Took my car in for steering issues. Not only did they not find the issue. They also used my IPASS I had left in the car about 3 or 4 times. Also left the car worse. When I accelerate I can hear a loud hissing noise coming from the engine bay. Don't know what they were doing under the hood if it was a suspension issue.

Shop doesn t know what they re doing. I took them my truck to replace fuel pump, after that I took it back 4 TIMES for a leaky gas tank had it for weeks at a time, AND IT STILL LEAKES! Never taking my vehicles there again

Come in here bcuz a friend recommended themFor a wheel alignment I call and say do you have time to do a alignment I can be there in 30 min coming from Homewood I get off hwy and get there there s another car on the rack that just got there nobody in office so I call the number and tells me hell be right up to talk to me 40 min later I m dozing off I grab my keys and leave. Tells me come back tomorrow, this is a 30 mile + trek each way for me so the gal is getting tie rods then alignment why not pull her car off rack and do my alignment while ur guy is doing her tie rods???? Prolly would make to much sense

Went to buy 4 new tires and he decline at the moment I repeat that I just wanted the tires not the replacement services and balance Wich he agreed the day before, he said do to a paper work he need to turn in to his provider for insurance Wich is a liar he wants bleed me out with money he insist on do alignment to even do he never sew the vehicle, never being in a crash or any type of accident. Becare full people with this lizard.

Heater core hose blew out by midway, stopped in before close and Jasson was super friendly and helpful. I changed out the connector myself since he was busy and I m a mechanic myself just didn t have the tools or space to do it. He basically let me use the space and saved me in a bad situation. Thank you

My boyfriend took his truck because it was shaking. Their service was good I ll give them that. They fixed the issue then stated there was more issues than what it was brought in for and wanted to charge $600+ for it. Just for the truck to go back to shaking 2 weeks later today. This place is up to Par, Jasson is a great Person he has state of the art equipment for alignments. The price is great other places were more then 100 and up to 150 he was way under that but just be careful.... " life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you gonna get.

I will say it was good. This is my 2nd or 3rd visit. This was for my brakes. I called early, Jasson said bring it in. Few hours later, it was ready. I think it was a decent price. Including a A/C recharge of freon. It s walkable from my home which helps. I d give more stars but i don t have enough experience to do 4 yet. Thanks!

AVOID!! Don't waste your time. They told me they would give me a call in 3 hours with a diagnosis, 7 hours pass still no call. I call the shop for the owner to say "there's no specific time for repairs to be done" then don't make promises you can't keep. On top of this, the mechanic tells me he already changed some things, WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW FIRST. My car was in their shop for two days and they "couldn't figure out the problem. I got a tow truck and got it sent to a different mechanic. Don't waste your time with these people. They'll tow your vehicle to their shop so you have 2 leave it there and then they'll get to it when they feel like it and start changing things without notifying you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible terrible service, PLEASE AVOID!. I called a day before to inquire about new tire install and wheel alignment. Owner gave me price and told me he opened business at 7am. , I was there about 7:15 and business was still closed and he didn t show up till 8 am . I proceeded to call him to get an estimated time I can pick up vehicle and told me to pick up at 12:30pm. I showed up at 12:30 and asked who was in charge and no one of what looked like mechanics and finally I got to what seemed like the owner . I told him I was there to pick up and pay my wife s truck, he then tells me Credit Card machine was broke only cash! , turns around and back to work on car he was working on. I went to ATM machine to get him cash . This is where things took a bad turn. I was to take old tires with me and when I asked that I was taking them , he completely changed his demeanor and said NO. I asked him what do you mean NO?! He got mad and said I had to pick up tires today, so after seeing all four tires and from about 20 minutes to going to get my pickup to get tires , he grabbed old tires and threw them in back of his shop. No help at all from him to trying to load in my truck , when I found tires it was only three , and asked him where the fourth tire was at ? He said the garbage man had just passed by and took the fourth tire . I got so upset I knew he was lying and saw another stack of tires and went back and saw the 4th tire stashed away. I guess he must of already had a client for the tires he had taken off my wife s truck. Shady shady terrible businessServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

This place you should go to it is a little packed and some repairs may take a little longer but at the end you get in the guy who knows what he's doing and it's being honest with me also if you bring your own parts he'll put them on and won't charge you that much for labor even so I would suggest going to this place I'm a diesel technician and I would suggest this guy Great guy knows what he's doing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The Mechanic (Estaban) had a accident in my car while he was fixing it and is not taking responsibility my license is suspended because of him I keep calling he hangs up don t do business with these people very unprofessional

Out of all of the places I called he was the nicest and the most patient! Got my car fixed and some real fast! Would definitely recommend this mechanic!

I have been going to Jason s Auto Repair for 3 years. He is always honest with me and charges a fair price. His shop isn t fancy but I ve gotten ripped off by fancy shops. He is very knowledgeable about all types of vehicles and keeps my cars on the road!

Great guys and they take care of you. I took a lowered Audi to them and they charged me 50 for a 4 wheel alignment and 60 for a pair of used tires. 4 other shops quoted me anywhere from 120 to 180 for only an alignment all because its an Audi. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone.

BE AWARE !!!!Took my son's car to check the issues it was having. Three days in the shop and no calls or information was ever given to me about the issues. I tried calling and even went in. Jason said he will call me when he finds out about the car.I received a call to tell me my car was done.I didn't receive a estimate and or the issues with it before repairs. Bad business and poor customer service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

HORRIBLE! I only gave this company one star because that s the only way I can post a review comment. He worked on my car and didn t call me to tell me what he was fixing. He called and said the car was ready, never as told what the problem is. Today my car is back in th shop with more problems. He charged me 100 to put on a belt. These people are rip offs.
