Amazing experience. Love the whole team that work here. Special shout out to Victor! Didn't think I would come to a Jiffy lube and find an in house mechanic i would love so much for the care of my car. He is the best! My go to spot now for all things car related not just oil.

my go to oil change, tire rotation, and often times other services i cant/wont do on my own. always quick, efficient, very professional!special thanks to those who make sure i can use any coupons available :)

Everyone was very nice, although a couple of things surprised me; the signage states your car, the lobby, your choice But as they approached to tell me to exit the car and I asked if I could stay in it, this had to be approved of by a manager.I also had a $15 coupon found in the website that I asked a technician if I could use, he said yes. I also brought it up to the guy that rang me out, who first was surprised I had an oil change and never applied my coupon.

Well to begin I went in and immediately they were trying to up charge me for brakes .. next they said they rotate my tires and then they said they couldn t get a wheel off due to being to tight and I would lose the lug nut on the wheel.. next they changed the oil and then never reset my change oil light and I ask them to do it and they guy came out and tried and said hey it doesn t reset .I used another jiffy lube and never got this service so poorly but this location was horrible .Never coming again and disappointed in the staff there. HORRIBLE !!!

I pass by many of your competitors on my way to you. I come here because of the great service. I feel appreciated as a customer. Getting out of the parking lot isn t easy, but that s not your fault, and I don t mind because I ve always had a positive experience here. Keep up that good work and service and you all will be in business for a very long time. Many businesses around are not doing it like you all and you should be proud.

Pretty quick service on a busy day. Standard attempt at extra service (wiper blades/cabin filter) but not pushy at all. Only issue was they told me the next service would be for after 5k miles but the reminder they put in my car was for service after 3k miles.

This place is fine but I always get calls saying I need to pay more. Then when I get my car back it seems like there s another issue issue always. I topped off my oil two days before, Get my car back and I m half full. I went in to get my spark plugs changed Which led to a lot of other repairs, Then I get my car back and the transmission is jerking every time is shifts. I don t know what it is but every time I go in I leave and there s a problem with the car that has nothing to do with the problem that just got fixed. Always.On my way to pick up my car, The Uber driver told me his family used to own a Jiffy Lube, And never take my car there. That they incentivize people to come up with more problems to make more sales from a corporate level. Won t be headed back. Last fix should have cost 250-300 bill came to 900.

had a great experience today. didn't realize it was basically a jiffy lube+ until i got a whole inspection done and was told pretty much everything that was wrong with my car.....which was kind of a lot!! lol. but i def wouldn't have known these things if i hadnt happened to stop at the jiffy lube closest to my job. Kim at the front desk was so nice and helpful. 10/10 will definitely be coming again for my car needs

Great service from this team! They explained what needed doing, didn t try to push when I let them know there were parts of the recommendations I d do myself, and did an amazing job. I ll definitely use this location again!

Our 2021 company vehicle with 34K miles was brought in for an oil leak and an oil top-up because of the leak. We were charged $255.07 for work that wasn't requested or approved by our driver. Included in the work was the replacement of the cabin filter and engine air filter. Neither filter was shown to the driver for his approval to replace. On a separate occasion, they wanted to charge us for a set of tires that we had not requested. We are no longer patronizing this location...

The gentleman that checked me out was super helpful. He explained everything to me and didn't pressure me for extra services. Instead he gave me the information of what I needed to do next and time frames. It was so refresshing to not feel like I was being taken advantage of.

I don t remember all of the services they performed on my car. All of the mechanics are very polite and the person at the desk is careful to tell you if anything needs repair and gives you the price before they do the work. My own repairs took 2 hours or more so the mechanic, Victor, was nice enough to drive me home so I didn t have to stay in the waiting room. I am happy with Jiffy Lube and will certainly use it regularly.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Oil change

I went to check an oil leak and went in to confirm if it was an oil leak so I could solve the issue. They told me that it wasn t an oil leak and that it was power steering and that I would be fine. I took their word since they are professionals and didn t pay it any mind. Couple days go by and I get a check engine light and my oil housing ended up messing up and when I check my oil stick it was DRY. I just don t get how professionals whose specialty is oil changes, can t tell the difference between an oil leak and power steering leak. I almost jeapordized my engine due to believing in professionals

I came in over the weekend for an oil change and ended up needing a new air filter, too. When I left, my check engine light came on and felt a slight jerking when accelerating. I went back the next day and was told the air filter wasn't put in the correct way and was fixed. Then the next day my check engine light came BACK on so I went to the mechanic I normally go to and was told the air filter wasn't connected at all and that's why it was doing that. The reason I'm giving this review 4 stars is because of the way the manager, Epi, at Jiffy Lube, handled this. He was SO nice and helped rectify the situation that I had to get done at the mechanic. I really, really appreciate good customer service and Epi really did go above and beyond. I do wish the air filter had been fixed one of the 2 times I was at Jiffy Lube, but the way Epi handled everything is the sole reason I would consider going back to this Jiffy Lube.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Took all parts of the car apart just the get an oil change, the lady was extremely rude and spoke very unclearly. Had trouble putting the air filter back inside the car after they were never told to remove it to being with and made a mess. They also lost the cover for the tire lug nuts and the stem.

I was needing oil change for my only car, when the light is on, 15% oil life, but I can wait until Monday for the Dealer appointment, additionally I got a coupon on the mail ( $ 25.00 off), so I'm so glad having this conveniently close to me. They done the job in 15 minutes. Now I have peace on mind. Thank you jiffy lube!!

(WARNING) Check their work. They never put my skid plate back underneath my truck..I call corporate,I sent emails and I never got any response. According to the manager, they cannot go that far back on the cameras. I never knew that we supposed to check their work after every service. I feel this is not right..I been coming here for years. And now I have to find another place to go.Just a heads up. Check all their work and for your skid plate...

I went there on 11/10/23 around noon for a standard oil change. Took about an hour (because it was packed) and everything checked out normal. Next day, I notice my car starting to leak oil all over my garage parking spot.I go back on 11/12/23 around 11am and tell them that my car is leaking oil and for them to recheck it out. They don t notice any issues and top off the oil.My car continues to leak oil all over my garage to the point where I have to buy degreaser and mop it all over my garage so others don t slip.I take my Jeep to a local car repair place and they tell me Jiffylube reinstalled my oil filter improperly and that s why it was leaking. Oil changes can t be that hard, especially for a 2020 Jeep, that the employees at Jiffylube mess up this badly. I want my money back and I will never be going back to any Jiffylube again. I have proof of purchase receipts at this location.

The tech started the car after filling the oil, except he started it with throttle half on, revving the hell out of it as the motor started! Shut it off from a high rev then checked oil level immediately! Seemed ok to him then proceeded to slam the hood beyond any reasonable persons reason. When I checked the oil on level ground after letting motor drain down 5 plus minutes it is overfilled by 3/4quart, nevvver again ..

Busy day but service was relatively quick. Specifically asked if they could check tire pressure and the clerk said they would. Got in my car and my pressure was still low.

Been coming to this location every 5k miles for three years now. The service is always great and quick. I forgot the name of the lady who works at the desk, but she is always friendly and makes good recommendations!
