I would Highly recommend Joe & His Crew Joe has 50 yrs of experience and the most important aspect is his honesty. I brought my car in today having noise in the suspension. where another shop (that I am not going to name) that wanted to charge me over 1K and Joe looked at the car and the suspension and assured me the car is safe to drive and didn't want to charge me for service I didn't need. and also top off my air in my tires and checked my fluids its a blessing to find this shop by my misfortune with the other places I will definitely be back for all my car needs.

Brought in our 2017 Prius for scheduled maintenance (oil change, etc.) and a couple of dash alert lights. Dropped off car at 8:30 and it was ready at 10:00. The oil and filter were even on sale! Done for under $100, too.Friendly, courteous service was greatly appreciated.

I talked on the phone with Joe, made an appointment letting him know my possible issues with my engine light. Came in and job was done, plus they let me know of possible issues in the future . Professional and quick!

My experience at Hollywood yesterday was great. Before yesterday, when I called, I was able to get an appointment for an oil change very quickly. I didn t have to wait weeks.The price of my oil change and vehicle inspection was completely reasonable and much less than the dealer, of course.I was told I needed new tires and this was a second opinion for me, so no surprises here. Joe sent me my tire estimate in an email later in the afternoon and it was comparable to the dealer estimate a few months ago.Have to save some money for the tires, but overall, I am happy with Hollywood s service and treatment of me, a first time customer.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

This is the best car service I have ever received. The owner, Joe, is a really personable man that provides quality customer service and fair pricing. He was able to work with me and accommodate for my needs in a compassionate manner. They also fixed my car much faster than anticipated. I used to have trouble trusting auto shops, but not anymore. Joe and his team are terrific. I needed work done on my tires a few months ago. He let me know the brakes would need done, but didn t say I had to do it there. He said I just needed to get it done in the next 6 months. I took it in yesterday, and it was done today. Always great!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

This place is great. Went here twice and had a great experience. Sam was great in going through the estimates over the issues and is happy to accommodate my additional requests. The repair was also quick and got my car the next day over exhaust & break repairs. I love Hollywood Services, Inc. Just got my oil change. It was fast. I have a 2005 Scion tC and Hollywood Services is the only place that I trust to take care of her from bumper to bumper. They do phenomenal work and reasonably priced! It's always a pleasure seeing Joe, Sam and the entire team at my Hollywood Services. I think even if I didn't have a car, I would stopped by to say hello. Came to this shop for a wheel alignment. After this was done I noticed the alignment was much better, but still off by a little bit. I called these guys again and they booked me an appointment for the following day no questions asked. They corrected the issue immediately. Now my steering wheel is completely straight. I m happy they actually fixed the issue instead of trying to convince me they did the job right the first time to turn me away like other shops or re-charging me to do the job again. The guys that took care of me were very nice too. Not to mention, the price was reasonable. They earned another customer for future business. Service: Wheel alignment

Great service!I ve been using Hollywood Services since I moved to the neighborhood 7 years ago. They always explain the work that needs to be done and if it was something that presents a safety issue. It s great to have a auto repair shop that s provides excellent work and is trustworthy.

Hollywood auto were absolutely fantastic. I went to four other shops before I settled on this one. They were the most efficient in terms of time spent repairing the car as well as price. The owner went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction and tended to my anxiety about my car and the cost with most care. He worked out several solutions and was entirely reasonable in comparison to the other quotes I received. I feel like I was at a family shop rather than an auto shop. I haven t had to go to a major repair but I go for all my maintenance always good quick service at a fair price. Welcoming. This was quite possibly the best experience I have had bringing my car to a shop. I had an issue and I did not know what was exactly wrong. I was able to get my car in quickly and calling to book an appointment was super easy. When I brought my car in the next day everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.Joe took a look at my car and not only diagnosed and fix it quickly but when I came to pick it up he wanted to make sure I truly knew what was wrong. I really appreciate him taking the time to make sure I understood the issue. The fix was very affordable and I fully intend on bringing my car back with any future issues. I would recommend Hollywood Services, Inc. to any of my family or friends!

Because of Joe and his team, this shop is my forever auto mechanic repair shop. My wife and I brought in our 2010 Subaru Forester in need of a new engine. When we came in we thought we'd have to take our car out back and send it off to the big auto shop in the sky; thankfully, Joe and Sam had better ideas. They not only gave us multiple options on how to proceed with our car's engine replacement, they were honest, helpful, and patient while we weighed our options for repair. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks about a mechanic! Everyone I interacted with here was kind, helpful, and knew what was up. Honest, reasonable, and amazing communicators! My Honda wasn't turning on. I called to see if I could have it towed to Hollywood and the men at the garage walked me through an array of tests I could preform to see if there was something I could do to get it running myself. When these ideas didn't get my beloved car running Hollywood did a deep inspection on premise and got her back up and running. They communicated with me every step of the way, were upfront and honest, and very reasonable. I feel they respected me like a favorite daughter. Very good place to go for repairs. They know what they're doing, give it to you straight and tell you what needs to be done, how much it costs, how long it takes, and don't try to rip you off with any unnecessary repairs. Very professional mechanics. They also have a nice waiting area with coffee and TV while you get the work done. Joe's very welcoming and helps you out however he can. I'd highly recommend them-- it's hard to find an honest repair shop nowadays! A+Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Amazing service! From the moment I walked in customer service was number 1 priority. I had to take in my car to get some repairs fixed caused by another mechanic. this is the only mechanic i'll go to! i know little to nothing about car-related stuff but joe and samir are always willing to tell me the honest truth and explain things to me in simple terms! they truly care for their customers and you can tell they love what they do! i'll be coming here as long as i'm a car owner and as long as they're open!

These guys are the absolute best. We've been taking our 1996 Subaru here for years, and I cannot say enough about how good their service is. They always find a balance between what's best for us and our car, and what's worth investing in or not. They don't charge you for unnecessary services and are honest & upfront about the cost of the work they're proposing. Their turnaround time is fast and they're really nice guys as well.
