Recommended by a friend to go see Bob @ J and B. I knew we needed Brakes and tires. They also advised on Suspension issue that should be fixed. Great service and great communication on timing.Oh, and ask about the mangled piece of steel on the desk!

I had an unfortunate tire accident on 90 where both tires were blown out due to the construction. I called early at 8am, was able to get the car towed and within a couple hours Bob was able to look at the car and provide a full (and accurrate) estimate. He was very professional, fair and worked diligently to get my car back to driving condition. They not only replaced the tire, but checked several other items and ensured my car was in better condition than I brought it. I will absolutely bring business back to J & B when I am in need. J&B Auto has been a life saver with the MANY issues I have had with my car recently. They communicate well and take the time to explain the mechanics of the issue(s) that I have been dealing with. They are also very patient with my million questions. They have excellent service and are reasonably priced. I was told by my now ex-mechanic that my vehicle needed $2,400in air conditioning repairs and maintenance.J&B Automotive completed the repairs, using the same parts,For HALF of what the shop I used to go to wanted.The staff is courteous, they explain things thoroughly, and do not pressure you to do work that is not needed. I was told that I needed brakes on all 4 wheels, and J&B checked them for me and told me to come back in 3 months.Honesty, integrity, and professionalism. They have a new customer for life!!!!!!

So it's like this. I buy a used car every year, usually right after winter, and then I get them repaired and tuned up and ready for sale by Bob at J&B. Been doing this for 11 years now and it finally dawned on me that I should write a review to say what a great job he's been doing all this time. The guy really know cars and he'll treat you right.

Wouldn't take my truck anywhere else. Went in for an oil change and couldn't be happier with how the truck is running after. Hands down best shop to go to.
