I had to replace a license plate as it was very much rusted and I couldn t do it myself. I called West Chicago location and they said that they might be able to do it free of cost. They vividly said that they will try with the tools they have. They in fact did! Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this jiffy lube at the corner of 64 and 59. I get my oil change there and they have made me a repeat customer. Kudos!

Always quick, easy and GOOD. I m emphasize good because I went somewhere else for an oil change to save $10 and my car was immediately leaking oil. I went back to to Jiffy and they fixed me up. You get what you pay for. Never again will I stray away from Jiffy! Thank you guys

I have been to this location multiple times. They have worked on all my cars. They have been nothing but professional and upfront with costs and given me different options. I would recommend this location.

Went in for a headlight bulb replacement, they did the job quickly and for a fair price, all the employees are friendly and they know what they're doing. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, the bulb can be replaced from the wheel well but so many other places I've taken my car to say they have to remove the bumper. When I called Jiffy Lube they said to bring it in so they could look at it and it was done in less than 15 minutes. I was the only customer there so that made service faster and it was shortly before they were closing. I'll absolutely use them again.

I arrived at 9:00 on a Sunday morning and need to drive up north to visit a sick friend. The parts company did not have a driver available until 10:00. I generally change my own oil, but disposing of it is getting to be a pain. So I went to this Jiffy lube today. The person I spoke to was nice, explained well, and did not try to sell me things that I knew I did not need.Everything was done right except that they did not drain the oil from around the oil filter. There's even a valve right under the filter on Toyota specifically for draining this. It can be done with a shop towel in a pinch.Instead, I got home, and oil they did not drain had splashed over the hoses, wiring, side of my battery, the new powdercoated skidplate I just put on, and the on-board battery charger. Very not cool.I don't understand how this can be missed, it is literally a pool of oil right next to the filter. It isn't in some far off place in the truck. I don't know how to explain that this could be missed. Guess I'm going back to changing my own oil now.

I ve been here every 3-4 months the last year and it s been the same staff - they ve been prompt to greet me when I pull up and efficient with the oil changes. They re great about checking several other things (air filter, wipers, etc.) and I have never felt as if they re trying to unnecessarily push or up-sell parts or services. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location for your routine oil changes.Service: Oil change

My visit at this Jiffy Lube was outstanding! My headlight went out and I needed to have it replaced. I drove right up and they replaced it in a "Jiffy" and at a great price as well!! I started bringing my work vehicles here over 10 years ago. Great service and very quick. I am employed by another company and have since moved from the immediate area but I still bring my vehicle here to be serviced. I drive about 25 miles and pass up a lot of other service centers along the way, even other Jiffy Lube locations. Unlike the others that you can wait hours to get your service performed, I don't remember ever having to wait and the service is usually done in 15 to 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

They didn t charge an arm and a leg, they didn t take forever to service the car, they didn t cause more damage to the car in order to charge for more repairs, and they didn t try to sell us every service they provide like the people with the golden touch. They were fast, but forgot to put the screws back in my splash shield. I noticed a few days later when the shield started dragging on the road.I managed to secure the shield enough to get back, and they did replace the screws.

Just OK. Staff was out of their top brand of oil and couldn't differentiate +/- between the other oil options available. Not all that reassuring.

They messed with my battery to try and convince me I needed a new one. I took my car to advance auto parts and they sorted it out in a minute! Told me I could get another half a year out of my current battery and my car is working just like it was.

My front grill fell off within 24 hours of having my oil changed. I noticed it missing and Jiffy Lube says it's not their fault and it's just normal wear and tear. Funny how my front grill has been on my car 10 years and I bring it for an oil change it mysteriously falls off.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had a good experience but they over charged me for the same Platinum full synthetic oil which I got almost after every 3 months from jiffy lube different locations by saying they didn t do additional service just charged you for the oil . I show them invoices which shows oil price 86.99 with additional service but this location charged me 104.99$ just saying that every location have different owners and these are franchises. Really disappointed with their overall control and management.

Met me in the driveway. Greeted me. I told him I had a brake light out and asked if he could fix it for me soon at a reasonable price? He said he could and drove it inside and fixed it. Price was fair. Happy with service and the work. My wife and I will return with cars as needed.

Very friendly and professional folks. They don't try to sell you anything beyond what is really needed. Completely checking your vehicle with fast service. Servicing all my cars here and never had any issues.

Best oil change place! Been going there for years and have always had great service. Recently I even had an issue with my oil drain plug which they were able to take care of for me as well. Gonna keep going there as long as I can. Bottom line? Great people. Great service.

The customer service here is phenomenal! The workers on 2/14 around 4pm deserve some recognition! I live in Elgin but work close by so I go after work. They are so fast I m usually in and out in 15 mins or less. I have never had any issues here. They clean my windows. Vacuum my car. Fill my tires. Update me on things that need fixings but they don t push it on you like most places. I will never go to any other place for my oil change.

I stopped in to have my AC charged only to find out I had damage to the underside due to a snowbank I had hit over the winter. While they were not able to fix it, the technician, Trey and his boss Dennis were a great help in helping me understand what was going on. I will definitely be back for my future needs.
