I had an outstanding experience at Jiffy lube! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous, guiding me through the inspection process with ease.The waiting area was clean and comfortable, The turnaround time was impressive, and they even went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule.Overall, I highly recommend Jiffy lube on Cecero for anyone in need of reliable and professional automotive inspection and oil services.Keep up the fantastic work!"

I travel 33 miles just to go to this store. I have been taking my car to the same Jiffy lube Mechanic for 4 + decades. I cannot thank Mr.Porfirio Nieves for always help keeping all of my vehicles in top shape at a more then competitive price. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise but what stands out the most is his honesty, hard work and dedication to still be with Jiffy lube all these years and it shows. I am fortunate to be able to have that confidence that all my vehicles are in good hands and always in top condition. I can honestly say I have never had a problem at this store. So I encourage everyone to give them a try. I don't see how my fellow Americans & Veterans wouldn't want to support our "Home town Hero" Mr.Porfirio Nieves that btw holds the key to our Great City of Chicago." For more of his "honesty and bravery". All the more reason I have no problem in ever supporting this Jiffy Lube.

Love this spot! They pull your car in for you and walk you to the waiting room. Nothing special but it s clean. All the staff were very friendly and communicative about the establishment and the details of the car. Super fast service too, I was in and out fast, it was very well staffed with 3 people working on my car. They gave suggestions and all what they offer to service cars.

Long story short. It was the end of a very trying day, but I needed a headlight fixed and my oil changed. They got me in and out so fast and I was so grateful. I ll be coming back to the spot.

In order to pass an Uber inspection they had to charge me $45 for a rear wiper when it wasn't even in bad condition. These wipers cost $12 each anywhere else. If I rejected to get one they would still charge me $20 for the inspection so I really didn't have a choice. They will try to find anything in order to steal from you!

I have been coming here for years and they never disappoint. I literally drive past the Toyota dealership where I have a $50 off coupon to go here and pay full price. Why? Quality customer service and my time are super important to me. They are always courteous, fast, and efficient...I just wish they had better coupons for more than $10 off of a full synthetic oil change. The staff is also patient and very helpful when searching for coupons. All you have to do is ask. They usually get me in and out in less than an hour! The dealership will take up my whole day. These guys are awesome!

What made me fall in love was that they didn t try to sell me a new cabin filter!

I been going here since I moved down the street. The service has always been great. All the workers were very nice and polite. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. This is my go to jiffy line. The place is very clean as well.

Went to Toyota down the street to get an oil change for my car. Was never greeted there and waited too long to even be acknowledged for my appointment. An appointment for an oil change, imagine that. Drove off, and instead drove down to this Jiffy Lube location.The pros here are lightyears ahead in doing things correctly, great service, friendliness, clean, quick, and fair pricing.

Don't go to this place, they take care of you badly, the staff seems to be always upset, the prices are very high, they are changing the oil and they go out to tell you that you have the brake lights burned, not attentive the staff, do not go to that place if what you are looking for is a place where you are treated in a cut way.

Jose the manager was a retired gang member, was bother when I asked what was he going to do about leaving my oil filter loose which I have documented on a receipt from Marino dodge and his rebuttal was that for all he knows, me and the dealer could be lying, that I needed to leave the filter loose and then take it to them, I have been a loyal customer for some time, instead of apologizing and giving me a free oil change or a discount on the next service, he wants to look at all there cameras. Jose has no customer service qualities or experience, he was very rude, never apologized or sympathized to the fact that my vehicle could have been seriously damaged do to there negligence, so I reached out to corporate and I m waiting for the owner to call me, I will file complaint thru bbb, state attorneys office, and state commission office. All he had to do was be professional & understanding.

Visited jiffy lube on 2/6/24Needing uber inspections, all those young troopers are very courteous and polite, rolled my car in and in no time service completed I definitely would recommend this place. I for sure will return.Thanks to the whole team for a great service.

This is my favorite jiffy lube location in Chicago because it's one of the only ones that consistently resets my indicator lights in my Subaru when they change my oil.

I was on my way to work and got 2 flats on the passenger side of my car. AAA was slow in the response and I needed help. That s when I noticed the Jiffy Lube next door now replaced tires. The team at that Jiffy Lube were reponsive, professional, and personable. They made the situation I found myself in less stressful. Thanks guys!

Fast, friendly service, in and out quickly, and they explain everything to the customer. The manager is cool and accepts coupons readily! I like that one can drive up and have oil added if you're low.

I'm not sure of the gentleman's name that I'm almost positive that he is the manager / shift leader. He was extremely polite friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. Honestly out of all of the experiences in the past that I've had my vehicles serviced I will say this gentleman provided the best service.( I'm not sure if he will remember me or even ave access to see my review but if so I would like to say thank you for your great service and also I took the directions that you gave me to get to Indiana THANK YOU!!Services: Electrical, Oil change

always this place are not onestostoday, Friday, January 26, 2024, I reiterated itI went to have my car inspected, they wanted to make me buy things that the car didn't need and besides, it's a place that they exaggerate with the prices.I would never recommend anyone to go to these places.I knowing that these establishments are so scam people or the company dobut they were the only places or more that provide inspections for lyft

I went in for an oil change and was greeted promptly at my car with a smile. After being walked into the waiting area, Cesar greeted me and was extremely polite, and friendly. I had never been to this specific location so I was surprised at how friendly and nice he was- usually my experience is just average but I really appreciated someone who genuinely seemed to enjoy being at work, and was kind. I think I was there no more than 15 minutes (if even that long) and was pleased with the swiftness. Upon leaving, both Cesar and another great employee named Jaqueline walked me to my car. I love seeing females in a male dominated field, and especially loved seeing and hearing how much respect her coworkers had for her. The three of us chit chatted and I even told them how nice they both were. Truly a great experience, and will now be going to this jiffy location anytime I need something car related. Customer service really goes a long way and is so important regardless of what profession someone is in.Service: Oil change

Great experience led by Jose and his team. I was due for an air filter replacement at 55,000 miles and they handled it with quality workmanship and efficiency. They filled the tires to 35 psi and cleaned the inside of the car. Great service and very friendly people.
