I had my 2018 dodge challenger installed with air lift and had my trunk modified along with sound system upgrades and I can't believe the incredible workmanship that was done to my car. I am beyond happy with their work and professional customer service. Luis and Kevin explained and guided me with everything that I needed to know and their expertise in installation procedures helped me decide what I wanted. I highly recommend anyone that needs anything done to upgrade their vehicle to see them 1st. You will be glad you did.

Got a entire audio drop in my car 4 new speakers 2amps and subwoofer, Sounds excellent. They are reasonable people also work with you. Very good team and take the time to break everything down to you if your new to the audios. Overall very professional and caring would definitely go to them for my next audio drop for my next car.

Bought a system here over a year ago, subwoofer made and installed by them. Great sound and longevity, some cords got ripped out on a road trip so I return to get it fixed. Excellent customer service, fixed it in no time free of cost.

Had aftermarket radio installed and 2 sub and amp combo. The sub and amp combo they did a great job on..but the radio was terrible.guy could not find out the connection for my tailgate camera so they had to contact alpine..told me to bring it back in the morning...well I have a famliy to support and ajob were I work 14 hours a day or even out of state for days....so for a year now I have had no back up camera...or actually the back up camera comes on when I'm driving sometimes but never in reverse, also the screen goes blue and looses signal...my vehicle should have never left the shop...disappointed and won't go back...I will pay another shop to fix

Team did a great job installing my JL Audio system, making it sound clear with heavy bass. Took care of any issues or questions I had. Going back to have my lift kit installed these guys truly do it all. Thanks J s Sound Shop!

After doing some online research, I found this shop close to the house. I had bought my own stereo and backup camera online. I talked to Luis, who explained the process and gave me a reasonable quote. I had them installed it, and the job is flawless. Luis is very knowledgeable and the technicians very skilled. I will be back to get an upgrade on my alarm as well. I highly recommend this shop.

Currently, this is my favorite shop to get any type of paint, wheels, rims, lights and any other electrical work done to your vehicle. The service here is reliable, great with communication, and they will alert you if any other problems appear with the current automobile(s) they are working on. Out of all the shops I have been to, to get any work done this establishment is my favorite out of all of them.

Great place to get things done on your cars. The customer service here is outstanding. They really know what they are doing and are very friendly. Even thought they are under construction they still manage to get everything done and quick. I got my windows tinted on my Cadillac Escalade and wanted the two front windows to match the back ones with 15% I also wanted the windshield tinted to 50%. They were nice enough to call me and advice me that if I would get the windshield tinted it would look bad due to a rock chip that I had that is very noticable. They could of been shady and had done it either way to just make the money but they weren't. They were totally honest and professional. I also got a flip down TV and a Viper alarm system installed . I'm definitely gonna keep on going back to them. Next is installing the Alpine Halo 9" flushed in the Cadillac Escalade and later on some rims.

I went in for a quick estimate on a custom box for my truck and some labor, left with much more information! Not sure who helped me, forgot to ask for their name, but he was very helpful with what I needed. Didn t seem bothered by all the questions I was asking, and took his time to explain everything to me and give his recommendations on what I should go with. Will definitely come back for that custom box and labor once I get all the parts in

They do excellent work.They have done work in 3 of my vehicles. I love their service. Never had any issues with my sounds. They just recelently did some work on my Infiniti QX80. I would highly recommend them because they are the best!!!!

Went in to purchase a sub for more bass and needed one that saved space, but gave me the power I was looking for. Dealt with Chuck and Kevin and they provided quality recommendations and quality installation service. Was in and out including consultation within a couple hours. I'm a customer for life lol!!! Highly recommended

Look into the job first! Saved my son $400 installing it myself with 2 hours worth of time (already had double din trim and radio). He told me they said that his model car interior was a pain to remove. Looked at some videos bought a trim removed and had it all out no hassle in less than 30min.

As a person new to sound systems, Francisco provided me with great recommendations that fit my preferences right on the spot. My vehicle was ready to go in damn near immediately. Very clean custom installation with great cable management (cables can t even be seen). To top off this employee s great customer service, he even gave a me a free tune up 2 weeks after my installation. The workers, especially Francisco are very professional, proficient, and patient.

This was my first time at J s Sound Shop at it was the best experience of my life!!! The service was great very nice people. They installed my brand new dash cam for me and it s amazing. It looks like it came with car. I will recommend them all the time. Please check them out you guys!! The service that they give to you feels like they treat you like family can t wait to go back and get my bumper upgraded on my new charger.

Update: They got in contact with me about the issues I was pointing out. Glad I was able to work things out and get to the bottom of things. This was a new car and hadn't really noticed details. Luis was very helpful, the shop had not damaged the vehicle as we ruled out that damage was previously there. The tint job is amazing! Highly recommend going here. If you encounter any issues at all rest assured they will work with you to resolve the situation. Overall great work and outstanding customer service!Had my windrows tinted here. The tint job is good so far. The issue I'm having is I'm noticing some damage on the car. From scratched window, window trimming being cut, to a dent on the front bumper. I would not recommend this place. Charged $230 and this is what I end up with. Very dissatisfied.

I honestly don t even know where to start! This business has thee absolute best customer service. Each individual I ve encountered here has been 100% helpful and went above and beyond to help with an issue that I didn t even come here for (I came in for something completely different, which was done with no complications)!! Top notch service! Thank you gentlemen for all you did!!

They installed my radio in my car about 7 months ago and it's still working like a dream. Guys were super professional and recommended a better radio because the cheap one I got didn't have android auto and was low quality. They saved me because I love my android auto and couldn't imagine not having it now. Great shop highly recommend.

J s did an outstanding job. Great customer service in every aspect. I tried wiring my own subs and speakers and they lasted for a while. I started having trouble with them so I brought my car in. I knew multiple people that have gone here and had custom setups done. Louis checked out my car and was honest with me. He didn t sugar coat anything and was very helpful in answering questions and giving feedback. I dropped my car off Sunday night and got a call around 930ish Monday morning (30mins before they opened). Francisco knee my situation and was extremely helpful. He called me to give updates and asked me questions on what I would like to do with my setup. They finished everything in one day. I could not have been happier with how they treated me with respect and their knowledge and professionalism is top notch. I would recommend this shop to anyone, their work is outstanding and their customer service tops everything off. I will definitely be bringing all my future cars to this shop and recommending anyone I know to bring theirs in as well.-Brendan 2007 Hyundai Sonata

This the place you want to go if you want honesty, quality products, and great service. I went here to get a new radio installed, Luis was awesome!! Luis was honest and very professional, with a sense humor. And let me not forget very good time maintenance. Gave me estimated time of installation and it was done by that time frame Overall I highly recommend J sounds. I would definitely shop here again if need be
