Gold Sound did a superb job at my dash cam installation. They hardwired the camera system to the car battery (so I can do parking mode recording as well as not have to connect the power into the cigarette lighter) as well as hid all the cables. I had previously installed my dash cam but cables were a constant nuisance in my way, and when I looked up how to hide everything it was a very involved process that I couldn t do. Gold Sound even went above and beyond in hiding the back window cables, you can t even tell there s a camera back there. The owner Sung was also very nice and pleasant to me and my toddler son. He put me at ease throughout the process. I will be coming back to get other auto things installed. I highly recommend!

Mr. Sung (owner) is so nice. He treated me like his daughter even though it was my first time meeting him. He was efficient and gave me great recommendations for my car stereo. Prices very affordable. Highly recommend this place!!!

Sung was great. He didn't try to suggest a new car starter for my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. He tested everything and simply said needed a new FOB. Price was fair and service was great. Definitely will go again! Thanks Sung!

Mr. Park & Mr. Yoon are the best! They are such hard workers and provide extremely fast and superb tint service! Such an affordable price too! Mr. Yoon tinted my 2013 Hyundai Accent with ease! The only place to go in Chicago for tinting IMO!

I showed up very late for my appointment, when they were about to close, but the man was very friendly and stayed late to do the installation (thank you!). Service was quick, price less than at least two other audio installation shops I found, and everything looks and works great.

I called on Friday for a remote starter and installation and was able to get an appointment for Monday. Car was ready in 2 and 1/2 hours. Super friendly and showed me how to use the new key. Lifetime warranty too. Definitely gonna recommend this place to my friends.

What a great experience from a very nice man. Sung was more than fair, fast and took the time to show me how to use my new Viper remote start . I was going to go to Best Buy and they never picked up the phone. So happy I spent the money local. Btw a better price too.. Sung thank you very much my Honda is super happy

I went to go get a harness for a radio and Sung helped me out with putting it together and helping with having my installation easy. The customer service is unbelievable! Thanks again for the help! I ll definitely be back

These guys did a fantastic job on our car! I called to ask about pricing and availability and was able to get in the same day. It took about 2 hours to tint the windows and they made our older car look cool again! They know there stuff and I'll be using them again.

Went in to get an estimate on a new stereo for my 2015 Nissan Versa Note and am very pleased with my new Pioneer car stereo with bluetooth. He did the work while I waited about 45 minutes and helped me set it up. Cash only though. Also got an estimate on window tinting.

This place is great for tints and looking to upgrade your sound. Not only are they fair they are extremely friendly and care about you. Very old school way of doing business and will be recommending to anyone looking to get some of these services done to their car. Outstanding job guys!!!

I was having some trouble installing an aftermarket stereo and called up Gold Sound. Sung picked up and told me to come by.When I arrived, he greeted me at the front, helped me work out what the problem with my system was, and then installed the remainder of it with a neat custom bypass of the troublesome component. along my subwoofer system, for a super reasonable price.Everything works perfectly now. You can't beat that kind of old-school service. If you need work done, head over to Gold Sound.

I stopped by Gold Sound earlier today to have the owner look at my subwoofer that I installed myself but couldn't get working. The owner was beyond helpful. He took the time out of his day to help me find the issue and didn't charge me a penny. Gold Sound provided me with PHENOMENAL customer service and they have officially gained a lifetime customer. I will be going back to get my windows tinted. I look forward to doing business with them again.P.s. I read an earlier review that said POC wouldn't feel welcome here. Just to be clear, I'm Black and I felt welcomed here. Any reviews saying otherwise are COMPLETE BS.

Sung was awesome and able to squeeze me in while other shops had a 2 week waiting period. I was a little surprised by how expensive radio installs and the systems are but these guys charge fair rates so that is nothing against them. Also if you didn't know an after market head unit with GPS is wayyy more than without which I think is weird given you can get tom toms from pawn shops for like 15 bucks but again that is not against them. I'm just a noob giving other noobs the heads up. I got my speakers and unit installed about over a month ago and everything is solid and working great. Thank Sung!

Very busy this time of year with remote start installations, but Sung made time before opening to diagnose some wiring issues quickly and effectively. Will definitely be returning for any needs.

The owner is a man of great integrity and also has an incredible work ethic. Often, places like these can be difficult to do business with and will many times exaggerate a simple problem for profit. My experience with gold sound was just the opposite. In fact, the owner had me help him with some of the diagnosis so that I could see exactly what was needed.

Excellent service at low prices. The owner was very knowledgeable and helped me save money by only installing door speakers. He also explained how my factory amp worked. I highly reccomend gold sound!

I needed a Pioneer AVH-2300NEX head unit installed in my Mitsubishi Lancer. I called Gold Sound and asked for a quote. Mr. Park asked me a few questions (my car's year, make, and model, the type of head unit, etc.) and then gave me his quote. I called at around 1:30PM and he told me the install it would take about 1 1.5 hours and that I could go and get it done the same day I called.Mr. Park is a great guy. He let me help him while I was there, even though I was probably slowing him down. He took the time to show me how everything got installed, wired, etc., so the next time I could install it myself. I love my new head unit and I'm planning on getting a backup camera added. I wouldn't go anywhere else other than Gold Sound to get it installed. I'm probably going to get window tints while I'm there too. 5 stars.

Great service! Got a Bluetooth car radio installed in my car for a reasonable price! Cheaper than if I would have went to Best Buy! And the service was quick and friendly! Highly recommended

Brought my car in today to have a new radio installed. They did it quickly and for a great price. Less than half of what another place quoted me. Very honest and very professional.

I really appreciate this place, good people with nice costumer service fast and efficient I don't think any body can do better prices or faster service ! !To fix the navigation system for my Honda accord I asked almost all the shops all of them sent me to the honda dealer who changed me around 2500$ to 3500$ to do same job...I m really satisfied and i ll recommend this place at 300%T thanks lot guy's
