Outstanding service yesterday. And I was not the primary customer! My partner had driven in from out of town and blew at 3 PM. He was needing to drive back home and needed to have his Lexus fixed. AAA towed it to McGrath service to have the tire replaced before they closed at 6. Mark, who handled us was superb and reminded my of the service I got when I owned a a Lexus. It was spectacular. And he even had the car cleaned inside and out. Fabulous job McGrath Lexus of Chicago and especially Mark.

Quite possibly the best service experience not vehicle related. I'm a 2017 Lexus RX 350 f sport owner. And today as I was riding my bike down Elston avenue and I blew my rear tire. Luckily, it was right at Elston and division, and I was able to get over to the McGrath Lexus service center.A gentleman named Sean took my word that I was an actual Lexus owner and explained to me that he would help anybody who's in my situation. All I needed was a small place to work inside where it was warm, and some compressed air.I successfully changed my own bike tire tube within 45 minutes and was back on the road. This is why I'm a Lexus owner, and will continue to be a Lexus owner. You guys rock!! Keep doing what you're doing.

This dealership is a relic of 1980s disrespect for the customer, hard-sell tactics, and overpriced service, not to mention borderline dishonesty. I never give bad reviews because I don't like them for my business when I can't respond, but in this case, it's necessary for the dealer and readers.After one bad experience after another (descriptions of shenanigans too numerous to list here), I received an e-mail from "Olivia James." I thought it would be worth responding to her and letting her receive some constructive feedback to move up the chain of command.The response I got was SO instant that I realized it was probably a chatbot, automated AI, non-person soliciting business. I called and asked for Olivia James. The sales department said they don't know her and she must be in service. "I'll transfer you."Beep. Beep. Tone. Boink. Dial tone...I called back and got service. The person said, "Um...I've been her 15 years and have never heard of Olivia James." HA! Probably because she doesn't exist.I bought a few cars from one man at the dealership named Gary Sowell. I'm so happy for him that he retired, but I'll never do business with McGrath again. It's nothing more than, as mentioned earlier, a relic of old-school hard-sell manipulation.

I stopped by the dealer today since my Lexus has some rust on the door handles. I wash my car very often, and there is no other rust on my SUV other than the door handles. So I stopped by and talked to Tony Boulos and Andy Pak. Andy didn't seem to take the time to help, and Tony offered to have one of the mechanics take a look at what the problem was for a minimum charge of $285. Tony also had another idea, the body shop that leases a space in their service could take a look at it as well. So I did talk to Hernan, and he told me that the screws/bolts that hold the door handles are rusted. He also mentioned that he had seen this before on other RX350. He took down my information and sent me an estimate later on. As for the Lexus service department did not make me feel as they took the time or effort to help me out and if its one in a million scenarios then they could have asked someone else but did not do so. In the future, I will consider this while looking for my next Lexus vehicle. As for the place, it looks very nice and clean, Nicer and bigger location than their near location. It is convenient since it's the one close to my house in Humboldt Park.

Not the quality of service you'd expect for the brand. Maybe another location is better. The technicians seem very uncaring to the issues with your vehicle, if pre-owned. I have a 10 year warranty and payments are on time. This is the second time I've returned for the same issues, since my purchase in May of 2023. The sale went well and well aware it was used, but I trusted this model and location thinking that I would be treated with excellent customer service, and integrity with sales. Somewhat disappointed with how things are going. If you have to return after they've had your vehicle for a week and a half, then that's a red flag, even with a loaner. Upon pick up, car wash was shabby. Tires and rims were still dirty and both clocks were not reset. Asked for tech and was told it was a solar system and would reset shortly. That never happened! As for the wash, I was told it was just a drive-through. Car is knocking when braking, and some noise underneath. Lexus are great cars, but it seems they don't respect the brand or respect certain customers.

Avoid this service location at all costs! Called to make a reservation for an oil change and the rep doesn't know if the service is included and has no idea how much I will be charged. She then promised that a service advisor would call me before my appointment and that didn't happen at all. Once I get to the service location, the advisor and the manager tell me two completely different things. Obviously they can't even make a simple service reservation properly and communicate the cost for services. How can I possibly trust them with my car if they can't communicate, be honest and agree among the staff working there on the truth. I will never be returning there again and have to consider this when purchasing another vehicle. My wife's Chevy dealership is 100% better! What a complete waste of time. Not professional at all and no one even apologized for their mistake.

I do not recommend this place to buy a used car. I bought a car over 3 weeks ago and gave the old one for trade in. So far, the car has not been paid off and almost four weeks have passed. When I call and ask what's going on, no one knows anything. everyone is nice and helpful until you buy a car and when it's all over, they don't give a damn about you!!!

Went there for an wheel alignment and I knew something was wrong with my front suspension,but instead the adviser said that it was my rear axle.which was a huge lie they just saw that I had an extended warranty and wanted to make money.there s Absolutely nothing wrong with my axles it s only my tie rods.maybe it s jus because I m a young black male people think that you have no sense.u would think that the dealership is better then auto shops but same rip offs.

My sunroof wouldn t tilt or open completely. Got a service appointment for the next day. I arrived on time and was able to get the issue fixed and the vehicle washed and back on the road in under an hour. Thanks!

This location is run down with dated furniture and lounge for guests. There are active cobwebs/dust bunnies on the furniture. No snacks are offered. Technicians try to up sell for services that are not needed. The internet runs 3MB/sec and firewall is so restrictive that you can t go to routine websites like LinkedIn. I will drive out of my way to go to another dealership before I come back here.

