over priced services tried to charge $30 dollars more for tire mounting and balancing then their national competitor. but i saw it coming would never recommend them to anyone .

Incompetent, don't know how to replace hub caps, mine fell off in traffic and I had to find it. It scratched the drivers side of my car and they have no education about physics and are trying not to repair my car due to their mistakes. Customer service is bad.

This place is super fast, affordable, and professional. I had broken the Key Lock to my SUV and EVERY place I called wanted $1-$200 to remove 2 wheel locks. I watched videos on YouTube on how to do it yourself, I just didn't have the tools necessary to pull it off. This place took care of my wheel lock problem in less than 5 mins. Best part, they only asked for $20!!I then blew out a tire hitting one of Chicago's infamous pot hole. Normally my tires run around $2-$220 / each. Garcias had 2 matching used ones to offer me. 1 for $55 the tread was pretty worn down, the other $85 and had good tread life left and matched my other tires well. This time I saved over $120.This is definitely the place to go to. I don't ever write reviews, but I had to for this shop. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Poor customer service. Don t have a working credit card machine and expects for you to walk out of your way to a ATM before they would even start fixing the flat tire, then gets mad when you call them out about their unprofessional business practices.

I called to report a issue with about a repair on a tire of mine and the person that I spoke with was very unprofessional.... He got loud with me and disrespectful... To top things off he hung up on me... Wow never will deal with them again.. Take your business elsewhere
