It took 2 hours for simple oil change!staff are unprofessional. they just want to get your money! they will offer you unnecessary services! tryna get the most out of it , especially if you are women not knowing much abt carI will definitely reach out to Honda cuz this place is totally scam!

AVOID HONDA CITY SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I had my Honda Accord towed in due to a mechanical issue. The diagnostics were not ready as promised the following day. When I called the following day, a Service Advisor informed me that the car had not been diagnosed and that I needed to talk to the Service Advisor who took my car in. I talked to ill-mannered Service Advisor D. Flores who would not tell me over the phone if anyone had already started to inspect my car, All he could say was that the diagnostics would be ready in two hours, again I asked him if anyone started to test my car? He would NOT say. I asked to talk to a Supervisor or a Manager in hopes of getting clarification, but none were available. (on a busy Saturday?). Thirty minutes later I walked into the shop and they had just started to look at my car. I did not want to deal with them and had my car towed to a different Honda Repair Shop. And yes, I had to pay $165.00 for the inferior, untransparent, and unfriendly service. I will definitely NOT return or recommend this place.

They did a great job even though I was hesitant at first. Felt pretty comfortable after watching Joaquin work hard for my niece to get approved. Great job!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! This location has an unprofessional group of staff- including the manager named Hamza. I brought in my 5 year old vehicle due to it randomly not starting - even with a jump start. A complimentary test was completed and we were informed that there seemed to be an issue with the battery however the vehicle would start with a jump start. With this information being provided, we were informed there was a more in depth diagnostic available priced at $165. We elected to have this test completed as we did not believe the issue was only the battery as when we attempted to jump start it did not. We then received a call from Selena stating the $165 test was UNABLE to be completed due to the battery needing to be replaced first which would be a total cost of $472. After communicating with Selena over the phone (a numerous of times) we received a random text late afternoon from her stating she was leaving for the day and there would be a $60 fee applied per day for storage if we decided not to have the battery replaced with them. We were never informed of this upon dropping the vehicle off nor after speaking with Selena a numerous of times. At this point, we decided to pick up the vehicle and have another shop check the vehicle as the fees were being added on - after the fact. Upon arriving to pick up the vehicle, we were met with argumentative employees who forced us to pay $165 for a failed test or pay $165 and $60/per day for storage fees. We paid to remove our vehicle from this terrible establishment and met with the manager named Hamza the very next day. He was very rude, argumentative and waved his hands in our face. Instead of diffusing the situation he became very hostile. He stated although the test failed and a retest would need to be completed AFTER we paid $472 for the battery to be replaced with them, we were still responsible for paying $165 fee of the diagnosis test bc although it failed, it was attempted . We will contact corporate on Monday as they re closed today and make a fraudulent report with our bank as well as submit a complaint on BBB as the test was not completed to its entirety and we were being forced to replace the battery with them before they could retest. Again, as a free piece of advice - take your car to the 20 other available shops near this area as this Honda provides nothing but hidden fees, fraud charges and unprofessionalism.

Even though we re from the city, this Honda City service department is so bad we make an hour commute to the suburbs so we can receive some good and honest service. The Honda City location lies to you and gaslights you into thinking your car is more broken than it is. It is truly a dishonest organization. Buyer beware when you get your car serviced here.

Honestly, this the most unorganized business I have ever attempted using for my car service. I was continously recieving a slew of misinformation and different prices from multiple people within Honda City. The secretary has no knowledge of ANYTHING concerning the business and gave me different answers for the same question more than once. I tried multiple times to get in contact with the manager - impossible. It seems like there is absolutely no communication between anyone. I have been using Honda services for years, and this was so disappointing. I wish I would have read the comments before wasiting my money - which you will if you come here. I ended up using a smaller body shop and they were able to complete my damaged car from a hit-and-run within a week (Honda said it could be months due to backorder parts). Just trust the comments - take your business elsewhere. Save yourself the time and MONEY.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Took my truck for a simple oil change, picked up my truck and was not able to take it home with me because a very weird loud noice started coming out from the engine and there was a scratch on the hood. Had to leave my truck another day, lost 2 days of work because of them. When I went to pick up my truck the service manager Alvin or w.e his name is started to accused me for not having properly maintenance on the truck and making me feel like I was crazy because he did not hear anything. He was very unprofessional, not sure why he even a manager since he approaches the customers the way he does. I will never bring my truck back and I am hoping they did nothing wrong to it. Only relief I had was that the engineer spoke to me directly and told me he did double check the oil levels and filter again and even agree that the manager there was not even been fair with and disrespectful to me. I will never be back here again and if you want to safe yourself issues I will recommend no one comes here also! I should of read the reviews before and not even get near this place!Service: Oil change

A lot of used cars, fortunately we found the right one. I am thankful Scalderon is such a nice, professional person. He showed us cars not only with the computer but also went out to the parking lot in such cold weather. And we appreciate the company finally accept our offer.

