Great place they do good work if your car not running right after they do work on it they will get it right if they can't fix it they will give you advice who may can fix it

Shop not trustworthy! Charged $450 for just half the muffler and when I drove off the back of the muffler fell off! On top of that, he took my car to a different shop and refused to let know me know who did the work. Refused to offer refund. Would not recommend.

I love this shop from now on this is the only shop I m going to ever they made sure they handled my truck with care and got me back on the road and helped me fix what was needed to pass emissions test they are awesome

Really Good people to work with and very comfortable if you take your car to this guy you know u and good hands because he will take care of it So yeah I recommend him

I cannot say enough good things about the gentleman that helped me. I can't remember his name because it's been at least 4 years since I visited. But I remember how kind, professional, and knowledgeable he and his staff were. They got my car back to working like new. I never hope to need auto repair, but I would highly recommend The Good Samaritan.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair

The repair work was satisfactory. However, the shop charged me a 3% surcharge on my debit card payment transaction, and the charge was not revealed until after the receipt was printed. In addition, the garage repair guy who sees customers first is rather surly, so don't wear your thin skin.Service: Steering & suspension replacementService: Steering & suspension replacement

Jacques It's friendly, honest, and will work with you as far as pricing but workers need to take a refresh of course because when they replaced a part, I had to look on YouTube to see how to reset A1 on code after they finished oil change.

Jacques truly IS a Good Samaritan and is eager to help his customers with their auto repair needs. Pepe is a very competent mechanic and I feel good knowing that I have a auto repair shop I can trust. I drive about 20 miles out of my way to bring my vehicles to Good Samaritan and I send everyone I know here too. And the prices are great!!!

This has been hands down my best experience at an auto shop. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, fast, and affordable. Can t ask for more. I went in to get my brakes repaired. They even took the time to show me the old ones and explain how they worked and what caused the wear. I know where I ll be going with any auto needs from now on.

I love this place! Mr. Jacque is so sweet and very professional. I told him on the phone I needed brakes and possibly a compressor for my air conditioner. Before I even stepped a foot inside his building, he came over to my car and looked inside the tire at the brakes and said you only need pads not rotors. Then he said a compressor is expensive so I am going to check everything first before saying you need a compressor. While I was waiting, he gave me some of his delicious Haitian food and offered me something to drink. When he realized it was going to take longer than expected, he drove me home and then picked me up when my car was finished. Also Mr. Pepe was very nice and helpful as well.

Honestly, the guys here are really nice and have good service so I wanted to give them five stars, however, the environment of this place is horrible. For one, it is extremely cluttered and extremely messy as if they are hoarders. The office is very very tiny and it's filthy. They don't have reliable air conditioning or heat so if it's cold out, you will freeze!! And if you wait inside while your car is being worked on, you will constantly be bumped by people coming in and out the door. They have a lot of dust mites so you will leave there itching. That is the most uncomfortable place I've ever been. I suggest if you're going to get your car done here, to take an Uber home and wait. If you aren't comfortable with leaving you car then have a friend go with you so you can wait in their car instead of the lobby. If the environment doesn't bother you then this will be a great place to get your car done

I want to thank the owner for being a great community partner and all of his great work to the community. His repair work on my vechicles over the years and most recently this past week is outstanding. He is indeed a "Good Samaritan" and should be supported for his good work

I bought a black mustang from Gene about 7 1/2 years ago, my daughter (who was around thirteen at the time) used to go by there and talk to Gene when he was not busy. My daughter would talk to him about her plans for college and how she wanted to serve humanity. Of course Gene always encouraged her with family-fatherly-like-advice. He is genuine good people and supports the community. I now live in Joliet, IL., and my daughter is in her second year at Spelman College, I know that Gene will be pleased to hear about her accomplishments. I have never met a more balanced and spiritually connected person.

He dropped an engine in my car and what he charged me was beyond reasonable and he also repaired a couple of minor things free of charge, he definitely didn't have to do that but he says he's not in it for the money . Great guy.
