I can't recommend High Point Auto Service enough! I hit some black ice back in January and needed to have the whole front bumper of my car replaced. Robert was so helpful throughout the whole process and worked with me to contact my insurance company and even arranged for a rental car for me. They did a great job with my car and when I got it back, the whole front of my car looked brand new. Thanks, Robert!

High point auto was able to fix my 2018 Ford Focus and replace my transmission. I was impressed with Fred and Robert. They did an exceptional job of working with me on the financial aspects; as well as they were veryKind. They only want to help people by getting them back on the road. Highly recommended them for car issues and maintenance!

Very honest people, have to them for bulb replacements, wheel alignment, battery cable replacements, everything. They are quick, clear and always let you know when there is a cheaper option. Honest people, can t recommend them enough!

Had an engine light come on. Dropped it off on Monday monring, got updates via a phone call Monday night and Tuesday night. Picked it up Wednesday and it drove like a dream with no warning lights on. The shop handled all the communication with my warranty company Silver Rock, fixed an issue with the oil pan, and filled up my oil. Saved me over a grand on a repair!! I'll be coming here for all future repairs and oil changes. Highly recommend!!

I can't say enough good things about High Point Auto. They provide top-notch service with a smile. I highly recommend High Point for both body work and mechanical issues. We have a 2016 Honda van that's been retrofitted with a ramp to accommodate my wife's disability. That involves complicated issues. It was hit by another car and required really major work. High Point did a great job on the repairs, did them as promptly as they possibly could, helped me deal with the insurance company, kept me informed every step of the way as to exactly what was going on with the car. They really understood how important that vehicle is for us. They have done other work since and continue to do excellent work. I can honestly say that providing quality service is just as important to them as getting paid.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Electrical repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Brought my car here for bodywork after an accident. Fred worked with me from start to finish, even contacted the Rental Car company for me. Very professional, great work, and reasonably priced. I've now brought both of our cars to High Point. For our newer car, they made accessing Carvana's warranty easy and painless, and even called when they suggested a $20 upgrade. Very impressed. So much so that when our older car had battery problems, we brought it here. They spent a lot of time discovering OnStar was draining its battery, which we have never used even. They were thorough and respectful. I will be returning.

I highly highly recommend High Point Auto Service! I was recommended them by a friend when I was in need of service after a car accident urgently and quickly. They are easy to access off public transportation if you need to take that while your car is in the shop. They are honest and kind and explain exactly what is happening with your car and the process they will use thoroughly. They work with you and are efficient, hard working, and excellent! I will definitely be going back for regular oil changes and any other services my car needs!

I just picked up my vehicle from High Point Auto and it looks absolutely gorgeous, like brand new. They do amazing work here and are very kind and honest, and they even dealt with the pain of my insurance company for me. Thank you so much Fred and Robert, you guys are great and I definitely will be bringing my vehicle back for any future repairs.

I came home from a Holiday with my family to find that both headlights were out. Every place was booked and High Point was no different. But Jeff was great to work with and took time to take my car in and help diagnose the main problems right a way. When speaking with Jeff, he took great care and explained to me the electrical was shorting out the circuit on my 2006 Altima. It was a great educational moment and he was never talking down and very genuine. I greatly appreciate to have High Point Auto in the neighborhood and they will be my go to, next door, car maintenance from here on out. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Check engine and VSC lights came on in my 2005 Lexus on a Friday afternoon. No dealer could look at the issue for several days. A quick Google search brought me to Fred. He took the car Saturday morning and repairs were completed that following Monday. Price was very reasonable. Now I got a guy too.Service: Engine repair

I had a very mixed experience with High Point. I was referred to High Point by a friend, and decided to go after seeing lots of great reviews. I had some necessary work done on my breaks and wheels, and I believe that work was done well and priced fairly. But Fred also told me that I needed to have my control arms and struts replaced, to the tune of over $1000. He made it sound extremely urgent, but I trusted my gut and got a second opinion on the work at a local Ford dealer. They double checked everything for me and found no problems whatsoever, and then they took care of the alignment Fred claimed he couldn t do until the control arm repairs were completed. I can t help but conclude that Fred wildly mislead me about the work my car needed, and almost cost me a huge amount of money I can t afford to lose. I won t be returning, and I strongly caution others who use High Point auto about accepting any recommended non-routine maintenance.

For anybody that moves to a new city, it can be extremely difficult to find a decent, fair, and honest mechanic. I was lucky in that I found a shop that meets all three. I've been going to these guys for 2 years now, and every experience is better than the last. I recommend these guys to anybody. They are competent, fair in their pricing, and are willing to work with you. They also do a good job fast. Car is always ready in a day or two, depending on the repair.Side note, saw some bad reviews that these guys had an attitude. Not once have I had this experience.

On Jan 22,2022 I took my car in because heating gauge was working properly. Once I shut car off the fan kept running for about 3 mins. They replaced Coolant Temperature Sensor Switch and replaced Antifreeze. Took care of the rear brake light on the house. I can honestly say, Fred and his workers are honest with what's needed to be fixed and they will show you the parts that was replaced. I trust their work and knowledge.

I took my new car from Carvana here to be checked out. Fred was very thorough in his explanations and accommodating to the timeframe that I needed the work done. Great communication, efficient service, trustworthy. Great place to bring your car.

When I had my bumper replaced last year, High Point was honest and on top of the other guy's shady insurance company. They really came through in a rough time. For a smaller recent repair, they were super-quick and took really good care of me and the car!

I appreciate their communication and work ethic. They repainted my bumper and fixed some engine problems. My bumper actually looks better than new. Definitely worth every penny. Very friendly staff as well.
