JC has been so amazing! Not only did they stick to our tight timeline, they restored our radiators to their original beauty. We can now see the ornamentation which was previously hidden behind many layers of paint. They don t make them like they used to, we re so grateful for Jose and his team for restoring our radiators and ensuring they are not only gorgeous but also function properly. I recommend JC radiators to anyone who needs service on their radiators!Before and after pics posted for reference

Jose and his team were awesome! Very professional, they answered our questions and worked with our general contractor doing our kitchen renovation to help replace the knee-high behemoth of a radiator we used to have in our kitchen with a tall, sleek, decorative one. I highly recommend them for all your radiator needs.

I needed three radiators sandblasted and repainted, since the paint was very old (lead) and in poor condition. (I had tried to get some of it off myself, with little success.) JC's services were even more complete than I was looking for not only did they repaint, but they also replaced all the valves and took care of the removal and reinstallation. Their service was also very speedy. They picked up my radiators the day after I had initially reached out to them, and they reinstalled them the day after they were ready, all within the original time window they had provided for the work to be completed. Their price was a bit more than I was originally hoping to spend for a repaint, but this was much more than a repaint and very much worth the value. Now I have radiators that are (and also look!) as good as new. Thanks, Jos� and team for your responsiveness and careful, quality work!

This business has terrible customer service! I called them to get a quote on a radiator and the person starts screaming about how they are going to block my number because I called them twice, when the first time I called it went straight to voicemail. Obviously they don t care about their customers or the way they talk to them.

Our home was built in 1929 with a wonderful radiator heating system. We have lived here for 25 years enjoying the warm radiator heat. With the exception of one small upstairs room the system worked perfectly. The previous home owners removed a radiator from this room and it was always quite chilly. With the help of JC radiator we have solved the "chilly room" problem. With their extensive radiator inventory, the perfect radiator was found to replace the one removed so many years ago. It could easily have been original to the house. Perfect size. It was promptly delivered and removed from the truck with an electical dolly. A remarkable device. This was a second floor installation and the dolly whisked the 500-600 pound radiator right up the stairs with the assistance of two charming installers. The installers knew exactly what they were doing and had the install completed within an hour. The new(old) radiator was warm to the touch and within minutes our room was cozy. The difference in our second floor is simply amazing. I cannot Thank JC Radiator enough. They truly knew exactly what to do. The owner walked me through the measurements and patiently and promptly returned all of my emails. I was skeptical but this is a success story. If you have radiators and want to perfect your heating system this is the place to call. Thank you so much!

We had 5 100-year-old radiators power-washed and powder-coated by Jose and his team, plus the installation of new valves. They look beautiful. It's very expensive--a bit more than $4,000 for the job--but more than half the price is transport. I didn't realize that radiators were so heavy, up to 1,000 lbs, so getting them out of and back into the house was no small feat. If you can transport them yourself, you can save a lot of money. Like I said, the work was expensive, but it made a huge difference; every room with a radiator looks a lot better now. Plus, you can choose basically any color for the powder coating. We chose a shimmering bronze that looks really nice with the trim in our place. It's been over a year now and the radiators still look amazing. Working with Jose was also a pleasure.

Jose and his crew were fantastic! I needed 4 radiators, one so big they had to cut in two! They made sure to cover my floors so they wouldn't get scratched. Jose also informed me how to maintain the boiler (added bonus). Will recommend JC Radiators every time.

I have used JC Radiators for three steam radiator projects in 5 different units in the vintage building I manage. I trust that Jose will do what he says he will do and stands by his workmanship. Steam heat can seem mysterious, but Jose does a great job in diagnosing complex issues and explaining the technical process to resolve those issues.He is reliable and fairly priced. I will continue to use his services. You should too.

I filled out the order form on their website to request a repair and reset of a leaky radiator. Jose called me back in about an hour and we discussed the required work and Jose provided a fair quote. The work was scheduled and the crew arrived on-time. They took steps to protect my hardwood floors and completed the repair work in just under an hour. Jose arrived and made sure everything was complete to my satisfaction and we settled up. I highly recommend this prompt, polite and efficient company for radiator servicing. A+ service.

There s nothing like a new best friend. Jose s team has been great to work with. We ve had steam radiator issues going back a decade in a 100-year-old building. Jose found all kinds of configuration issues with the steam pipes in the basement in addition to Working in a handful of units to get their radiators working in top performance. I m expecting to see a huge improvement in our gas bills this season. Jose s guys who are equally great to work with also installed radiators in four of our buildings entranceways. Another benefit, he s actually available and shows up on the day scheduled. Condo Board recommended.

We had two old radiators that needed refurbishing. One was beyond repair and so large and heavy they had to saw it in half just to get it out of the house. The replacement radiator and the other one that was refurbished were both sandblasted and painted to look glossy and absolutely beautiful. Jose works hard and cares about doing a great job. Highly recommend!

Outstanding professionalism, high quality material (radiators), and superior installation team. Jose and his team makes the process of replacing radiators simple, and is a complete one stop shop. From the very beginning quoting stages all the way through installation, JC Radiators was on time, and on budget. I would highly recommend JC Radiators for your radiator/ boiler needs. I personally used them for replacement of numerous existing steam radiators and replacement valves. Jose was patient and informative walking me through the various choices I had to make from sizing, design, and cost. I can't recommend them highly enough.

If you have radiators and need honest and professional work done, contact Jose.I literally had 4 other companies come out and try to convince me to convert to forced heating which I considered. But searching the web I came across JC Radiators. Glad I was frustrated and stayed up to continue my repair search. Sent an email @11pm and received a response back right away. I was looking for someone who stocked radiators and to my surprise they installed also. Wait, I thought you install and stock radiators. I had almost given up hope. These guys were very professional. You will be very impressed with their work.So, if you still have radiators this is the company to handle you radiator and boiler services.

JC Radiators serviced our radiator that was spewing steam and making a loud noise. Jose and his Assistant, came by and cleaned the radiator, swept up the debris, repaired the valve, and were on their way in 20 minutes. What a relief to have the work done. I highly recommend their service. They were friendly and efficient. And, no more spewing radiator!

They only install the radiators if you purchase directly from them.---Update on the below-That is the number I called, I had purchased radiators from Consumers in Chicago and whoever I spoke with told me to return them since you would only install yours. I have since gotten them installed, looks like you do great work,

Jose's crew showed up on time, moved some MASSIVE radiators up and down stairs. Seems like no job is too big. Jose stands behind his work. Not cheap, but a good value.

Contacted this company via phone, they asked me to send an email, so I did. 3 days later, I followed up since I got no call, even sent a text 2 days later. No response. So unprofessional.