My A/C is better than ever. Glad I came to the dealer's service center. Please check your warranties and consider a car rental if they keep your car more than one day. Worth it! Would not recommend. I wish I'd checked the reviews ahead of time, because it's clear the folks here have no respect for anyone's time. I called ahead to schedule an appointment, explained to them my issue (tire pressure warning; wanted my tires inspected and fixed), and was told it would take 1.5-2 hours in total to fix it. I scheduled my appointment for 7:15am and was the third customer there.It took them FOUR HOURS to inspect my tires and replace two of them. I didn't leave until after 11am.I expressed multiple times that I was in a rush (needed to leave town that morning) and was told on that phone that it would only take 2 hours, and they continually just told me "the person on the phone shouldn't have promised you a time." So then... fix your policies. The customer should not be waiting twice as long as they were told. Many other customers came and left in the time I was waiting, and I was barely given an apology. When I complained, I was offered a measly $15 off a $350+ service (and even then, only IF it took them OVER 4 hours).Every time I was given an ETA for the next step, it took almost twice as long as they told me. The diagnostic alone took them 1.5 hours (and when I told them that was the ETA for everything, they said "well you got the answer about what was wrong, didn't you?"). Nowhere else does it take four hours to inspect and replace tires. Avoid.

Came into Honda City this morning to buy a car and had such a great experience. Joaquin Teutla was very professional, timely, and attentive. Such great customer service. If you're in the area and in need of car I would highly recommend Joaquin.

NEVER ON TIME!!!! Will have you sitting for hours for a simple oil change. Even upon arriving no one is ever ready! I sat in my car waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to come out to check me in. When the lady finally reaches my car after socializing with everyone in the vicinity, she proceeds to say I m past the Grace period mark. Calling to make an appointment? No one ever answers the phone and you ll be sent to Joe, Bob and Marsha s voicemail before you ever get through to a real person. Also, everyone at this place always has a bad attitude. I recommend being serviced at a different location.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I didn't mind paying $2,000 to fixed the odyssey trunk motor and replace the lift struct, but they would search your vehicle and steal valuable stuffs. I left my key fob for another vehicle in the cabin ($500 value), and it's gone after retrieving the car, and they wouldn't admit it. These people are sharks. Stay away from this place!!! Bought a Honda CrV at this location and got 2 years of free oil change. Every time I went there, they told me my crv needed parts changed and they wanted me to do unesesary services. Each time they wanted me to spend between $250 and $450 on services.. On a brand new car!I've had other brand new cars and never had parts or expensive services recommended by the dealer. I feel bad for the people who go to this place and fall for it.Forgot to mention to check the receipts before you pay. They add misc charges to rip you off. I noticed a misc charge $9 and the cashier couldn't explain what it was for.

For those that are complaining about having your time "wasted". The mechanics do not work for you. They have various other cars they are working on at the same time. So for you to think that they should drop another customers vehicle to accommodate you is beyond entitled. Get over yourself. And for the guy crying about tire pressure, the porters could have cleared that issue up with you having to make an appointment. Stop crying.

You guys are the best,The story is:I got tired of dealing with other dealers and used cars, I contacted mike ( god bless you brother) and he told me to not worry everything will be fine, and he said he will take care of me.To be honest I did not believe him in the beginning, then I went to his office after a whole week sending him messages to make sure I wont get tricked like other dealers.He sit with me, and showed me the cars, once I choose one, I did not like the price.He asked me to what price will fit my budget, and I can tell he kept back and forth to the finance manager her name (carolina waluszko)I promise I felt bad just how much mike tried to make me happy and he did his best with her.Carolina she came outside to talk to me, usually the finance managers they dont involve with the sale process. But she went to where I was sitting, and gave me extra stuff on my car and discount for the roof holder package.At the end, everyone finished their shift, and its the time to go home, but Carolina was there still trying to make the deal fit me she was late on the closing hour for hour and half.You guys are the best, great customer service, great deals, and negotiable prices, basicly they dont want your money as they want you to be happy.Not like other homda dealership I had bad experience with

Horrible experience. Half of employees not wearing masks despite signs on the doors. Used McDonald s cups in the cashier window on the customer side. And tried to upcharge me for $1,200 of routine maintenance on my car. Will never be back. A truly disappointing experience for what ended up being the most expensive oil change I have ever had.

My husband went to get a oil change was waiting for them to take the car in and a guy told him he was late for the appointment when he was waiting their for 45 min until some guy told him he was late and that he wasn't going to take the car and that my husband was late and that if he wanted him to roll the camera back to show my husband he was late. This place is the worst i will never recommend this place if i could give zero star i would.

I had seal that was leaking in the front axle. They were efficient called the warranty company to make sure everything was covered, they noticed some bolts were rusted out because of the leak and made sure those were replaced, so that I didn't have another issue.

The lobby is nice and cozy with good entertainment. The auto service I received was good especially with the coupon but then my car was not washed, reason for the 4stars. I would recommend Honda City to friends and family.

Made an appointment for 3:40pm. The mechanics can t finished their job because they always on the phone. I left at 6:30!!! What was the point of the appointment if you re not gonna check my car around that time!? Waste of my time!!

Scheduled an appointment for a break service with waiting in the lobby option. When I reached over there, I was told to leave the vehicle for a day or two. Immediately left the place and never planning to go back over there:)
