Lincoln Wilson is literally the only people I trust with my car and now all my sisters in the city go there. Thank you again!

I had the opportunity to use this place recently and they saved me about $500 over an estimate that I had for the exact same work. I took my car in at 8:00 a.m. and before 1:00 they were telling me that it was ready. If you need any work on your car regardless of the make or model, this is the place you should definitely go to before you schedule any other location. I am sure you will be extremely happy with the job and the price

Tony and crew are fabulous! We have been taking our 2005 Toyota Matrix to Lincoln Wilson for 14 years. They keep her in the best shape for a much better price than the fancy dealer's shop. We like supporting local businesses into the bargain. They treat you like a neighbor and do a great job.

This is the perfect garage. Tony and his team have taken meticulous care of our car from tail lights to tires to major repairs for years. They re not only the best mechanics, they make sure we get the best deal, anticipate things that need to be done, and steer us away from unnecessary repairs. Skills, smart and honest advice, and amazing customer service.

Very honest, professional, and courteous. I don't remember the last time I left an auto repair place happy and felt like they were truly honest, but these guys are! I thought I needed brake pads replaced and they called me and said I don't. For all I would have known they could have replaced them and charged me even though it was not needed, but they were honest and it is super appreciated. I will go back to them for anything they are able to do and highly recommend!

I have been taking my 2003 Honda CR-V to these fellas for about 3 years now, ever since I moved to the neighborhood. I could not be happier with the quality and friendliness of the services and employees/mechanics. They have worked with me to find affordable solutions for new tires, battery, they have serviced my cars brakes and routine maintenance. They are flexible with their scheduling and try their best to get your more urgent needs in asap. You can walk in on a slow day and if they can t fit you in, really go above and beyond to make sure you can get in within a day or two. My dad was a mechanic and ran his shop the same way, so this place feels like home in a way, haha. Can t go wrong getting your car fixed or serviced here!

I called about my car, which had just received its 2nd jump in about 12 hours, and they said I could bring it right over. They took a look right away and were able to assure me the battery and alternator were both still in fine working order. The much-cheaper-to-fix issue was the negative battery terminal was loose. They were able to secure it well enough to avoid any immediate issues, but advised I'd need a new one from Hyundai, which they could then install. I'm so grateful they could help and find an easy fix!

Great Auto RepairI was able to get my car in the day I called, which was very important to me. After the car was inspected for the problem it had, I received a call from Tony. He explained what was wrong and what I needed for the fix. He explained why the problem was happening. Even if I wasn't the daughter of an auto mechanic,(sadly, long gone), I still would have understood my car's problem by Tony's explanation. Very thorough. The work was finished in a day and happily, the car is starting every time and running well.

Had an issue with my rim/wheel. They were able to get me in very quickly to diagnose the issue. They worked with me on solutions and came up with one that worked best for me. Had me back on the road in no time and the car feels great! Will definately call them first if I have any future needs.

My sunroof was leaking. I called the shop and spoke to Tony who said to bring it in. As soon as I got there he started troubleshooting the issue and found it was a clogged drain. He was friendly and super helpful, so were the other guys who jumped in the help. Will definitely come back to Lincoln Wilson Auto Service.

Went here for an oil change and they did a terrific job! Let me know about other issues my car had, weren't pushy about fixing them today, and gave my dog treats while we were waiting. Very polite and friendly, I'll definitely come back!

Fast to diagnose, but diagnosis in my case wasn t too accurate. Was told a high fee, almost twice that of anywhere else and that wasn t even the problem. Though, I don t fault them cause my real issue was behind what appeared something that appeared to be to issue.I suspect that had taken the car in for longer they would have discovered the real issue. And Tony is a real dude - we ve spoken since then and he apologized for any confusion and inconvenience. Despite the misdiagnosis, I d come back.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. After a diagnostic test, I found that my car needed to go to a dealership to use a warranty. I was not charged for the test. Pretty unheard of. Thank you!

I ve been taking our family vehicles to Lincoln Wilson Auto for approximately one year now and we won t give anyone else our business. Tony provides exceptional service and gives his customers the mom and pop type of business experience. He is completely reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. On multiple occasions, I ve called first thing in the morning with sudden car issues and Tony s response is always to come by at your convenience and he always immediately begins repair work. 10/10 for this business!Services: Electrical repair, Brakes, Oil change
