The Service Technicians were excellent, respectful, polite, courteous and fast. This is the best Jiffy Lube store I've been to so far. Fresh smelling inside store and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable. Not like another store where it was smelling of loud skunk weed. A very big turn off. Keep up the good work gentlemen. Customers do notice the good things too.

Waited 40 mins to be seen, while waiting they let a car go ahead of me that did not arrive u til after I had already been sitting waiting for quite some time. Then the car directly in front of me the worker decides to not o it change her oil but to repair an issue she was having with her trunk. Taking up more unnecessary time. Why are you trying to repair her trunk is this not an oil change place??? Will be going to a different location moving forward!!!!!

This was my very first oil change and the crew made me feel comfortable. The oil change didn't take as much time as I thought! And they cleaned all my windows. Make sure to look on the jiffy lube website first for great coupons!

This place over charges people and it s crazy because you would think since it s independently owned they would do better but no! Also they had a new person working on my vehicle who lied on my receipt I was very disappointed

This particular location was unprofessional. The workers stood around staring and giggling like little boys. One worker didnt put air in my tires or put the sticker in the window. The customer shouldn't hv to tell the manager what wasn't done when I paid for a service... People work hard for their money and want what they pay for

The attendant gave me two prices. $95 when I first got there, then once he finished, he told me $130. He claims jiffy lubes prices went up earlier this month. Also he was low key trying to force me to get $80 anti freeze and a new air filter. Normally they re suggested and encouraged, but this was like a blunt YOU NEED TO DO THIS mentality. I m very disappointed. I ve spent a lot of money at this Jiffy lube.Service: Oil change

Don't take.your vehicle to that place they charge me $200 for a radiator flush that they half did ,they will mess up your vehicle

Went in this morning to get a oil change! Synthetic blend and had a $10 off coupon! Was later informed I d have to pay $15 more because of extra screws needed to be taken out because of a protective plate! Never again will I be returning I ve never been told anything like that! From the moment I pulled In the attitude of the people working was off! This will also be receiving a email to corporate representatives as well

They where fast and courteous polite the pice was fair. The only thing that I was thrown by was that they charged me 15 dollars to remove a cover of some sort to get to the oil filter I think . Which I was never charged at other places. Or maybe I wasn't told about. But that's it.

I stopped at the location before heading out of town. The guys were respectful and so helpful. They took care of my car, educated me so I can better care for my car, and it was truly a weight lifted. I will definitely be back the next time I need auto service.

These guys could have killed me and my whole family. My partner went there for an oil change a while back. The vehicle has a skid plate covering the engine. The plate has 6 bolts attaching it to the subframe. They maybe replaced one of them because a few weeks later the plate came off while we were driving down the interstate. Luckily, the front facia held the plate to the vehicle and kept the 1/4 inch piece of steel from flipping our vehicle. Avoid this place at all costs. They don't know what they're doing.

This was the best experience I ve had a Jiffy Lube. The one in Homewood is sketchy at times due to certain employees that work there. It wasn t until a lady worker rang me up and told me my total was $60 and that was after she added a $10 off coupon. I was appreciative for her but I didn t realize that I was getting scammed by other workers because the most I ve paid for an oil change was $80. At this location though everything was amazing. I ve never got my windows cleaned while getting my oil changed loll that was new. All the men seemedfriendly, and they got straight to their job. IAppreciate that they didn t half step with anything and they were professional.Service: Oil change

I hadn't gone to a Jiffy Lube in YEARS! While driving down Halsted one day a few weeks ago I noticed this one. There were closer ones to me but I opted for this one. Didn't get any of the names of the guys but I was satisfied and pleased I had been advised of gasket leaks. I also didn't feel pressured to buy the Lucas oil treatment for my high mileage or the air filter that was very much needed. I noticed my fluid levels were low on my own when I checked a couple weeks ago, glad they topped off the power steering - the one fluid I hadn't replenished. The guy also mentioned the corrosion on my battery terminal, I had noticed this too, he said it's not bad right now, true, and I could return for them to clean it and he gave me the price. Very good experience, they were quite thorough, and no high pressure sales just recommendations, I like that. Also, extra for responding to your reviews. Btw, thought the photos on your google page represented this specific location (107th and Halsted), it does not so I added a couple

Too many mistakesTech could not explain to me why I was being charged 6.99 only for 6 quarts of oilWhich I already knewOil change comes with 5 quarts my vehicle holds 6 quartsThey didn't wash my windows or top other fluidsI left there with 3 different levels of air in my tires and when I returned they said they put 38lbs in each tire when my tires call for 35lbs which I showed him on the manufacturer label which they didn't expect me too know when I left all four tires had a different pound

The manager was rude and told me that because I did not get my inspection to Jiffy Lube that I could not use my Uber discount for my oil change when I did not understand he raise his voice at me. I have brought people there to get services as well if you get several of my own vehicle s service there since 2016 needless to say because of the way I was treated I will not go back there. I was greeted by a young man who asked what service was being performed. He asked me to step out of the car when I asked why he had no problem with telling me why. I would like to thank Maurice and the on-site staff for taking care of my Jaguar XE. They professionally gave me an educational tour under my hood what type of Oil, and filter needed. Where my antifreeze goes and how to check my oil and other fluids (i.e. antifreeze and windshield wiper fluid). I thank them for taking the time out to answer my questions in a professional manner and educate me on where the fluids go in my car and how to check them. This is a very well oiled machine. On a very busy Saturday they got my service done as quickly as possible. The manager Joe was very helpful to another customer a Vietnam veteran.
