Oil change with a view! I normally always go to jiffy lube but not this location. But I happened to be out driving around and needed an oil change and just happened to drive by. What a great find! Not only were they fast with my oil change, I had a nice little walk around the area and enjoyed the scenery. Their service was quick and from what I can tell, they did a great job. Thanks!

Title: Disastrous Oil Change Experience at Jiffy LubeI recently visited Jiffy Lube for my first oil change on my brand-new truck, and the experience left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. After the service, I noticed oil stains all over my driveway, indicating a significant leak. Naturally, I returned to Jiffy Lube to rectify the issue.Upon inspection, they informed me that the problem was a loose oil filter, a mistake that should have been avoided during a routine oil change. Not only did this error inconvenience me with the need for a return visit, but it also raised concerns about the competency of their technicians.What added insult to injury was their attempt to charge me an additional $100 for the oil used to correct their mistake. It's outrageous that I was expected to foot the bill for their negligence. This lack of accountability and professionalism is utterly unacceptable.Overall, my experience with Jiffy Lube was nothing short of a disaster. From the initial botched oil change to the attempt to overcharge me for their error, it's clear that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and quality service. I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube for any future maintenance needs, and I strongly advise others to reconsider trusting them with their vehicles.

We called the Jiffy Lube location at 1049 W. North Avenue in Chicago about 10 minutes before they closed. I had just noticed that both of my headlights were out and wasn't sure if it was just the bulbs or a more significant electrical issue. When we called the store, the staff encouraged us to come in and were so great while we were there, even though it was basically closing time. They got both headlights replaced and we were out of there within 10 minutes. We're so thankful for their help getting our car back to a safe state.

This must be the place. It is! Like the song I m listening to while riding a review. No joke: The only shop for oil, and other delightful detailing services, that my (still looking young) car has seen. Not only is the atmosphere comfortable and well operated but the turnaround time proves passion. I should have left this review many twists and turns ago. Back again!

I ve been going to this location for about 3 years for every oil change.The staff is super friendly and welcoming & they consistently do a great job. You can tell management is on top of these and that the employees enjoy working there.Oil changes take no more than 10 minutes and they also top off fluids and fill tires.They all do free fluid top offs in between all oil changes so I bring my car in consistently to fill up any oil that has burned out of the engine.Highly recommend this location for oil changes.

Great service! Inside of windows cleaned, vacuumed and even ran a diagnostic on an engine light. Was able to get a bulb replaced and fluids topped off during the oil change. Very fair pricing without the need for an appointment and wait time a dealer requires. Staff was quick & efficient honest and not pushy..

Have been going here for the last several years... lately I have noticed the quality of service has gotten worse. Juat had my oil changed the other week on a vehicle I don't drive to often, and when I do it short distances. Anyway, I drove it on the eway for about 20 miles and came back. Notice a burnt oil smell when I was driving, but thought it was just the smell outside. When I parked back home I noticed oil coming out of my front grill. I pop the hood and WOW, my whole engine was covered in oil, AND I saw my oil cap was missing from the top of my engine. I have not popped my hood since my oil change here 2 weeks ago. How do you screw up an oil change AT an oil change shop! I really like coming to this jiffy lube location. The only reason I'm leaving three stars is because normally I have good service with the attendants that work there. But today I came in for a top off and I know my car burns through oil really bad because of it being a Kia. I've done all my research so I know how many miles I usually need to get it topped off and usually I know the signs where if I can't tell off the dipstick I just look for lights on the dashboard and keep an ear out to make sure everything sounds like it's running smooth. I got out of work I saw the oil light flash on a little longer than usual and it sounded like it was running a little funny which usually means I need to have it taken in for a top off. Long story short the attendant who gave me my key said in a very condescending annoyed tone, as if he was talking to a child that was pestering him "try keeping an eye on your car next time. It was 2 quarts low." I understand that he was letting me know how low the car was it was just the first half of his talk he didn't need the sound very condescending towards me and he didn't need to do that in front of customers. It felt really embarrassing and made me feel like as if I was an idiot in the room. Hopefully next time they'll work that kind of stuff out. In case they need a description of who it was I don't know the name I just know it was a dark long-haired guy who wore it in a ponytail had facial hair and wears glasses. He was the only guy today that I saw talking to people at the counter and getting people rung up and going over their stuff on the computer. Again I love coming here I just didn't like that part of the experience where it made me feel like as if I did something wrong. As I said earlier I know my car burns through oil quicker than an actual reliable car would but if I thought there was something wrong with it I would have brought it in sooner which was why I was being responsible and checked on it and brought it in today.

Staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I believe they were honest about the condition and needs of my vehicle and didn t exaggerate or try to oversell me, like I have experienced when getting my oil changed elsewhere. The waiting area was clean.

Amazing customer service from each employee! From start to finish ! Explained each service that I would be receiving and why , I didn t feel rushed or forced into getting extra serves ! This was the best location I have ever been to ! I ve never seen an oil change been done so fast

I came here exactly a month ago to change the oil of my car, and I wanted to change the oil filter as well. As I entered, my friend came to me shouting, "The filters are in terrible condition, they need to be changed." I got scared and replaced all of them, paying a $200 bill. A month later, I came back for another oil change, and my friend showed me a perfectly clean filter, saying, "The filter is in terrible condition." He tried to play the same trick on me again, but I told him, "Don't deceive people, this was changed just a month ago." He apologized and said, "Okay then, there's no need to change it."

If you're a woman, don't go to this shop. I used to go for my oil changes. Which many times they would forget to switch the light off. Who knows if they actually changed the oil. I've also had my brakes done. When I got my brakes done, a few hours after, the car was making noise. Which I didn't understand, they had my car for 3 almost 4 hours, they had to wait for the, "right guy" to install. Regardless, why are my ALL MY BRAKES BAD, in which they are metal on metal? WHY DID I pay money to replace, if you pretended you changed them? Like aren't they supposed to check that for free, each time you go in? Seriously, I'm tired of this PINK TAX. I may not know much about cars, I'm not trying to die behind the wheel, because someone is skipping steps.

These mechanic shops only rip off customers, yes ALL OF US. I went in a few months ago for an oil change and they gave me a wheel alignment. The next time I go to get an oil change they loosened my alignment after I left a good review on how they fixed it the first time

I've had my oil changed there for years. Came in with "service engine soon" light on. Told me its a oil change,but i had one 4 months ago less than 3k miles. I should him the sticker. I asked if they would plug in the device to confirm, they said no even though they have the device. I had this done twice by a previous mechanic there, who left. The guy at the desk was rude and argued with me. Brought to another Jiffy, it was the oxygen sensor. Not going back there anymore

I came in at the end of the day needing my breaks checked. They couldn t fix the problems that night so they stored my car overnight. In less than 24hrs they fixed one of my calipers, replaced one of my breaks, and changed my oil. Great survive all around.

After declining all the extra services beyond an oil change, your employees became very rude and demeaning. I was told a 2 month old engine air filter is filthy and "this is the air you are breathing." No sorry, that is the engine air filter, not the cabin. I feel bad for all the people you are lying to and taking advantage of.

Worst place ever....I got my oil change on 9.22.22 afternoon.... drove about 20 miles throughout the day/night... parked car... next evening 9.23.22 , started my car and lost all my oil all over the street because of the negligence of the jiffy lube associates... apparently someone didn't put the filter on properly and as the result of starting the car up that Friday night, all the oil was spilled out onto my street... after me calling Saturday morning, they sent a technician out to me who "fixed" the problem... poured new oil into my car... then proceeded to follow him back to the jiffy lube where they gave me another oil change and apologized for someone's negligence not putting the filter on correctly... my car no longer accelerates and the turbo is nonexistent... I've taken it back to the jiffy lube yesterday 9.26.22 only for them to get it diagnosed and tell me " oh its the transmission thats the problem, had it been the engine or turbo we would help but since it's the transmission that's the problem, you're on your own. "....I'm going to have to go to corporate to get this problem resolved because they're unwilling to do anything to fix the negligence on their part.Do not go to this location... and make sure that when you start your car... your oil is not all over the street.

Great work great customer service and 5 stars to the front desk woman that was so knowledgeable and polite I went for an oil change but her knowledge and politeness prompted me to get a full synthetic oil change, both my engine and cabin filters as well as my air coolant refilled

Awesome experience here! Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Each item of the service was reviewed up front, and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. The value of service here was excellent for an oil and engine air filter change. I came here because the Honda service center was too busy, but I'll probably skip Honda altogether next time and come straight here for my oil change. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Quick oil service. About 15 minutes, the car was fully serviced (oil and filters) and no booking was required. Good selection of oils and nice personnel.Makes the regular maintenance task easy. Great also the schedule, open after 6 PM was a blessing.

Their service is fine but I thought all locations let you stay in the car, this is does not. It should be posted! I would rather go to another location. I ll never come back here due to that unfortunate policy.
