Awesome personality Manny was courteous , polite and professional every time I needed help he was there. Mario the technician was polite and helpful, Pablo, the owner, Jose Vayalil was firm but courteous, will most certainly recommend the store.Changed my rims and tires I like I am attaching my before and after pictures.I again went there to install the mustang gt emblem's Pablo and Manny were absolutely awesome customer serviceIvan was absolutely patient and efficient, polite and courteousCaesar was friendly and helpful questions he didn't know he went and got for me am impressed.I am attaching pictures of the b4 and after of the logos,I love it.

I LOVE this place because ive BEEN coming here for yrs at their location on 74th state BUT since they're closes down i came 2 their OTHA location on 63rd Spaulding they're AWESOME as off NOW im getting my radio installed now SO plus they have great customer service as well as satisfactory and automotive n GREAT electronics....!!! SO KEEP UP THE A1 services

They responded to my first post and said it was my car of course and they explained it to me, that didn't happen. After four+ hours they said everything was done with no problems. I guess the money is more important. There was nothing wrong with my car before their technician worked on it. A long explanation in the reply but subpar work. Obviously the technicians don't know what they are doing. Faulty wiring is dangerous. The good thing for me is that it's not bad enough to cause a fire. I'm going to a professional to have what J&J installed removed.

I ve been dealing with J & J sounds for years. Most of the people that were here when I started coming are still here. No one does tires and rims like Manny. Jose the installer is definitely A-1 knowledgeable and easy to talk too. One of the owners Paul is the guy to do business with. Always professional and courteous. Quality work takes times so come prepared. If something goes wrong because things do happen he always makes sure it gets corrected. I remind you that you might have to wait because it s always busy but they will get you straight.

Paul really came thru for me. I went to Iowa and got my sounds done 2 months ago and have been having problems ever since. I really didn't wanna pay to redo my sounds, but I swear I am happy. They hooked my ride up perfect

Awesome service! Paul Definitely stands by his product and service great team they work with you hands on and they also have a large variety of rims I recommend all Wrangler customers to check them out. Tell them Sal sent you.

Word of warning, do not bring your business to J anJ electronics. I had them install LED lights on my rims to my vehicle. They kept my car for over a week. I had to use my GPS to check on my car to see where my car was. I had to call the police and retrieve my car from one of their workers personal resident. After I got my car back I found that there were numerous items stolen out of my car. The owner made an attempt to reimburse me for some of my items.The rim lights were installed but after two weeks they stop working. The owner Consistently lies and told me to come back another day, but never attempt to repair my lights. It has been six weeks now and steel whenever I come back for my appointment he gives me a reason why he can t look at them. So buyer beware this establishment it s not worth your business. All I can do now is chalk this up to a loss, but I feel it s my duty to warn the public that this establishment is strictly a Rip off. Word of warning warranty doesn t mean anything to J and J motors once they get your money it s a done deal.

I don't know about all these bad reviews, but the guys in there were cool, and do a good job on what they do. They know what there installation systems, and give you advice on how can I work better. Jose is a deal maker. Budget prices that are tough to turn down. I recommend this place for your sound, alarm systems. I was impressed with the job they done. They have everything for your Tripp's out ride.

My experience was bittersweet at this particular location. The manager was a complete idiot. The price was reasonable since my van required a lot of labor for my radio installation, so no problems there. What really irked me was the owner. His name is Jose and he is a complete idiot. He ended up charging me first, promising me the radio I wanted was in stock. After a lot of fumbling around, he finally tells me that there were none in stock. He then promises me a different radio. He does the same thing and comes back with the same excuse. At this point, I was really upset. I let him know that I needed my money's worth, so I told him to give me a radio of my choice within the price range. He finally budged and gave me one of the older versions of the radio I wanted which was fine. Keep in mind that before he budged, he told me I had to pay an extra $30 for a new radio that was being shipped in the next 30 minutes. I obviously declined. I wasn't going to pay an extra $30 for a radio that was going to delay the installation time after i had already paid. Anywho, what really made my experience worthwhile was the tech crew. They were really cool and installed my radio in record time. The system sounds excellent. Quality service on their behalf. The only reason I would recommend this place is because of them. If you come here, for the love of God, please make sure they have your radio in stock before paying or they will screw you over BIG TIME. And if you can, try not to interact with the owner.

I went to J&J electronic, Marco was there til the end helping me get a full sound system, back up camera, Kenwood radio installed and a aftermarket TV mounted inside of my Hi-Top Chevy Van. From start to finish they did a exceptional job, especially when they integrate the TV to make it look like it was factory. Thanks again Marco!

