If i could choose zero out of five stars for a review I would. This company is a complete rip off. Do not use them. We called for an estimate on a trailer repair. They quoted us 800 dollars for four hinges to reattach the trailer doors. When we denied the estimate they first sent a bill of $166 dollars for just giving us an estimate. Then they sent another bill for $333 adding another for having to "supervise the equipment" while my team figured out what the next steps were. We called back asking why this was so much money or why this repair takes specifically four hours of labor when they hadn't done a single second of work. They assured us this was just an estimate. When I called for an update on my trailer repair they informed me that the tech went to lunch after starting our clock. Driver reported tech sitting in the office and milking our repair clock. I called for an ETA for the completion of our repair and i repeatedly got "half way done" after our truck had been there for seven hours. Shortly after being misinformed on the ETA of completion and being hung up on multiple times, my driver said it was finished. They sent us a $2,100 bill. not only was the labor originally $150 per hour, our new invoice they charged us $195 per hour. They were extremely rude on the phone, uninformative, unprofessional, and a bunch of crooks. Horrible service.

I would like to rate zero stars this place. This place is a complete mess thanks to a low level educated person named John & his son David. Failed to read instructions how to replace an IVA' solenoid & almost screwed my Cat engine. Clowns who pretend to be normal people. Shame on you!!

The most trustworthy guys I've met in the industry ever!I've taken my truck almost exclusively to their shop since I got it in 2015! Because of the preventive maintenance these people are doing, I never broke down on the road.If they make a mistake, they admit it and will make up for it!!!Whoever says, they are trying to lie, about unnecessary repairs, to have more work... I tell them, they are delusional!!!John and his crew have so much work, they can never rest!!! And NO, they are NOT expensive... have you been to the "official " dealers? Now that's expensive...They have a lot of loyal customers, who've been going to them for years... that says it all!

David and his father are good honest people. Was recommended to come by David a few years back and haven t gone any where else since. Always gets the job done right and give honest opinions. Can t go wrong by coming here.

I went there to unlock my truck speed but it didn t happen because they couldn t figure out why it still locked at 65mph after they tried few times so I decided to take it somewhere else where they unlocked it right the way , what made me mad was the $100 I got charged, I asked why n he said because we plugged in the computer!!! Weird how they deal with customers, you have to know that customers pay for service not for non-service , why pay for something you didn t do because you didn t know how to do it ??? Btw the other place I took the truck to did unlock my truck speed super quick . Very disappointing!

John and David along with the team, are the only guys I trust working on mine and my fathers truck. They are very knowledgeable, and regularly surpass all expectations. They always go above and beyond, explaining thoroughly what the problem is and the steps we can take to fix it. Best truck repair in the Chicagoland area - hands down. I will recommend J & J to everyone I know!

Well, I gave them 5 starts, but at my expense... :)In fact, I was the one who created the spot on Google Maps, just to pay my respects to John (Jan). My close friends and I, were his clients for years already and were very satisfied...decided to return the favor and added their business on maps :)... Everything went downhill from that moment - they've got so busy and acquired so many new permanent customers that we do not have (the special) place there anymore :) - that means the guys are good! They are very busy - and in this business you want the busy guys if you need the stuff to be fixed and ONLY what needs to be fixed. (They do not even care if you fix it there or anywhere else - they can tell you what is wrong (if you do not know) and will advise on the right price others should charge! I can not count how many times Jan or Jesse spent the night in the shop fixing our trucks after hours just to meet our needs!Happy to be out of this business :) but Jan needs a special THANKS! As he made the trucking pain less painfully (even remotely, over the phone or via Skype) !

John & the guys took very good care of me as a customer"" I was thinking I had a busted A/C line"" turned out"" it was just a few O- Rings needed replacement" & a few pounds of refrigerant"" 2hrs & out the door with cold A/C" thanks" & I will return for repeat business""

I been getting my big truck fixed here over eight years now.great prices in trustworthy these are the only guys that turning bolts on my truck.unless am too far out in need Roadside Assistance.

Jesse and John are very awesome to work with and the mechanics there know what they are doing. If you have a semi truck repair issue this is the place to go.

Not honest pp over charged me for labor hours, trying to convince me to fix something that s still working, just to create work, be carful taking your truck to this shop.
