My transmission repair was unsatisfactory on my SUV transfer case was popping after repairs but the owners at global responded by yelling and acting hostile Instead of listening to my grievance. This person was highly rude and immature and took zero time to patiently explain why it was still popping. He felt his job was greatly accomplished since the vehicle was now driving out of the shop after it had been towed in. I wouldn't wish this business and their bad manners for anyone! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Zero accountability for a job poorly done.Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

No issue with transmission rebuilt satisfied with work but I am upset with the workers they take long to get back to you or not at all. Also workers who were checking my trans parked my car outside after finishing and left it in a street cleaning zone and now I have tickets because of the negligence of the workers.

Very cool employees great customer service fixed my truck and a reasonable time showed me my issues (transmission & transfer case ) costed more then I was expecting to spend but so far no complaints we go back

This the best transmission repair shop. These are good people, you can trust that they are doing a great job & I think their pricing is very competitive. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I don't normally post reviews, but I was so happy I felt I owed them two minutes to do s true. They did a great job repairing my car. I got a great price. I got quotes from two other places and they competitive. I got my car back when they promised. I was very happy.

I've came across Global Transmission by chance back in 2014. My 2002 Honda Accord was needing the transmission rebuilt and EVERYONE was pricing me over 2500 but this wonderful gem did the work for less than 1300. I had 170K miles then and now it's at 213k and she's still going strong.They've done so many other things on my car and the work is exceptional!! EVERYONE needs to bring your car here. You won't be dissapointed.

I took my car to get fixed since I had a warranty and it took three weeks to get fixed and when it was supposedly finally fixed I start driving my car for an hour and it popped the engine light again and I had to take the car back to them again but now it was taking for ever, my car has been there already TWO MONTHS can you believe that and every time I called them they tell me they are already fixing it but I will have to pay for it since my warranty doesn't covered it. One day I went to check my car personally and it was parked outside and I decide to check inside and my surprise was that it had oily fingerprints all inside the car and car carpet not even mention it. Don't waste your time neither your money with this people. They still your money right on your face.

I bought a car from a guy who had a full masterkit rebuild on his trans here. I bought the car from him and 6 months after the mad had rebuilt his trans, 3 days after i bought it there was a trans leak that rendered the car immobile. it was under warranty and took it back and they returned it to me in two weeks. When they did the trans slipped within 3 days. this shop was dirty and had a very unprofessional feel. they did not file paperwork with me nor did they tell me what they did. ever since I got the car back i have been burning trans fluid and the trans drives rough im not sure they actually did anything. I had to take my car somewhere else and do another rebuild. save yourself the time and money and do not go here.

Best experience I have ever had at with a mechanic. They made sure they checked everything on the car before they checked the transmission. He eliminated every other possibility and got it done fast. like 2 days fast...GREAT JOB!

This place is awesome. Grate people best work I had my Mercedes-Benz And Audi trans. Done there would most definitely go back and highly recommend it highly recommend it grate prices to

This place sucks they steal your money even if you have warranty with them they will never fix the car they keep it park out side for weeks . This people need to be sue so the can stop stealing from people

They fixed my car's transmission, but they ruined something else and they didn't want to take responsibility for what they damaged.