The worst experience for 2 time.I am a girl and don t really know much about cars. I needed to change the hybrid battery. Also My car showed that the engine was overheated. I was so afraid that right away I took it to this location.They charged me 128$ for inspection and told me that I need to change the hybrids. Which I knew already, because it was showing on the panel. I asked about the OVERHEATING and they said it s because of the battery. And the hybrid battery would cost me around 9000$.Long story sort. I took it to a car shop and the guy said that I had a hole in there and it was leaking. THEY FIXED IT FOR 100$.Lexus didn t even check and didn t tell me. What a shame

Literally no one better to work with than Andy Pak, one of the nicest people and always makes sure my car and I are taken care of without upselling or adding unnecessary services. He treats my car like it s his own, and I always know I m in good hands- I even drive in from the suburbs now just to work with him whenever my car needs attention. 10/10, Andy Pak is the man to work with.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I wrote a review about a year ago and feel compelled to write another one regarding my recent interaction with the service department at McGrath Lexus on Division St. Not only did McGrath guide and advise me the easiest and most proficient way to get my car fixed, they provided me with transportation to facilitate my trips to and fro. They did a thorough inspection of the problem along with suggestions for other potential problems to avoid. There is no high pressure sales pitch; they are honest about what needs to be done and what can wait, if need be. My car was ready in less than 24 hours. To say they treat you like family is an understatement and I'm grateful I have such a wonderful dealership that has taken care of my automobile repairs and maintenance for the last 15 years. Thank you to Andy Pak and all the staff that catered to my questions and concerns.

Always a GREAT 10/10 STAR service. I have been a Lexus owner since 2011 in California and Chicago but no location beats McGrath Chicago. I worked with a new service advisor, Justin, this time and was not disappointed! Check in was smooth, he addressed all my concerns beyond what I was there for (maintenance). He did not try to sell me things I did not need but was up front and honest about what needed to be replaced, the timeframe and the cost.It was a busy morning for me and he picked up on that right away. He made sure to check in with me twice throughout the apportionment. When it was time to checkout, he saw that I was in a middle of a task (WFH) and told me to take my time to check out which I truly appreciated! When I moved back to Chicago, I started off with Robert Z who is also amazing and he pulled up the records for my ES350 at the Lexus in California, took time to review it and welcomed us back to Chicago. When I came back with a new vehicle, he would always remember us and answered any questions we had about my new SUV and all the warranties, maintenance etc. that was covered. A few times, we worked with with Andy who was also great! So whichever service advisor you get, you won t be disappointed. It is clear that everyone there cares about you, your time and your vehicle more than one would expect.You won t find a better Lexus family anywhere else!

Very friendly, professional and hard workers. The service is fast and excellent final product. We found an issue that was overlooked, and they apologized and fixed it right away. And they are knowledgable and upfront with estimates and costs, much better than the sales people.

They ve done well by Old Pearl! She needed lots of work, but they were more than up for the task! They were friendly and accommodating! I d even ruined my remote key and they worked hard to make it functional! We always appreciate the free wash with every service! Thank you Lexus!

My experience at McGrath Lexus of Chicago was great!! They literally rolled out the red carpet for me with a red bow on top. Thank you Edgar, Justin, Noah, and Mike for assisting me with my purchase. The best auto service you can find anywhere,You get a loaner to drive home they let you know in advance what the cost of those repairs or service will be and they notify you immediately when your card is ready for you to pick it upI don't know of any other dealership of any brand who gives customers better service than McGrath Lexus

I'm very pleased!...After rescheduling a few times with Andy because of my busy schedule..he still accepted me with no problem...He was very honest and did an amazing job along with the staff.I learned that going to the dealer is sometimes your best option for great care...I am very pleased and won't hesitate to return for future maintenance...My Lexus is happy and so am I... Thank you Andy and staff for making my visit pleasurable...Highly recommended...

The loaner vehicle was great, Daniel and his team at McGrath made me feel like I was a guest in the company, while my vehicle was being serviced. Great customer service experience.

They discovered my rear shock absorber was leaking and immediately went to replace it. This was clutch because I m putting my car on the road next week. They got me in a loaner car and had my car repaired the very next day. I really appreciate their professionalism and swift care.

Terrible customer service.Dropped off car in the morning, took them all day to do routine maintenance, they let me know car is ready an hour before they close, no one picks up the phone, decide to call myself an Uber there, get there 6min after they close, they refuse to help and leave me to sit outside in the heavy rain to wait for an Uber back that I had to call myself.

I do not believe you will want to post this message. I am a customer that has bought two cars fro McGraff. I came in for a brake inspection. The inspection took substantially longer than l was told it would take and even after l was told it was ready l had to wait an additional 30 minutes to checkout and wit on the car was. That was frustrating . what was more frustrating is. that the price l was for break pads, rotors, and fluid from your repair center was more than double the cost that l was quoted at two different repair shops. My car is 16 years old with nearly 200,000 miles and while I am certain l need new breaks to be safe why should l pay $2300 when l can get ur done for less than $1000 at a reparable specially shop.

I just brought my vehicle in for its first service and it was an easy and straightforward experience. I appreciate the ability to drop off before I start work in the morning. I was also provided a Lyft back to my office. I m very happy so far with the service I have received.
