They kept changing my expected pickup day until it got to the point where I would call them every day and every day they d tell me one more day. After two weeks of that I finally got told to come before the end of the day and when I showed up they still said it wasn t ready because they still needed to program my key. When I told them I wanted to take my car with me that day and I could get my spare key if that was the only thing left to do they pulled the car around and started cleaning it. The car was supposed to be detailed and that clearly hadn t been done and they gave my car back to me with broken glass still Inside. After all this time they didn t even repair my roof dent which was only one of two very small dents that they were supposed to repair. I wish I had never pointed out the dents I don t even care but they charged my insurance for this repair. My insurance company chose this shop for me and I really regret bringing my car here. If they had told me they needed to finish detailing my car and gave me an actual time to pick it up that would have been fine but every time I talked to them they gave me a different reason that my car wasn t ready and today they told me it was ready so I came to get it at the time they said. I d really like to have my car back at least clean after it got stolen. Actually they left their sanding disk pads in my trunk so I came home with more mess in my car than I started with LOL.

This company is horrible! I wish that I could ve give ZERO stars. The pictures at the bottom from left to right (after to before) shows the condition that my car is in after repair. My insurance company, Geico, sent me here! The vehicle was brought to them in December of 22. They fixed it in 3 weeks. 3 months later, the bumper is coming back a loose. I called AND visited them. They told me they had to order a bracket and would call me when it came in! That was in the spring it s now October!!! I wouldn t recommend them at all! A complete SCAM!

Had a really good experience with Interstate! My car was unfortunately broken into a couple weeks ago and I took it here since they had a relationship with my insurance provider. Eventhough my window just needed replaced, they also deep cleaned my car which I was super appreciative of! They kept me informed via texts the entire time regarding any updates or changes to the status of my vehicle repairs. On the day it was ready for pick up, I was cutting it close to the time they closed so I called and asked them if it was okay for me to come get it eventhough I'd arrive about 10 minutes after they close. Not only did they let me pick it up after closing, when I arrived they weren't rushing me or being rude. They were very kind and patient. I had a very good experience and would definitely come here again!

Went through insurance to get my car fixed here and I m glad I did! My car looks and feels brand new! The staff did a really good job and Luis was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. def recommend

I did not have the opportunity to even get my car to this location, after 4 phone calls and 4 days of waiting .. that 4th phone call l spoke with a female who would not give her name and was very rude so l canceled my inspection and called my insurance to find another shop. Funny part who ever that person was she also called my insurance stating if they can help set up my toll since she was having trouble trying to set it up with me . Uggg if only l had her name. I know we all have our days but she did not need to take it out in me

One of the best body shops around. They fixed my car like it s never been in an accident ( see before and after pictures). They handled the insurance claim in the most timely manner and got me going in no time. Thanks guys. I highly recommend and five stars all the way.

Really recommend this shop, they did an amazing job on my 2010 Dodge Charger. Picked it up today & I can say it was worth the wait. Moe had great customer service. Before pictures of the crash and after pictures are attached.

Customer service was great, the repair itself was great, and the shop was transparent throughout the entire process. My ONLY problem was that they will give you an estimated time for repair, and then send text updates to keep you informed. My car was originally scheduled to be repaired on a Friday, then got pushed to the following Monday, then got pushed to Wednesday, then again got pushed to Friday. The updates are nice, but there's no reason have the predicted finish time if it doesn't mean anything. Happened multiple times where I made plans with the assumption my car would be ready and then had to cancel because it wasn't.Despite this, overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a good job on my vehicle the only issues were the in accurate updates they sent via text message and the unfinished repairs. I was initially told it would take 11 days to fix my vehicle & it took 6 weeks! The text messages telling me it would be ready this day then the next day then the next week we re frustrating especially when making arrangements to pick up the vehicle. It kept constantly changing at the last minute. Also, when picking up my vehicle they never asked for any identification. I could have been anybody & they just gave me the keys & told me to sign for the car. There is also unfinished repairs on my vehicle that they have yet to reach out to me about including things that weren t fixed.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I wouldn t recommend coming here. I spent my time and gas to come here to get estimates after being in a car accident. Insurance will pay for the damages but I need an estimate first. First, I arrived on time to my appointment and was asked to wait in my car and they would come and take pictures. I waited 15 mins and when I went into the lobby the front desk person was sitting down on her phone and forgot about me. I was told I would get my estimate emailed in 30-45 mins. Never got it. I called Monday and mentioned how I was there Saturday and never got my estimate, they told me I would receive it by 530p. Never got it. I called today at 830 and was told I would get it in 10 mins. Never got it. I called again and they just left me on hold. I had to hang up and call again. The representative told me the manager is prioritizing other estimates. How unprofessional. I have a gap in my car door from the accident. Water, bugs or a person can use the gap and break in my car. Go somewhere else. I can t believe they are this highly rated. Completely delaying my car getting repaired. And I still don t have my estimate.

