Leo s is the best. Domie is awesome. They are very honest and do an excellent job. Try their best to accommodate and get the work done ASAP. The best place to take your car. My van looks brand new. Super Happy!

A promising positive experience that turned into getting ghosted...My car was involved in a hit & run and I called Leo's due to its proximity and highly positive reviews.I spoke to Domie on the phone & she was great. She told me to email over photos and an estimate would be written up. I did so, and the estimate was provided very quickly, which was excellent.I then signed the estimate, returned it via email, and asked when the car could be dropped off at the shop.1 week passes, 2 weeks pass, 3 week pass, and no confirmation on receiving the estimate nor a scheduled drop-off date.After 23 days of waiting to hear back, I just found another shop near by and after one phone call, I had my car in the shop the next day & the day after that, it was fixed and back on the road!I understand businesses are busy, things come up, things change-- but why not communicate that to the customer? I reached out to other body shops who told me straight up "No sorry we can't help you" and that was that...no hard feelings & you keep searching!So, it would've been nice not to have been ghosted. But, I'm in the minority with a negative review here, so you could chalk it up to one instance of "dropping the ball", but figured it was worth sharing.

I saw Leo s was highly recommended on my neighborhood Facebook page. I needed work done, and the shop definitely did not disappoint. My car came out amazing. Ms. Domie and Mr. George are sweethearts! Ms. Domie makes sure your taken care of and Mr. George explained what my car needed. It did not break the bank either, which was a God send. Thank you Leo s Body shop!

I recently had repairs done at Leo s after my parked car was badly damaged in a hit and run. Several of my neighbors enthusiastically recommended them and I can attest to the fact that Leo s lived up to the hype.I cannot say enough good things about their staff, the work they do and the overall customer experience.Domie at the front desk is so kind and helpful and makes the process as painless as possible.My car looks amazing, the color matching was perfect, they did a full detail and returned my car to me in immaculate condition. Leo s Body Shop is the most kind, caring and accommodating car shop I ve ever encountered. They quickly got me in the day of my car accident as they were sincerely concerned for my well-being they make you feel like family and follow through on their word. They rebuilt my entire front end better than it was before. Quality work doesn t even justify the immaculate work they do. I will definitely be taking my car back for customization and anything else, as I can t imagine ever dealing with another shop again.Service: Body & Trim

After a gnarly Christmas Day collision that saw us spin completely around on I-90, I took my car into Leo's and they were able to repair it within a week! It looks better than new! I'd give Leo's TEN STARS if I could. Don't even both taking your car anywhere else for body repairs. This place is IT. Domie at the front desk really sets the tone for this business. She is calm, patient and kind. Just what you need if your vehicle is damaged and you feel like your world is turned upside down. Domie will create an estimate and go over it in detail. She will work with you to schedule a convenient time for repairs. And then...before you know it, Domie is calling to let you know your vehicle is ready to pick up. She will escort you, take you around all four sides, and give a short summary of what was done. You'll find yourself standing there, trying to figure out where the damage was? It will be impossible. Because your vehicle will look as if no one had even breathed on it -- absolutely perfect. Leo's work is good, fast and reasonably priced. Every single time.

There's really no better body shop in the city. At Leo's I always feel like family and they take great care of me, my vehicles, and handle insurance agents well. The personal touch is not missing in the office at all and I have been beyond satisfied with all the work done on my cars. I went by today because I m dumb and don t know anything about my car. It turns out there was nothing wrong but they double checked, drove it around the block, explained what was actually happening to me, walked me out to my car, and didn t charge me for anything. It was a really wonderful experience and I know I ll be going back if I need anything. Thank you! 10/10!

I will never take my car anywhere else for body work. I trust the work they do wholeheartedly, and they are honest. You cannot put a price on that. Thank you for the amazing work you continue to do on all the cars I bring to you, even when I mess them up!!

Honestly this has been the best experience for having an accident. They coordinated with the car rental company, super friendly and professional, and the work was done much quicker than I'd have ever imagined. If I could, I'd give them ten stars!

I highly recommend Leo's. Not only are they kind and direct, they are also incredibly helpful. They helped me navigate insurance and called me with updates throughout the process. They repaired a large dent and other scrapes on my car, and it looks good as new now. They also cleaned the car and provided a car wash for free. I love and hate that they know me. Friendly group and fair and super nice. They know me unfortunately because if you park your car on the street a lot you end up needing body work done. fast and very helpful with the insurance companies.

Love Leo's family ran business. Been knowing the family for a long time and they are top notch. If you want body work done right this is your shop. They are always professional and friendly. They will tell you the truth and is a trusted body shop with Statefarm. They know their stuff and your vehicle will look like it looked before any incident occurred. Highly recommend.

