I had an impressive experience today at Jiffy Lube. Everyone my sister and I encountered was professional and friendly. Marco figured out the issue with my truck, and I'm truly glad he did. I will be sure to return to this location. This is a great location for anyone to try for services. You're likely to have a pleasant experience.

All I'm gonna say I've been coming there for years and will continue going there . The service is wonderful. If there is a problem that needs to be addressed they tell me . They shove nothing at me that I don't need like most places. Very knowledgeable and informative workers there. I live near 2 other Jiffy Lube place but I will bypass them just to go this specific location because I know what the service is gonna be like and what to expect. Keep up the good work

The guys are ALWAYS so nice and kind! I went in just to get the tire pressures checked on my car as one tire was down to 23. I asked them to also check windshield washer fluid. I'm newly widowed and my S.O. took care of all of this so I'm a fish out of water when it comes to car stuff. They were pleasant, accommodating and got it done in a jiffy!

Service was good as always. However, I was told the synthetic blend oil would be good for 5000 miles. But the Jiffy lube reminder sticker showed 3000 miles.I had to write down what 5000 miles would be so I don t return sooner than needed.I would suggest indicating the correct due date mileage so people are not returning sooner than needed ultimately spending more money. Thanks.

Visited Jiffy Lube this morning and was in/out in 20 minutes. They explained everything that needed to be done. Showed me both air filters that did need to be changed. Very happy with the customer service.

11-24-23 The guys there did an excellent job with my Signature oil change. Thank you and Happy Holidays! 12-19-23 It is the holiday season & I need all of my money. I'm not sure why I even need another oil change and it hasn't been a whole month. Anyway, I told the cashier, Isaiah H., I had a coupon for $12 off. He said, he didn't need to see it because he had a coupon. He only gave me $10 off. He told me the Oil change was $75.99. My total was $79.31. Now, tell me, what discount did I receive? Could just be me!

Been going to this location last few years. Always great service, courteous and the team provides honest and truthful feedback. I appreciate they offer services but are not pushy salespeople.

They did a great job, but most importantly I could not find my credit card and the gentleman who waited on me was so kind. He trusted to go home and come back and pay. Very kind.

This jiffy lube exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable!! Zig is the absolute best. He had me cracking up and he answered my fifty million questions without trying to upsell me. I got everything I needed and wanted and was informed of what I need in the future. This will be my oil change home from now on

We went on a Wednesday afternoon. We were greeted with a smile and the gentleman escorted my 84 year old mom to the waiting area where we were offered cold water which was great because it was hot outside. The service was exceptional, didn t take long. We also took advantage of the free brake inspection which was very informative. I will be returning for my next oil change.Service: Oil change

Cannot say enough about Louis, Zig and the rest of the crew. Professional and quick service with patient and thorough communication. Been a customer of another oil change establishment for years, but these guys are my new go-to.

In and out. I was here less than 20mins. Any questions I had were answered with expertise. Ask about "top off services".. its an excellent deal Jiffy Lube offers. Alyssa and Zig have EXCELLENT customer service.

STAY AWAY!!!! I had my oil changed and was on my way.........only to find out over a week later when my engine started smoking and overheating that they forgot to replace the oil cap. There was coolant and engine oil everywhere along with a strange sound from the motor. The engine light came on. So I was driving around for a week allowing my engine to.go into a vacuum and essentially ruining it. They sent an assistant manager to replace the cap. After explaining to him the car is currently undriveable and needed to be serviced they informed me they couldn't do anything until Tuesday. They refused to give me a rental which you would think they would give me without question seeing as they are the ones who caused the damage to my car. Now I'm left without a car to pick my son up over the holiday weekend. Completely unprofessional and uncaring company. Do yourself a favor and stay away from all Jiffy Lube locations especially this one on 103rd and Kedzie.

I got my front brakes fixed, and it was done in about 1:30 mins. The gentlemen were nice and polite. I was offered a seat and some water. Once you go for the first time, they enter your information in the system and keep track of your service. I would recommend them!

Terrible service! My daughter was home from college this weekend & I noticed a spot on our driveway. I took her car to a shop to have it looked at, & come to find out Jiffy Lube didn t tighten her drain plug all the way, so it had been leaking oil for months because of it. Super disappointed that after speaking with the manager, Marco, there was no compensation given. Will Never go here again!!!

Left my car w windows open & keys in ignition for over 10 minutes outside the garage after service. Didnt even address me. Served multiple customers that arrived after me while I waited just to pay for my oil change which was finished. The wait was longer than the oil change.

Can't remember the tech's name, but he was bald. He gave amazing customer service.
