I found Kalamper Auto Repair & Tire Shop on google. After reading the reviews, right away I went there.I had a leak on my tire, Amel is very friendly and fix it right away, great service! Will definitely come back when need.Highly recommended!

I showed up without notice with 2 leaky tires and he fixed both of them on the spot very quickly and for a better than fair price. I honestly felt like I should have been charged more. This was my first time there, I will be back for any auto service.Service: TiresService: Tires

I was recommended Amel by a friend. My first visit meeting him was definitely a pleasure. He was able to perform full breaks/rotors installation. His prices are very reasonable and his work performance is excellent and very honest. The service here is beyond excellent! It is helpful, friendly and has fast service. Ameil was very helpful when our tire had a flat. Our car was parked 2 blocks away from the shop and he offered to come to the car to place the flat with a spare. We eventually made it to his shop where he was able to replace the spare. I was very happy with the new tire and how the car felt when driving. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a tire replacement or any other work done.

I've been to a few shops in the area but never had an experience as painless as the one I had at Kalamper. Amel identified a warped rotor on my car and had it resolved in no time. Absolutely flawless experience dealing with this gentleman at his shop! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to replace all the issues I was having. This was by far the smoothest interaction I ve had with any mechanic. His knowledge to diagnose any issue I was having was quickly resolved. He was extremely personable and made the whole experience much better than taking your vehicle to the dealer. His smile and his work speak for themselves. Could not show enough appreciation for their work. I came in with a problem my dealership couldn t fix in 3 visits.Amel was able to work with me at my schedule, took less than an hour to identify the issue. I had to force him to let me compensate him for the great work.10/10 - would do it all over again

I HIGHLY recommend Kalamper! Took my car there as I failed the emissions test, and my check engine light was on. Kalamper tested for codes, took care of the problems efficiently, with extremely reasonable price. I passed my emissions, car is free of code errors, and also replaced my sway bars which was broken. Amel is amazing guy. He did very clean and professional job. I brought my 4 new tires for installation and everything was done in 30 minutes. He did balancing for the same reasonable price. I think I found new mechanic and I am pretty happy! Service: TiresService: Tires

Owner is so great, so honest, so nice, my son and I have found our local mechanic and we are so thrilled! I first took my truck to him for a slow leak and he fixed it right away very quick then I took my son in with his car for a $20 oil change - so quick and inexpensive - and a front brake job and we thought he had a slow leak but the owner showed us the tires were very bad and unsafe so he sold us 2 partially new tires at a very low cost, we got all this done quickly and at a very reasonable price! We both give him 5 stars and highly recommend him as the local mechanic in the area!! Thanks so much!!!

I was in Chicago visiting from Minnesota, on my way home my tire blew about five minutes from this shop. I called triple A and was told it would be at least an hour before they could send someone. I googled local tire shops and this place popped up. I called and explained the situation to whom I believe is the owner of the shop. He was in the middle of finishing another job, but promised he'd COME TO ME within thirty minutes. About twenty minutes later he showed up, put on my spare and I was able to follow him to his shop! I still can't believe he actually came to me on the side of the road. Excellent customer service! I strongly recommend this shop!!

What a great customer experience! Nice and honest people. I had a nail in one of my tires and went here because it was close to home and they were open later then other places. I am so glad to stumble upon Kalamper!Even though they were super busy with cars, they took the time to take care of my tiny little repair. Great efficient work at a great price!Amel fixed my battery problem, has done all my oil changes, installed new sway bars, and other basic maintenance on my car. He gets everything done efficiently and at great prices! Amel has never tried to rip me off, where most mechanics might try to do because they stereotype a young girl, etc.This is the best mechanic I ve ever gone to! We took my wife's subara in for a brakes job and they did a great job. Got back the car as they promised. 2 hours later and they fixes one of tires that had two nails in the tire. Will definitely go back in the future for our vehicles. Honest friendly service Thanks Amel

If you don't know anything about cars (like me), it's easy to get taken advantage of when your vehicle requires work. And going to a mechanic can cause as much anxiety as going to the doctor's office because, let's face it, mechanics have a bad reputation collectively. Will they screw me over? Do I really need this repair? That much?!?!?! When I took my Ford Fusion to Kalamper Auto, I was immediately put at ease with their timeliness, efficiency and kindness. But that's not even the best part. They went out of their way to find me the best price so they could extend that same value to me. That means everything in this day and age. So let's see. That's fast, cheap and reliable work from a mechanic you can trust. Why aren't you driving your car there RIGHT NOW?

Came in with two issues. The first one he fixed in minutes and didn't charge me for it. The other one turned out to be an electrical issue that he admitted he wasn't able to do. Didn't try to nickel and dime. Super friendly and honest. 100 percent would recommend.
