I just got my tire fixed here and I m not very happy about the experience. First of all, it took over two hours for the tire to be replaced. And if that was the only issue they would have gotten 5 stars. The problems lie with how they nickel and dime for everything. Just to get my tire completely replaced, it was 152.99(fine with this) for the tire plus $20 for labor (which is fair) and then $12.5 it put in air. I just don t believe it right to charge people to put air in tires, but that s just my opinion. They also offered me a deal to change all my tires for around $1000 (with a whopping deal of $80 off). Which includes a warranty and tire rotations. I don t really see the deal in that considering there are other places that will charge much less for the same like where is the other ~$400 coming from? Lastly, even though they charged me to put air in my tires one of them was below 30psi. $12.5 won t break my bank but to not even fill every tire completely is a little absurd. Now, they were very polite at the front desk and definitely wanted to help, so I don t blame the people here, more of the company at large. During my two hour stay I did overhear a lot of customers needing help with air and they d just do it for free (not sure why they would charge me despite hearing this) so they definitely do help there. Hope this helps someone.

They scratched my car while working on it. They have a really crowded lot and were probably rushing. The employee said the manager would call me, it's been a month with no response. I filed a claim with the claims department and no response.The employee just said it was a "small" scratch so I shouldn't be mad. Only go here if you have a beater car. There are other reviews at this location with similar issues of getting scratched in the front left bumper.

I appreciate the staff at Just Tires. I ve had numerous issues with my car. My car is an older model. Each and every time I go to the North Broadway location they fix the issue. As a single lady I trust them extensively! They are honest and trustworthy. These gentlemen are fast, efficient, kind, and informative. Please give them a try. You won t regret it.

I went into Just Tires due to what I thought was a slow leak in my front left tire. They told me I had a nail in the tire but due to the location, it couldn t be repaired. They also recommended I get all four tires changed quoting me at $875. I took my car into a local shop where they fixed the nail puncture and said my tires still had plenty of life. I left paying $35.The front desk staff at this Just Tires location is kind and professional, but beyond that, I wouldn t recommend. I won t be returning.

Not worth the hassle and I live within blocks of it.Ordered the tires online in advance and of course when we dropped it off they said they didn t have the tires but offered us an alternative. Didn t even try to get the correct product. Cars brakes have been making noise ever since being there. (Brakes are newer and weren t making any noise before).After 2 months two of them were low on air (probably due to cooler temps) went in to have them checked and air added was going to take 20 minutes!!!Easier just to check and fill with air yourself.

The staff who assisted me after I had to come in with a blown out tire, were so kind and helpful. They were able to get me in and out within less than an hour. I was very pleased. Thank you!

didn't go to this place for my car at all, but instead sat outside of it for 4 hours while waiting for a Lovejoy concert. they were very good at not hitting me with the cars they were working on!!

Fast and friendly service. The 3-year alignment program I d have no single complaint. Plain and simple. Asked for tires mounting & balancing, the price is cheaper comparing to local small shop. A great place for tire maintenance in Uptown/Edgewater.

Theses guys are idiots. Came in to get some air in my tire. A couple of minutes they said. 25 min later and only after me pushing and explaining the difference btw a couple (2) and 25 minutes

Just wanted to say Thank You to Ivar, Peter, Luis and Marcos for helping me with my alignment on my car they were really professional and really in detail about explaining the specs on my car before and after the alignment Highly Recommend them for any suspension work and Alignments.

Good service from good people. I got new brakes and a new set of tires from this shop. (Uptown, Chicago). Later I had to come in twice for an elusive tire leak. They found it finally, but since I had to come In twice they didn t charge me for the service. I appreciate that. It tells me that they know the value of my time. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I had to get a replacement tire and alignment after blowing out my tire on Lakeshore (while the city was tearing up the entire road). I worked with Theo. And, despite it being quite busy since a lot of people were coming in with the same issue, Theo did a great job handling everyone's needs in a timely fashion - being very polite in the process. He was very calm and collected despite the unexpected surge in customers. He also made a genuine effort to answer all of my questions. I would definitely work with him again!

We signed up for oil change service on their website in the morning, for an afternoon appointment. Apparently it doesn t register in their system so close to the appointment time.Well, they explained the situation and agreed to try to fit us in before closing, no promises with 20 cars already on the schedule (we were leaving on a trip the next day).Fast forward to the end of the day, they got it done! We were so grateful for their service with a smile. Highly recommended!

The service and the prices were great! We had a flat and they fit us in right before their closing time, put a patch on the tire, and had us back on the road in under an hour. I rarely write reviews but really just wanted to thank the team for helping us out!

Just stopped in because all my tires were showing low air and I could not get the caps off the air valves because the techs from Skokie branch screwed then on very tight. The guys at the desk were very friendly along with the technician that put air in my tires. It was a great experience for a last minute walk in request. I will be back to this location to attend to any of my tire needs. Thanks for making it a great experience.

Extremely helpful! We needed our tire patched or replaced as soon as possible. (Driving on a weathered 25-year-old spare donut: very likely a bad idea, even for just a day.) They got us in the same day, when other places couldn't or wouldn't, even though Just Tires was already fully booked for the day, and we appreciate it so much. Also did an overdue alignment and we got our treasured rust bucket back later that afternoon. Thanks for the extra effort and stellar service! We'll be back.

My car was damaged while it was under their care. They took no responsibility. Don t trust them with your car. They moved it to the street and said it must have happened there.

I had some last minute issues with my car before a long road trip and everyone at Just Tires was so helpful in fitting me in and getting things fixed in time for my drive. I can t thank them enough for their quick work! Excellent communication and I ll definitely be going back.

Marcos, James and Theo went the extra mile on my 2006 325 xi what true professionalism and no hanky panky.... When most mechanics would have thrown in the towel on that inner outer tire rod. Lunch is on me guys....

I stopped in last week to purchase tires for my SUV last week, the two gentlemen (Marco's/Brian) were very helpful. The customer service was great, and both answered many questions I had. Recommendation was great and my vehicle drives like new again.I would definitely go back again. Highly recommend this place. I would highly encourage leaving the vehicle for service due to the state we are currently in, even though there are precautions being taken at this location and everyone is wearing a mask.

Had our car towed there after pothole collision on Lake Shore Dr. Staff there couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Worked quickly and efficiently with our insurance. Most importantly, they were very open and honest about issues that they could not correct. Edwin, Ivar and the rest of the Team are highly recommended. (sorry if I forgot anyone)

Just Tires on Broadway is my go-to place for regular maintenance and services. Ivar and his team are professional, efficient, reasonable, and always do a full inspection on an oil change. They recently found my one of the engine belts was shredding itself and saved me from having my car stall. Regardless of what the issue is, they are always thorough. I trust them to help me navigate any car problems I have. I also love their 3 year warranty for tire rotation! It s so helpful to have them remind me when it s time to do regular maintenance. Thank you Ivar!