I had an unexpected and unwelcome meeting with a deer while driving. After getting the go ahead from insurance to get my car fixed, I did my research and found Leo s.My car was towed into Leo s, upon receiving my vehicle they inspected the vehicle and contacted me about additional damage that was on the vehicle that was not included in the estimate and that my second car fob and the valet key from the first key were missing.Leo s contacted my insurance and got these additional things covered under my claim while insuring to keep me informed every step of the way.Leo s shop is very clean, organized, and professional. They treat your car as if it were their own and keep you informed on the progress including ordering parts.The repairs on my vehicle have not been completed yet as they have had the car for less than a week but I have no doubts that the repairs will be done quickly and beyond my expectations.So far I highly recommend this shop and will update this review as my repairs are done!Thank you Leo s for being very communicative through this process and insuring that my car is in the best hands possible!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can t say enough wonderful things about this place! Latest experience: I got pulled over because one of my brake lights was out. I immediately drove to Leo s and they got me right in. They did this work free of charge, plus they noticed another issue and fixed that too. When I tried to pay, I was told to simply do something nice for someone else and pay it forward. I m so thankful this place is in my neighborhood, but I would happily travel many miles to take my car to Leo s. If I could rate above 5 stars, I would!

After a valiant try to do a deep scratch repair and touch up paint myself ( got me through the winter without rusting). My touch up didn't match the factory color and my clear coat was cracking. I took it in and within 2 days they had the car back to me as good as new. I couldn't be happier. Usually when it comes to car repair you can pick two out of 3, good, fast, or well priced. In this case I got all 3. Everyone was super nice and answered all my silly questions. I hope I don't need to, but if I ever need body work, Leos is my place.M.E

Leo s Body Shop does great work. My 2007 Honda Accord was hit while parked on the street and the entire headlight was knocked out and a lot of damage was done behind the light fixture. My bumper was also cracked. The body shop cleaned my car inside out...in addition to the repairs, the car looked like a different Honda Accord when I picked it up. I was so impressed with the work.Also, the staff is extremely nice and professional. Dormie, who runs the front office is a woman of her word. She follows up promptly.I would recommend this body shop if you live in the Uptown area.Service: Body & Trim

5 stars for Customer service, timely manner, and auto fix. The lady in the front was so nice and kept me updated with everything. She even got my car in and out before July 4th weekend. They fixed my front bumper within 3 days and my car looks brand New! The lady in the front was amazing and was very personable, polite, and respectful. The gentleman did an amazing job on my car and I could not ask for better! I didn't even make an appointment to have my car estimated. They took me in so quick, and quoted me within 5 minutes. I Knew then and there they were the right place to get my car fixed. Thank you Leo's Body Shop! Sorry for the long over due review! You guys are amazing!

Brought my car in because the paint started peeling off the roof. George was great he took a look at the car and told me not to waste my money on an expensive and time-consuming repair. He explained why the paint was peeling (the primer on the previous paint job hadn t been set properly), gave me a time and $ estimate for how much the job would cost if he did it (at least a week s worth of work), and told me how I could address the problem myself. I appreciate his honesty and the fact that he was willing to give me both an estimate and advice. He didn t talk down to me at all either, which I appreciated very much.

I took my van for body work after a semi tore the front end off. After the repairs were completed the van was back to new! The new body panels, doors all lined up and the paint was matched to look exactly like it came out of the factory.In addition to there amazing body work, Leo"s also offers excellent customer service. I was assisted in getting my van towed to the shop and all my questions were answered prior to repairs.I highly recommend to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle to check out Leo's. Professional people all around.

It is hard to find a body shop anywhere that you can trust. Most body shops are dirty and greasy places. Leo's Body Shop has an average of a 5-star rating for a very good reason. The owner and office lady are extremely friendly and detailed. I have been here a few times and their work is incredible. The body shops I have been to in the past often feel like they are trying to rip off every customer and sell them extra services that they don't really need. The owner has, more than once, made great recommendations to me to not get certain services such as working on Tiny scratches since he felt that those are really no big deal and you often get small scratches anyhow while living in the city. If I ever moved away from the area I would still drive way over an hour to go to this body shop I needed some work done on my car. The only negative thing I could say about them is that you sometimes have to wait a week or more to get in because they are always busy working on satisfied customers cars. They work with pretty much every Insurance Company. Because of this, getting your car worked on after an accident is extremely easy. They set everything up and you don't have to do nothing. They even set up the rental car for me and got me a ride there. I have been driving for over 30 years and had my share of fender benders. This is by far the best body shop that I have ever been to.

Honestly, so Honest! Brought my Subaru in for an estimate. It was a small dent. Checking it out, Leo fixed it. Yes, of course, he could have suggested they pull it apart, repair, repaint. Yes, of course, he could have set me up to pay the deductible and have insurance cover the rest. But no, he said, "To me, this is already done, all you need to do is buy some touch up paint and cover that little chip of paint. You're done. It's free". When the time comes to have a 'real repair' done, I'm coming here. You should too!Service: Body & Trim

We took our 2014 Range Rover to Leos and I cannot even begin to explain how happy we were with the result. The car had a lot of cosmetic damage and scratches and needed a lot of work. When we picked the car up - it was literally in nicer condition than when we bought it in 2015. George and the team are amazing. Truly the best experience I have had as a customer in my whole life. I highly recommend Leo s Body Shop my truck unfortunately was involved in a hit and run while I was at work. Well I went through my insurance and use Leo s Body shop. I took my truck in on Tuesday and got a call that it was ready the following Wednesday. It looks like nothing had ever happened!! They did an amazing job!!! I will definitely refer everyone there as well as continue to go myself. Thank you for all you do!!
