George is the first and best mechanic I know. He s fair and honest. I always recommend his shop first because I trust George. He is also helping and I mean he will help you fix issues you can DIY. I say go to George!

The owner of this shop "Pete" is a dishonest, opportunist. Pete acts like your friend and takes advantage of victims. Pete makes promises and acts like your friend while he twists the knife in your back. Pete does not comply with Illinois laws. He does not provide a quote. After he completes the work he refuses to provide an invoice. Pete causes damage to your car and denies it. Pete also will cause further damage to your car so he can recommend further repairs, and increase his profits, all the while refusing to provide quotes, invoices, or a reasonable explanation for his service. Avoid G&G at all costs. He also will screw you on a U Haul rental. Pete is a dishonest crook who should not be in business.

As a new customer, George told me he replaced my radiator. I took it for a drive, for one day, and the car over heated. I took it to another mechanic and they showed me that he pour water in my radiator. When I called George about my car, his reply was to take the thermostat out and that he doesn't want to here it. He is suppose to be the trusted mechanic in the neighborhood. He is nothing but rude and yells at his customers. Not only has he yelled at me, but I have been there where he yells at other customers as well. If you want you car fixed, he is not the person to go to.

George has done alot of nice jobs on my car. He knows alot about cars. He is honest and prompt. I'd give him a medal.