They customer service is very bad I would never go there again. I called for a walk in and drove two hours just to be told I had to make an appointment and I did for the falling week and had to pay a $50 deposit but when I showed up again after another two hour drive they told me that they couldn't put my system in and that I had to make another appointment. SMH never again, they will keep your car for 2 or 3 days just to put in a radio

Went to these Guys last Friday and every since then truck hasn't been right. I have a 2017 Arcadia and they didnt wire correctly they did no battery test to see whether or not my battery was bad and left battery low which cause it to go bad didn't add no sound processor to factory amp. Sounds only play right when door open....soon as you close feedback city... He explain because it's a factory system my mike to my Bluetooth needs to be disconnected.. I ask why wasn't this mentioned before installation. They charge $650.. Now car will not start and im worse off..if you have a modern car i would advise you dont take it their. They don't know how to add quality sounds properly on factory radio regardless off the set up they should know how to fix this issue. Unfortunately I will be call the The State attorney General office and report these guys for poor business ethics.. still waiting on reply for battery. Very disappointed customer ..

I have had a very bad experience, me and my guy spend 3,000 + on some rims and a lift job .as a result we ve been without a car from the first day we took it back same thing happened.. the front end of the car dropped onto the rims destroying the tires and we had to have it towed home .100 because a flatbed is the only tow truck you can use with rims .. took it back a second time same thing happened.. asked to have the tires replace after only a few days of having these rims and was told No . But promise the job would be done correctly. Third time around it drops again we send it back to J&J electronic on 63rd off kedzie and the guy is obviously working with an attitude as if it s our fault so get the car back and the axle is busted... we are not rice be we wanted the car to look nice and the whole experience was screwed up take our advice if you have money to spend on wheels please don t waste it like we did these guys are not reasonable and the quality of their work is crappy and if they screw up they won t replace your stuff...they didn t do a very good job

DONT NOT SHOP AT J&J audio!!!!! doubles the price of their products do your research and any product before buying from them They Don t do returns or refunds and Their work is not even up to level. I had a 4 15 L7 boxed built and these Mfs took two boxes and screwed them together. I will never recommend j&j audio to my worse enemy

I had a terrible experience AT THE NEW LOCATION ..... these guys were just plain rude. I got two cars done here with sounds and amps paid nearly $600 and less then 3 weeks later my truck began having issues . Long story short the amp was wrongly placed on the back of MY CLOTH SEATS which everyone knows cloth and electricity causes friction which can cause a fire !! Anywho, i was driving and i saw sparks in my trunk then smoke, so i pulled over and realized my vehicle was on fire. So i opened the trunk and as I was opening it the right speaker burst in my face. AT THIS POINT i was in utter shock , not to mention since i got the job done the AMP had been switching on and off due to over heating ! So i should ve known this was going to eventually happen but i kept putting it off eventho i knew an amp being latched on to a cloth seat was doomed from the start!! I then called the sound shop and the bald guy with the glasses was the one who took my call , and when i say he was extremely nasty and disgusting towards me i mean that. So i calmed myself down and proceeded to drive up there. Once i got there instead of telling me the owner wasn t here so it wasn t much they could do they basically tried convincing me it wasn t the AMPS fault it was the speaker. And i could pay $200 more for new speakers and they infact lied and said both speakers were out when it was only the one speaker that caught fire!! So i plugged the left speaker back up on my own and showed them that it infact WAS NOT BLOWN. Then they kept Lauging in my face cracking jokes .... like what the heck is so funny about a woman and a mother of a 4 year old child s car catching on fire which could ve ended in all of us and others being severely injured , AT THAT POINT I FELT humiliated but it s okay I know how to handle these type of situations and after this review i will be contacting the better business bureau because this is extremely unacceptable and i will not let this go without feeling completely satisfied. Not to mention i know for a fact all those mechanics ARE NOT LICENSED nor certifiedGood day I m

They really will go out they re way just to help you and show you how to correct things so you know for the future . They have really great knowledge on cars and they are very friendly and kind people. Excellent customer service .

My buddy Paul is one of my top buddy that make sure everything go right with anything I bring up here far as hooking up sound one of the best store in the city of Chicago and it's call jj electronic,s one of my favorite store on $63 and Spaulding come and get your radio and sound system from my top dog Paul come and last get money up front.lol after these messages I be right back stay tune looney tune groon 63and Spaulding come check my people out he very good with sound system ok that's all forks. to be continued.

This is a awesome place to come and get your car customized they are really friendly they work with you on the prices that best fits your needs they are very neat and quick .and also the customer service is emaculant the entire staff is super friendly and makes u feel welcome we been getting our cars customized here for over 10yrs and the equipment and the quality of music they put in our car has last us over 9 yrs without any issues so come out to j & j and let PAUL hook u up he is amazing.
