I had a great experience. Everyone I talked to was personable and knowledgeable. I expected to wait around the whole day but they got my car in and out quickly. I'll definitely be back

I have been doing business with this facility for three decades.A very honest shop you might not like what they tell you about your vehicle but it s the truth. Things do wear out and need to be done for a safe vehicle I do fully respect what they tell me that needs to be done to my vehicle. Michael Ratcliffe West Chicago

Good honest work done. Used them for my car and tires and recently had an oil leak on my wife s car. Diagnosed and fix the problem in a timely manner. Overall great customer service and care. Will continue to use them for my car needs.

Great place if you have a car issue. They won't charge you if they can't fix your problem. If you need a new tire and its not in stock you have to wait 1-2 days for it.

I have been taking my car here for years and could not recommend this place enough! The staff is incredibly friendly, always honest and helpful, especially Jim - he's the best! He always takes the time to explain the services I'm getting done and answer any questions I may have. I always know my car is in good hands here. 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience at Krage s. Took care of me, got me new tires, mounted/balanced, and kept the rims clean! I m a sticker about my car and they took amazing care of her. Great shop and employees, I will be bringing my car there for years to come!

I can't recommend Krage's enough! Years ago, we took our car to one of the big chain auto repair shops for a quote. We were startled at the cost/time needed for repair and decided to get a second opinion. We went to Krage's and received a much more reasonable quote, got our car back quickly and the repair work lasted until we sold the car.Since then, they have been our "go-to" auto shop. I know that we will get honest quotes, great service and quality work! Whenever we need a repair, they are always our first stop!

Krage's Auto Center is a fantastic, reliable, and efficient place to go to have your car taken car of. I always get honest advice on what to do with my car/tire issues and it makes me HAPPY to spend my money there since I know for certain that my car's best interest is top priority. I recommend Krage's to anyone who lives remotely nearby, you'll have a great and trustworthy mechanic taking care of you always.

For over 20 years my company has been taking there fleet of vehicles over to krages to be maintained. Everyone inside treats you like family and I never had a bad experience. Great place to take your vehicles.

Krage's Auto Center is a true gem! Wonderful, friendly, & fast service - After experiencing a sudden cut tire, they ordered a tire & it was quickly delivered & installed - their price was fair & very reasonable! I could tell they operate like this every day! MAKE KRAGE'S YOUR AUTO CARE CHOICE!

Reliable, quick, thorough, communicative, well-priced, honest. Amazing service through and through. What else can you say? This is the type of shop you dream of having in your community. No need to hem and haw over which of the dozen shops nearby to take your ride to. Just go to Krages.

My car had some issues that made getting an alignment annoying, but they got it done, and it feels solid. Everyone I talked to was super nice. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a nail in my tire with a slow leak. I was an hour and a half from home and was in need of a fast fox. The staff at Krages were very accommodating and got me right in. They were all very friendly and understanding. I was back on the road in about an hour. Thanks to everyone there for the amazing service.

I called looking for a 5 wheel tire rotation (I have a jeep) and alignment. They quoted me the best price of all the places I called. They were helpful friendly and were able to get my Jeep in and out in no time at all. And they even came in under the quoted amount!

I recently took my son's car in for a complete inspection as the car had been sitting idle in the garage for several months and I was going to be taking ownership of the car and I wanted to be sure it was cost effective to have repaired. I received a full report 2 days after dropping the car off detailing what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. I received a breakdown of all the charges and labor costs. After speaking with them and going over the report, I decided to have them fix what they deemed as needed to be done to make the car safe. I got the car back this past weekend and I cannot recall when it has run any better. I will be sure to take my car here anytime I need to have any work done.

These guys were able to get me quality tires and get me in right away. Cost was given up front, no surprises. Spent less than an hour there for service. The couple of people I dealt with there were super friendly. Big, clean waiting area. Overall great!

Krage's is an excellent place to get your car repaired. They not only take care of your tires and sell your new ones, but they also give you good service on other things as well! You can absolutely trust these people they're honest, straightforward and fairly priced and they do excellent work!

Shannon is TERRIFIC! She is knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and demonstrates solid expertise regarding auto care. I have been relying on Krages for car care and tire purchase for years. They are all GREAT and DEPENDABLE!

Was going there for oil changes and tire rotations. Hard to beat prices too. The last few times i have gone were for serious issues. They diagnosed them correctly each time, offered their services or to good shops that handle somethings faster and find a way to get it set up for you. Impressive.

Refreshing to have very knowledgeable people working on my car. Very helpful employees who help maintain the vehicle rather than try to sell you things that aren t needed. I would strongly recommend Krage s to anyone needing any type of service from tires to general maintenance to diagnostics.

Terry runs an honest shop. Been taking my cars here for 30 years. The few times they've had an issue they always make it right, never overcharged, never recommended any unnecessary service.