I want to thank Interstate Auto Rebuilders for a job well done in a 2 week span. My car had bumps and bruises but Interstate took good care of my car. Came here because of my insurance. Never again. Too long of a story but after 2 months my car was fixed.Response 2/2/23It was the fact that your never told me it was on backorder. Took a month of me calling you you to try to find out what was going on. Also I kept being hung up on and was told I would be called back and never was called back.The "scratch " wasn't a scratch, it was horrible paint dripping that was about 3-4 inches long.You however did fix the bad paint job and did install the side mirror but lack of communication and a process of 2 months was horrible. I brought my Nissan rogue here for some body work do to a accident. I was covered by insurance, and the assistant at the front desk has the worst attitude. After my car had been appraised by the insurance company. I needed to make a run, so I asked her can I use my car for an hour to go do something. She told me no. I said why not y'all don't have the parts yet, what's the big deal. So I asked to speak to a manager, she quickly change her mind in said ok.I then needed other work done to my car; such as a break line and a diagnostics to way my truck was burning gas. She wrote everything down, and told me that she would have the mechanic look at it. Two weeks later I ask her have they diagnosed my truck. She then said we are a collision shop not a automatic shop. I asked her why she did not say that from the beginning. She said she told me that.Lastly my tires are flat due to the accident. I asked her to tell the mechanic to take a look at it, to see if the flats came from the accident. She said ok. On the day she call me to tell me my car is fixed. I asked her did they see what was wrong with my tires. She told me I had to call the insurance company to see if they going to approve it.The bottom line is everything I have asked her. She made like it's ok. I talk to the mechanic. Just to have some kind of control just to say no. Without asking the machanic. I was willing to give the shop more money out of pocket. But thanks to bad customers services. The shop want be receiving my money for the repairs. She give me bad customers services. She was rude and had a bad attitude. She also felt that I wanted to argue because I'm black. When I was just stating the obvious.

I have had a rough experience with this body shop. They aren't the best in terms of quality of work and their communication is almost non existent. If you have weeks upon weeks to burn to let your car sit without being touched and would also like to spend hours calling them for updates day in and day out. This may be the shop for you. But if you need your vehicle within a reasonable time frame, with above average communication and service, I would look elsewhere. One positive about this shop is the prices are fairly reasonable. But be mindful, you get what you pay for

Great experience, friendly establishment, great results regarding the repair: The entire team was accommodating in repairing my vehicle correctly and returning the vehicle back to me in a timely manner. The young professionals, in the customer service area, interactions with the customers were squared away and polished.

Integrity, professionalism, and outstanding customer service are just a few reasons why I recommend this enterprise. These gentlemen, helped my wife and I with repairs to our Jeep Patriot. I originally sought brake work; because, I heard squealing. They diagnosed issues that were impending and beyond my limited mechanical expertise. They provided more than mechanical assistance, they assured that my vehicle would be SAFE....and at a FAIR price.I highly recommend Interstate for your auto service needs.

Brought my car in for repair of hood and grill and headlights (stupid snow plow truck backed into me). These guys were extremely professional and did a great job on the repairs and paint job, also provided a great price. Someone hit me while i was parked all four sides of my car. These guys fixed my car and did an amazing job. It was done very timely and great communication. Even cleaned it out after they fixed it and even fixed a part of the bumper not from the accident. Super great service and easy to work with. I recommend 100 percent.

I've been a little depressed seeing my car in its damaged state so when I picked it up seeing it look like it was brand new again I smiled so much my face hurt. Thank you for doing such a great job.

In June of 2021, they did some body repair work on my car. They estimated when my car would be ready, the work and craftsmanship was detailed and of high quality. Their customer service was professional and friendly and communicated the updates on the progress of my car. This place does excellent work. It s always clean and presentable, the staff is always friendly and professional. The whole process was smooth and efficient. From getting an estimate on the spot, to dropping my car, and the amount of time it took was pretty impressive. Great local business in my neighborhood. Highly recommended for new customers!!

My car was keyed and scratched from bumper to bumper. Interstate auto rebuilders gave me a reasonable estimate (better than any others I had gotten) and stuck to their estimate. They were also able to repair my car within a week (half the time I was told by another auto shop). They were professional, kind, and so helpful and communicative. They did a PHENOMENAL job repairing the car and it looks great! They were kind and personable. I would recommend any friend go to them for car repairs.
