I m so glad I took my car to this shop. The shop was nice and clean and the workers were extremely friendly. I described the problem I was having with my car and within 20 minutes it was fixed and they didn t charge me an arm and leg. I highly recommend them!!

I spoke with Jeff before coming and he did the inspection. He overstated several issues.... He told me I NEEDED new brake rotors, not knowing I had them changed only 6 months ago. I presented my receipt. The story started changing. Stated the rotors they put on must have been defective... He told me I had a severe oil leak - leaking into my engine. Said my oil would be low & engine could lock up. I NEED to have it corrected asap!! Then I asked him to check my oil level. It was full and clean! He then stated oil could have been added. (No oil was added). Stated other possible reasons, but none applied. ... While the labor charge may be lower than most, the repair prices are much higher.... my quote was about $1500 and they would have to keep my car overnite. I went back to where my brakes were originally done. They quoted me $900 , total & same day service!There were at least 5 or 6 other false statements Jeff gave me. ... I was generous with the stars because the shop was clean, looked well maintained. The wait time was minimal (I was the 2nd customer). The workers, Will & Jeff were very pleasant and easy to understand. .... I do not recommend this place for repairs. However, it seemed to be a good place to get the $85 diagnostic test & print out, which waa the reason I came.

Great mechanics, they don't try to cut corners. If it don't need addressed, they don't try to launder extra money out of customers. Great customer service!

This shop was recommended to me by a friend. I was not pleased with the customer service. The business requires some customers to pay a deposit depending on their relationship with the shop. This is something that I have not experienced in the past. This is something a customer should be told before dropping the car off for service. I received a call to pay for the parts over the phone. The associate was unable to process my payment properly. I had to drive back up to the shop to process the payment. The owner of the shop was rude and aggressive as I attempted to explain my frustration with the process. Not once did he offer an apology for the inconvenience. Nonetheless, I will never use this shop or recommend to anyone. Definitely a thumbs down!

Great, great, great!!!! Very friendly, professional, affordable, local and fast! Brought not one, but TWO cars in on a Monday morning and got both back Tuesday afternoon. The mechanic John was very accommodating and nice. I also appreciate how they give you updates on your vehicle and tell you when it's ready. There has been plenty of times were in brought my car to some big name place and they keep your car for weeks and you call and it has been ready for pickup for days! -_- not here though! I highly recommend this place and will be coming back if I have any future car issues.

Wonderful place. These people are professional. I sent to several places in this area before and there was always something wrong with my car. Took it to Halsted Auto and no more problems. This is a neighborhood spot. I recommend all my friends to come here.

They are fraud charges a arm and leg and my problem was never fixed very . I put my car in for a antifreeze leak got it out and it was still leaking after I played almost 800 dollars
