I took my car in to get some body work done for my 2018 Dodge Challenger and I can say service was beyond great. Alejandro and his crew are very professional and the final result of their work was amazing. My car looks good as new. I recommend anybody who s looking to get their car worked on to consider Kedzie Auto Body Shop INC as you will not be disappointed. The process was easy, fast and with great results. I would take my car there again if needed.

Terrible customer service! I walked in to get a quote and the office guy blatantly told me NO he could not help me. He refused to give me a day I could come back to actually get help Then started screaming at me about how busy he was. Clearly they don t need business nor customers so I wouldn t bother stopping by!

This is a State Farm approved auto repair shop so I chose this location. I meet with Alex who immediately addressed myself and my vehicle with professional care. My accident occurred around the Christmas/ New Year holidays and my care that was damaged on both sides, front and rear was expeditiously repaired in a week and a half. The work was so beautiful. The car runs great. Alex also repaired a few minor issues that weren t part of the repair agreement. Those items really enhanced my driving experience. I knew the status of my vehicle through State Farm because Alex input the information and the status was made available to me. I loved it. I made the best choice to use Kedzie auto repair and I can understand why they may not always be available to address everyone right away. Please try to be a little more patient and give them a chance. This auto shop is the best. By the way, I am a black female that was treated like royalty. Got rear ended and had a nightmare of a time trying to find a reputable, straightforward body shop to repair my busted trunk.Alex and the team were exactly what I needed. Really kind, thoroughly explained each step of the process, and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of working with insurance. They did excellent work, the car looks better than it did before the accident.I am grateful to have found this shop and will be a repeat customer.

My car was stolen (Hyundai) and the mechanical aspect of the vehicle were fixed. I now just require the body work to be done. State Farm set up an assignment with Kedzie Auto Repair. I was told to call in and make arrangements.I was assured that I could bring my vehicle in to get the required repairs done and within a two weeks I should have my car back. I literally just got off the phone with the owner (I believe he was the owner) and he couldn t comprehend what my car repairs were. He said with frustration that I was supposed to call tomorrow but I wasn t aware of that. After he said it s okay I m already on the phone I told him the mechanical repairs were already completed I just need the body work completed. Long story short he didn t want to do the appraisal because one was Already done for the mechanical appraisal he said he didn t want to be bothered with it. How unprofessional can a person be. I d rather not deal with someone who is that rude . His attitude was pi$$ poor and I didn t deserve it. I don t understand what the confusion was. A State Farm agent sent a message saying to clarify what needed to be done but unfortunately he must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed and decided to take it out on me. NO THANKS

My can had numerous problems, mechanical and body. I have had nothing less than professional service from Alex G. And his team. My car maybe old but they treated me with the upmost respect and professionalism! Numerous items have been fixed at this location and they have done nothing but their best to keep my car going with honesty. If you need a great shop to work on your car and you need it done right, Alex G's team will get it done right for you! Thank you Alex, for doing it right!

I ve used this family-owned shop for years, even though it s halfway across town from me. Honest, knowledgeable, great prices, accommodating, consistent. It s worth the trip, plus it s a short trip up Kedzie on the bus to the pink line and you re right back in the loop. What a great business and great crew! Just called this auto body shop for repairs through State Farm. They are very rude here!!! He told me to call another shop because they are backed up until the new year and when I asked when the soonest appointment was he responded by saying "Ugh now I have to check, why do you have to put me in a jam like this?" So rude and unprofessional!!

I've meant to review this place. Unfortunately, ive been in 2 rear end accidents as well as as my vehicle being struck in my driveway, but this his been my go to guy for years! Being able to directly speak with the manager, Alex, always gives you some comfort! They might not be the quickest like other shops (this place might be an extra day or two longer) but only because they do an excellent job so i really dont like to rush anyone working on my cars! Nearby shops took shorter time once and results were terrible, terrible paint job, parts that dont line up etc. I'd recommend this place for any body work, paint job or even your customization. Alex will get you an estimate right then and there.

The staff is very unprofessional, went to get an estimate and the personel was very impatient. It was my second time going to the location to get an estimate and they wanted me to come back a third time. The gentlemen working in the establishment as quoted, "I don't have time to give you an estimate because I am very busy and I havent event had lunch (which was irrelevant to the conversation). Also, I'm a State Farm priority body shop so I'm very busy". I just wanted to give the shop my business. Very disappointed with the service and I do not recommend this shop at all. Just from the start rude service. I can just imagine leaving my car at the location. I rather take my money else where.

I got a quote on both my cars at Maaco.Just out of curiosity I went to get another quote at Kedzie Auto Repair.Maaco quoted me $800 and $1,100.Kedzie Auto Repair gave me quotes of $1,800 and $2,600.Something is VERY wrong with this place.First, the quotes have a HUGE gap between Maaco and Kedzie Auto.Second, it was as if the guys at Kedzie didn't even want to attend me.I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT MAKE THIS THE FIRST PLACE YOU GET A QUOTE!!!There are many other places.This place is a rip-off.

Extremely rude I went In to ask for an estimate on my vehicle because of the extracurricular events of last weekend and the mechanic completely shut me down said he was busy and backed up and couldn't provide me with any estimate time to reach back out to them

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Close your eyes and leave the car and the keys with ALEX the manger, he us very professional and honest. He haas repaired more than 25 cars for me ( business) Kedzie autobody is the best bodyshop in the area. It's an small shop but they deliver quality. Big bodyshops are not exactly the best option ( they don't care much) Call Kedzie make an appointment or swing by. If you have a brand new car just feel confident and give it go Kedzie)

I got my car fixed in Feb. My engine was leaking. They said they fixed it. Took it to them to fix some issues I had with the suspension. They said my engine was STILL leaking and quoted me the same thing I just got fixed. They got defensive when I asked if I could get the diagnosis emailed to me and told me to come get my car.

State Farm send my information to this body shop about 2 months ago and they never called me and I went there to get my estimate or an appointment and they told me that they didn't have any information about my truck and that they couldn't give me an appointment, when I know they do have the information but I know they didn't want to do it cause since they ain't getting a lot of money cause is just the bumper, so I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and by the way this place is really expensive, go elsewhere.

Very professional service. Waiting room has an A/C for summer
