We've been taking our cars here since the early 1980s. Why? Because the work is done accurately; perfect paint matching; you are kept informed of part delays, and the final outcome always looks like the accident never happened. When places like this are a family business, it's not part of a chain of collision repair companies, so the work is done on a personal level. Owners Jimmy and Eddie will tell you like it is and take it from there. Bring your car here and relax! It'll be done right!(Perfect repair and paint match on our low mileage '07 Nissan Maxima!)

My car was taken to Jay Kay Collision Center for repairs after an accident, and I must say, their level of customer service exceeded my expectations.From the moment I stepped into the body shop with my totaled car, the level of customer service was nothing short of amazing. Despite the fact that my car ended up being beyond repair, the staff at the shop treated me with the utmost respect and compassion. They were incredibly understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to assist me.

I highly recommend this shop! The gentlemen that evaluate your car are really nice and professional! They made my car look like new! And plus theres a car rental place a block away which is very convenient!! I will come back to this shop!

The WORST SHOP I ve ever been to. I had front end work done at Jay Kay Collision to replace my bumper and headlights in 2022. Jimmy Kepouros charged me for 2 new headlights and only installed 1. They glued the old 2nd headlight that later broke again. They didn t put on the engine cover that left an open, rough edge on the underside of the front end which would get caught on curbs and tear off the bumper cover leading me to drop everything to go back to the shop to have it put back together again. I was in a fender bender a couple weeks ago and learned that when he replaced my bumper 2 years ago he only put the bumper COVER on my car with NO ABSORBER/ BUMPER. What should ve been a scratch ended up being a total front end repair because there was nothing but plastic on my car so the plastic completely dented in with nothing behind it to support it and all the pins popped again. They are only concerned with how their work looks on the outside BEWARE OF WHAT THEY DO NOT PUT ON THE INSIDE WHERE IT REALLY COUNTS!

I highly recommend choosing Jay Kay Collision for any body work you need done on your vehicle. Everyone working there was communicative regarding dealings with my insurance company, parts ordered, and the work being performed. They take a lot of pride in doing a great job, and my daily driver looked flawless upon return. I will only go to Jay Kay for any future damage repairs!

After an accident and looking around for a collision center I called up Jay Kay and decided to take it in. Got my car back less than 2 weeks. And my car looked brand new. Best place to go to be honest.

About to work with them on a new project. Never had such a easy and positive experience like I did with Jay Kay Collision. I dropped off my car for repairs on a Tuesday and it was finish by Friday night! They did an amazing job and left my rear bumper looking like new! The owner Jim is super friendly and provided great customer service! Would definitely go back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Honest Quality Accident repairs. Body work Excellent .... In business for over 30 years. I always am treated with respect and kindness. Jimmy and crew are superior in all they do ; They go above and beyond on all their repairs body work and use only top mechanics for their work. Needed body repairs for my vehicle which included buffing, repaint and wheel alignment. My car was dropped off Monday and ready for pickup Friday. The staff was courteous and kept me in the loop on everything. My only complaint was that it took two weeks to actually get the repairs done because they were completely booked. But when you have good service everyone wants to book with you. Would definitely recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

I wanted to say thank you to the Jay Kay Team. My family has been a customer since 1990 with my mother buying a car from Airway Honda and Jay Kay was recommended to us by Airway. With my own growing family, I have brought our cars here for repair. Joe has been my main point of contact. He has worked with me, kept me updated, and a great voice of reason. Elmer and Jay have also helped tremendously with this last repair. I really appreciate the personal touch, updates, and understanding. Was referred to by a friend and so glad i followed through. Took my '17 challenger for collision damage and let me tell you they went above and beyond! Jim welcomed me with open arms and took care of the insurance claims and even gave me a tour of the shop. I was nervous about the color matching since my car is Go Green. But they hit it right on the spot! He even went ahead and touched up so areas around the car. After everything was done the car looked better than the day I drove off the lot. Writing this review I'm still in shock. Its like i got a brand new car. Thank you Jim and to everyone at Jay and Kay.Service: Body & Trim

Although there are many repair shops on the south side of Chicago I don't know of any who can compete with Jay Kay Collision Inc. The customer service, the management and the owner Jim are top notch in their own league. Always friendly but about business. I have been to the rest but I think they are the best. Great team.

My family has been using JAY KAY for too many years to count. We started with them for an insurance claim, and it was love at first transaction.The professionalism and personable service they provide is like no other. I have known these guys for over 20 years. My entire family takes their cars to Jay Kay when we need body work. They are efficient, timely, have very fair prices and they do beautiful professional work. Jay Kay is highly respected by all insurance companies. Once a cab driver hit my car. I told his insurance adjuster I wanted to have the work done at Jay Kay. The adjuster say's," Jay Kay, sure those guys are the best. In fact, I don't even need to come over to look at it. I know their reputation and quality of work. Just have them send me the estimate." Enough said.

For years I have been coming to Jay Kay on Pulaski, always great professional and courteous service. Every vehicle I have owned in last 15 years at one time or other has needed some kind of body work, or even a detailing. Absolutely wouldn't trust another place with my vehicles regarding collision/body work. I highly recommend them.

I needed some body work done on my vehicle so I asked my parents for a recommendation, and they recommended me to JK collisions. They have been coming to JK collision since the 90s. I m thankful that I took their advice because the work came out excellent. Not only did they do great bodywork, it was for a reasonable price, and they have excellent customer service. Elmer helped me out and took great care of me. If you want professional and fair priced work done on your vehicle, do not hesitate to come to JK collisions.Service: Body & Trim

Terrible pace to go to. The satisfied customers posting reviews never encountered an issue. Got into an accident two years ago and brought my vehicle to this place. Came out looking great at the moment but two years later (now) the paint started peeling. I took it back to the shop (according to them its life time warranty as long as you own the vehicle). Talked to the them about the paint peeling and showed them (Jim) or whatever his name is. This man had the audacity to tell me HIS paint was sticking, and it was the paint under that was peeling. If prepped correctly they SHOULD have sanded the old paint, there s no reason why there should be old paint. They claim to do good work but when you have an issue all of a sudden it isn t their problem. So much for that life time warranty huh Good luck to all of you who choose to do business with them.

Worst experience ever, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Had to go back 3 times before my car was finally finished, huge inconvenience to go every time and car wasn't ready, despite the fact they would call and say it was ready. Car was at their shop for a little over a month, I had to buy a new battery afterwards because it was just sitting. The owner/boss Jimmy is a fake, he pretends to be nice, jokes around just to make you feel everything is ok. Completely rude over the phone using vulgar language. Stay away from this place, it's a rip off...
