Very nice and detailed service. Depending on your patience there is a wait could be lengthy could be fast. The workers did a great job accommodating me. I was short on cash so they did everything they could to be able to get me a accurate and great service. I really appreciate them.

Title: Exceptional Customer Service at Jiffy LubeI recently visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change and Tire sensor replacement. I must commend their outstanding customer service. The staff was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly courteous. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel valued as a customer. The service was prompt, and they took the time to explain each step, ensuring I understood the process. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the team at Jiffy Lube. I went to jiffy lube at 6700 N Western Ave in Chicago and I honestly got the best service I ve had in years! Covid hit businesses very hard and it seems service has been dismissed across categories. This jiffy lube bucks the odds! There were friendly employees who were great on the phone (I called ahead since I was going in close to closing) and welcomed me warmly even though I walked in a half hour before the end of their day. The extra services were such a surprise. Windows were washed, the car was vacuumed and while I know employees are trained to upsell, all the extra services - filters and engine flush - were offered gently and cheerfully. I did need them and can not believe the improvement in my car. I can feel the difference! Love this place - an instant go-to! Highly recommend.

Finally! An auto repair shop with smart mechanics who want to help! They are very, very good and interested in fixing the problem, not padding your bill. Amazing service and reasonably priced!

Ive been using this mechanic shop for over 2 years. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. They have experience in many makes.And they have very friendly and professional.Highly recommend without reservation.Manager Ivan Always put his best effort to satisfy his customers.

I told them I needed my rear breaks maintenance they insisted that the sound was coming from my front brakes and that it was almost touching metal to metal I went ahead and changed the front brakes and rotors and noticed in fact it wasn't touching metal to metal still lots of life left on the brake pads and that the sound from the rear brakes still continues honestly just come here for a oil change and try not to get scammed but all the other service's they try to sell you they tried charging me $400+ for a front brake job and $400+ for the rear brake job I drive a 2000 Camry these prices aren't right for a car that sold so much and there's so many parts available also they responded with email them, I email them and it literally did nothing

They serviced my vehicle, informed me of what the move was, and were not over bearing with sales. These guys know their stuff, and make a fine example of a jiffy lube. Stop by for quality service.

First time I went to this location at Western and Pratt, and the experience was great! Was hearing a noise when car was in motion, turns out I needed new brakes - badly. Luiz was great in explaining the issues to me, answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, and also let me know that I did not have to do all four brakes now - only the front were urgent. I did not feel pressured, and it was refreshing to have the honest guidance. I will definitely return to to this location to have the rear brakes done. The techs did a thorough job, saw that they test drove it to check the brakes before releasing it to me, too. It was a quick, but, thorough job. Love that Jiffy Lubes offers other services than oil changes now!

It was my first time at this location, This place is a total ripoff!! Went into get an oil change on 07/08/2023 and today is 08/01/2023 just been 4 days and i have a low engine oil light at the dash upon checking to my shock there s not even a drop of oil left! I wonder if they never put oil or left the screw/ oil filter loose deliberately leading to drainage!!! Upon reading other reviews of this place most of the customers that came in here for an oil change experienced the same issue, DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR CAR ENGINE!! please note you replying to this review with the same old format saying sent me an email of the same will not help!! Do something about it and your unprofessional scamming employees

After 5 years having my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan serviced at the dodge dealer just down the street, the techs at Jiffy Lube removed the cabin air filter to show me how dirty it was. I was shocked that the Dodge dealer never informed me about the presence of this filter. Six years on the same filter!!!!! Obviously, the Dodge dealer will only do what the service contract states and nothing more. The cabin filter was pricey, but worth the money for the gained knowledge. Kudos to the crew at Jiffy Lube!

I would give this location 7 stars if I could. I have been there a few times for various car services and EVERY TIME the staff has been friendly, courteous, and efficient. I am always greeted right away and made aware of the wait time. On my recent visit, Robert was the one who helped me and he was great!! he was kind and quick! Fortunately this location is close to where I live, however, even if it wasn't I would still choose this particular Jiffy Lube location (Pratt & Western) for my car service needs because of my previous experiences with them!!Service: Oil change

I came in for a simple oil change, accidentally left $200 of cash in the consul and was robbed. Also they ended up doing four other services that I later found out we re not necessary and charging me $300. Came in for a simple oil change ended up losing $500 to them. I hope these grown men mechanics are proud of robbing in a 18-year-old girlService: Oil change

They took twenty dollars from me for the price of checking the car for Uber, then they asked you to change the rear tires knowing that I changed them five months ago at the company and I have credit and the car runs on new tires only 10 thousand miles. truly? They have no experience that they depend on the year of manufacture of the tire. My son also went to them to change the oil in a BMW, and there is a special one in it. They put inappropriate BMW oil.

I was very impressed with this location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable and was quoted accurately up front. The guys here were diligent in their work and got me out in an hour (which was great because it was pretty busy when I went). I would definitely return.
