I came out to my car in my parking lot after being sick and not driving it for two weeks to find a cracked windshield. As usual the insurance deductible for glass was higher than most places but just barely. I called several places and they all quoted me almost $500. Grand Auto Glass quoted me less than half of that, and had my windshield ordered and ready to be replaced the next day. It only took an hour and a half on a busy Saturday and they were super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

These guys are THE BEST in Chicago. HIGHLY recommend. They had me come right in, no waiting, fixed my broken passenger window ( I got broken into last night) and they were by far the best price out of the 10 places I called and the only one that would service my car same day. 5 stars.

I was afraid when I saw all the bad reviews because I had booked an appointment in haste since I'm moving to Nevada and needed the work done before I get there..I had a 2pm appointment and the entry door was a bit obscure so that was slightly frustrating. I had to pull into the garage and was not greeted by anyone so I'm a little more peeved.However when I went inside the counter clerk was very nice and helpful and I was pleasantly supposed with the work that was done.

I came in today I spoke to him he s nice explained about the windshield what gonna happened . He took care of me right away.replace my windshield even Carmen the front desk she very nice Custumer service is 100% very good. It s my 1st time to go in their shop. I have a 2010 Dodge Caliber and I had cracked the windshield. I called around and was quoted 300 + dollars. My budget was 200 so I called Grand Auto glass on a whim the receptionist was very friendly she told me she had the glass and it could be installed for 140.00. She told me first come first serve so I arrived at 8 the next morning. The installer told me they would have it installed in 2 hour. The service was spectacular the employees were friendly and the installation was perfect. They are known for tinting windows but I would highly recommend for any glass instillation....Service: Auto windshield repair

I highly recommend these folks! I was a victim of the TikTok Hyundai/Kia car theft challenge. My insurance company referred me to Safelite to repair my busted window. They quoted me over $400 and the soonest appointment was in two weeks! Grand Auto Glass was able to take care of me the same day and for way less than Safelite was quoting. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.Service: Auto power window repair

Outstanding costumer service and quality work. Called ahead to confirm they had my part and they were able to install right away. They were able to take care of everything quickly and at a fair price. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

This place is great. I had my windows tinted within 30 minutes of arriving. Quality work and only cost $50 with a lifetime warranty.

The wait took a little bit. But quick and easy repair from a passengers kid who decided it would be a fun time to key the inside of my car window of my new car. I've been here many, many times. Very fast service and the lowest prices of any auto glass shop in the city. Highly recommend!There's nowhere to go in the neighborhood so bring something to read while you wait.

Messed my windshield wipers up replacing the windshield. Now I have a rubber mark on my 2020 vehicle where wipers rubbed my paint job.

I've been going here for years, more than 14yrs. Today I was treated like I was an intruder by one man (kind of messy black hair sticking out of his hat and a black mustache). The shorter guy with low cut hair & the lady in the office were nice. The other man literally made me feel like he wanted me gone, for no reason at all. He was rude, belligerent, pushy and cold. If I were them, I'd never let him have contact with customers.I will now be advising my company (fleet vehicles) to not use them, and everyone else I see I will tell.

I'm In love with my Tints, got them done the Same day I called about them. I highly recommend this place, tints looks professional & they give you a Lifetime Warranty. I drove a Hour out but if was Worth it! Prices are The best. Great Service!

This place was the cheapest around my area, they were very nice, I called a few times to get an estimate for my cracked windshield, they were consistent with the price when other places kept fluctuating. I was in and out, I waited about a month to submit this review just to be sure there were no leaks or issues! Definitely keeping them in my rolodex!!Great service!

These guys do amazing work for a reasonable price and throw in a lifetime warranty. The lady behind the desk is very friendly also. They tinted 5 windows for me (4 side and rear) for $160. Took them about 2 hours. They were pretty busy, so it appears scheduling hours in advance is best, although a few people appeared to just walk in. They were also $60 cheaper than another place I called for the same work.

Best deal in town! I've been coming to this place for over 10 years with several different vehicles. Their customer service is fantastic and they stand behind their jobs. I had them tint windows on a truck I had for over 8 years and there was never an issue with pealing, fading, or air bubbles. Not to mention, they are super fast and had me in and out in under an hour on the last truck I had windows tinted on, which was about a month ago. I can't say enough good things about this place, and I wouldn't go anywhere else should I need window tinting in the future!

They helped me in a very time efficient manor. The waiting area was set up very safe. And what I found very refreshing is that, they make payment methods & timeliness according to & close to what you can afford. I'll definitely recommend & also go back again if need be!
