Had the best experience at LeMay Auto Parts! I came in looking for two bulbs for my headlights couldn t remember what type I specifically needed and pulled up an AutoZone receipt to confirm.When I mentioned the receipt they asked how much they charged me, and after I told them they shook their heads at the markup and rang me up for a full 20% off!Great customer service that shows they truly care for their customers and not just making a quick buck on someone who might not know any better. Will definitely be coming back for parts and advice from now on!

Was dreading purchasing and attempting to install a battery for my out-of-service car. Everywhere near me that offered install services needed me to come to them with my out-of-service car. LeMay sent Jamal to help out, and he was very helpful. The battery they sold me was half as expensive as the one I was going to buy online. Highly recommend their services.

I searched auto parts store as I needed new wiper blades and realized I drove by this place every day. I was greeted immediately as I walked in and they found what I needed seconds later. The gentleman came outside to help me install them and 3 min later I m leaving with new wiper blades. The prices seemed super reasonable. I will be coming back here for my auto parts needs from now on! Thank you!

I called to ask if they had something I needed. They answered my call right away. They had what I needed. I told them I'd be there in a few minutes and when I got there about ten minutes later they'd had the part ready for me at the checkout. Super helpful and very nice. I'll definitely be back.

I recently purchased bulbs for under the dash for my 1959 MGA. LeMay charged $3.95 per bulb. I purchased the same on line for 0.80 cents each. Stay away from this store. They are a ripoff.

I purchased a battery for my pickup truck, I was shown two choices one battery that was said to be alright in performance, another that was said to be of greater quality, I noticed that the better quality battery was larger than the other, when I asked if it would fit in the compartment that houses battery the sells men answered me yes.... the battery dose not fit the housing compartment. I returned the battery with excellent correction on the battery misunderstandings with the correct battery exchange. These employees resolve matters like the professionals they are!

Super fast and welcoming customer service. I purchased wiper blades and they put them on my car in less than 3 minutes. Also very reasonably priced and cost slightly less than competitors nearby.

Since they moved their reviews didnt go with them...a while back purchased a battery was wrong one for my car. At time of return I had already purchased a correct battery from a competitor of theirs, they did not refund the perfectly good battery, just offered the core exchange. All together was a bad experience

Today i needed to buy spark plugs,cables, oil filter + oil and some other random items i need for my car,never tried this shop before so i wanted to give it a go, i went in there to see how the service was. So first before anything i asked to see if they had lightbulbs, since mine also wasnt working i figured id buy that too,Some rude italian looking dude looked at me and gave me attitude, i asked for the bulb, he said how many, i said 1 and he kind a put a face, plus a horrible attitude, i figure i wouldnt give him the rest of my bussiness with that horrible attitude. And after buying my light bulb i left. I dont know if he was just acting like that because im hispanic so he might be kind of racist, or he just woke up in a bad mood...regarless of that i will not take my bussiness there.

My car broke down near this store I needed a tie rod end worth about $30 each this man charged me $70 just for one of them I had no choose but to pay. Ordered the other side from advance auto and got it delivered to my door for only $28! Never going back to this place!

Good prices. Will keep you in touch about quality of parts and how long they last. At this moment bought only Licence plate lightbulb and Philips headlight lightbulb to compare them with Sylvania.Also testing rear brake blank rotors (MAXIM) and ceramic pads (ACDelco) for 2014 Toyota Rav 4.

I have been using Lemay on and off for over 35 years. Their staff is not always smiling and the prices not always the best (nor the worst) BUT they have always been professional and make every effort to get you what you need. They usually supply you with QUALITY American or OEM foreign parts rather than junk Chinese garbage.

DON T GO TO AUTOZONE. These dudes are way better. Better prices, super friendly, and they don t mind answering questions or helping you out however they can. Just bought a car battery for my crv for under 90 dollars and they loaned me the tools to change it out myself. Can t beat that.

Lemay just moved over from Halsted. It is a no frills auto parts shop that knows exactly what you need. The staff are very helpful. I showed up to the old location just as someone was locking up, and he called the new store, had them get the part I was looking for, and they stayed open while I rode over to get the part! Fair prices.

Great shop, have come in multiple times with specific requests and odd questions. They made sure I m grabbing the right stuff when i think I know what I m doing, and they tell me what to look at when I have no clue.
