Just purchased a 2024 Honda Odyssey Sport. My salesman Juan Gonzalez was professional, honest and laidback. Working with Honda City Chicago was easy and efficient. I did much of my dealings through email and text and was able to complete my trade in and purchase within 90 minutes on lunch. Highly recommend

My husband and I visited Honda this past weekend not expecting much out of the experience. We had been keeping an eye on a very specific vehicle and they so happened to have it so we went over to see what we could work out. Thankfully we were taken care of by salesman Juan Carlos, who greeted us immediately as we walked in. He was very passive and easy to talk to. He understood what we wanted and our current situation. After test driving the vehicle, we decided to go through the process to see if we could even afford the vehicle. Juan Carlos worked with us till the last minute to get us where we wanted to be. There was never a point in the interaction where we felt pressured to buy the vehicle and he was so nice. We left that Saturday with our brand new CRV happy with our decision. He mentioned being part of the community and that made us feel even better. Truly recommend him for your next car purchase experience.

First off let me tell you that this dealership went above and beyond to help me. Carolina helped me from start to end. I told her my situation and what I was looking for. She didn t try to up sell or under sell me for what I wanted.When I walked in to pick up the car Joaquin greeted me and helped me right away. He was very friendly and took the time to explain things to me and my mom who only spoke Spanish. We were in and out in about an hour. What I like most was everything that was told to me over phone is what I got when I saw all paperwork and signed.Thank you very much.Update 4.2024I updated my 2019 accord for a brand new 2024 accord. There was no hassle. What I was told over the phone is what was presented to me. I was in and out within 2 hours of arriving and getting all paperwork completed. Thanks again. Joaquin was very helpful. Both times I was greeted very professionally and never try to upsell me on something I did not want.

My boyfriend and I came looking at cars, Joaquin Teutla was very helpful and honest throughout the whole process. We ended up purchasing our first brand new car. He speaks both English and Spanish, which ended up being very helpful when it came to explaining things to his dad. Overall a 10/10 experience would recommend asking for him when you come here.

I came in to test drive a couple cars and Kevin C was very helpful with accommodating my budget. He made me a few different offers and was very patient with me to make sure I understood how financing a car works since I've never done it before. He and his manager are knowledgeable and professional. I had a great experience here at this dealership.

I had a great experience at this dealership! I worked with Anai and I m glad I did because she got me into a 2024 when I originally was looking for used vehicles. She was able to figure out a way to accept my trade in vehicle I still owe 20k on with barely no negative equity and 36 months 0 interest. I didn t expect to walk out of there with everything I wanted and the car of my dreams! Thank you Anai you been great and I looked forward to working again with you in the future!

My wife and I went with low expectations to purchase a used car for our son to drive to and from school. We met Kevin one of the salesmen at the dealer - he walked us through the used car inventory and gave us choices of the available cars all while he made us feel like part of his family - never forced anything- honest and genuine!!! We went home that evening with a great purchase and well valued car. We will definitely go back in the near future to purchase another car for our daughter and that Honda Pilot that my wife fell in love with! Thank you Kevin and the Honda City Chicago Team!

Update: Thanks to Cynthia, I can edit/update this review. Once informed of what happened below, Cynthia reached out personally and handled the situation like a pro. She was communicative and proactive throughout the process (even following up on how the service went when my car went in yesterday). She understood and listened to my concerns and that s how excellent customer service should be.Original issue/1 star review:This place sucks. Car was recalled, made an appointment a week ago. Came in today, they don t have the parts for said recall. How do they not order the part in advance? Now you wasted my time and gas to drive here just to be turned away. Management needs to tighten things up over here because every time I come here, service lacks for one reason or another and makes me not want to buy another Honda. Definitely the worse Honda dealership in the city - they should close this one down.

I was assisted by Sergio at Honda City on purchasing my brand new HR-V. While it was a long process and we had multiple questions, Sergio was very patient with us. I would recommend him if you are seeking to get a brand new car and the individuals at Honda City.Overall, the car buying process is hectic but Sergio reminded us that patience is the key! They also have a variety of used and new Honda cars if you are looking for a new car. We walked away with our brand new car and questions were answered and come to an agreement with the purchase of vehicle. Could not happier with my purchase and experience.

I visited this Honda on December 16th 2023 and was very disappointed. I pull up and got out the car and a guy came with a small machine in his hand and pop my hood. I asked him what are you doing? He replied " I'm checking your battery " I said ok. As I approached the desk to one of the desk clerk that ask me " what I came in for? I told him. I waited on my car and he called my name as I walked back to his desk. He mentioned that I didn't decline the services that they recommend for my vehicle. I said can you just write it in there somewhere on my paperwork that customer refused services at this time. The young man that was handling my paperwork work stated " I cannot moved on with the paperwork until you decline services for your vehicle" He wanted me to decline from my cell phone. So I asked " can you give me my bill so I can pay and leave" He stated again and said I can't move on with your paperwork. Which was a lie because a guy walked passed his desk and he said " she ( talking about me) refuses to decline services" He told the young man to proceed with her paperwork. I was so disappointed. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The Same guy that told him to proceed with my paperwork I spoke with that sits all the way in the back at his desk. I mentioned, I felt that you guys held my keys because I didn't decline services that's was recommended for my vehicle. He tell me that's not true. I told him that's how I felt because the young man that handled my paperwork lied and said he couldn't move on with my paperwork unless I go into my phone to decline services. Which was a lie. He type in the comment section, customer refuse services at this time. I was so disappointed when I left. I mentioned to him I will not be back and he acted like he didn't have a care in the world. He tells me that's their policy and procedures. I said to hold customer keys until they decline services. As long as I pay my bill it shouldn't have been nothing else said. I told him I have never been to a dealership that said that. I feel to hold a customer keys until they decline services is bad business. I hope the owner see my review and re-train their staffs of how to treat customers. I will not be back.

Just bought a Mercedes C300 2022. Juaquin Teutla was the person who helped me out. He was very professional, honest, and friendly. I actually wanted to see how much the car is going to cost me, and how different it's gonna be from the price that I saw on carfax, but I ended up buying the car. He got me a good deal. The whole process took less than two hours, and I'm taking about the test drive, paper work, getting a loan through them from US Bank. One thing that I have to recommend is to get the car loan directly from the bank. I think you'll get a lower intrest rate. Other than than, I bought the car few weeks ago, and I love it.

I loved my experience with Juan and Renato!! They were very welcoming and informative! Juan came back with multiple deals for my monthly payment and I loved that he provided options! Then he contacts me the next day to check on me. I am so glad I went here instead of the one Downtown.

If you are a first time car buyer, completely avoid this place at all cost. Especially the salesmen who goes by Jose ( bald guy ) I came in there pretty clueless sure which is my fault. I m young looking to buy my first car and these people absolutely SCREWED me. Tying me into a financer that s basically ruining my life at the moment. They took all the money I put down as a form of payment for warranty s that were literally worthless after 6 months. Everytime I call to try and speak to their ONLY person in charge of their finances i immediately get sent to a voicemail and I ve left 2 voicemails with my concerns and questions. With no reply ever. It s been a year I ve had this car and it s been the worst decision I ve ever made in my life. If you are young and looking to buy a new/used car & have money saved up AVOID THIS PLACE & go to a reliable dealership.Also make sure you actually go on a test drive, they took me on a 2 min test drive and when I took Nissan Altima home, the very next day when I hopped on the highway I noticed all the brake pads were pretty much non existent and it needed a serious alignment. Who in the world expects that out of a car they just took out of the lot that s a year 2020Do not trust this places reviews either, they are completely forged and made up most of the time. You can even see it s the same recycled comments over and over again

Today January 23!! I make appointment for 3:45pm travel from 175st and kedzie hazel crest town was a bad day rain, snow, traffic I make 30 minutes from 83st and Pulaski to the dealer I was there 4:05pm they told me only got 15 minutes tolerance send me to the cashier if I could make a reschedule she told me all technicians are very busy!! They only have appointment next day!! After all the problems to get there they want me do the same next day only for 5 minutes?? I make appointment for another Honda service close to me!! Sorry for 5 minutes u loose a client!!

Solid experience, came in with questions and they got answered in a non-condescending way, also didn t come across in the tacky salesman type of way. Jose tended to us well and knew our situation pretty quickly so we could settle on a design we didn t even realize we could get! Will def look forward to coming back for a second if Jose is here to help us with it!
