Refreshingly direct, honest, and fairly priced. They believe in getting their hands in and finding the root of the problem, not just reading our codes and upselling a solution. Antonio in particular was knowledgeable and helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. Cannot recommend this place enough.

This place is transparent and upfront in their diagnosis and pricing, very communicative throughout the entire process, pleasant to deal with and reasonably priced. They won't try to sell you what you don't need or overcharge you for what you do. If you want to be treated with respect and decency despite knowing nothing about your car, this is your place.

Solid work, extremely fast, and very good customer service. Have taken our cars there a few times and haven t dealt with any shady suggestions beyond the normal upselling that occurs anywhere you go.

I had a great experience getting my impala repaired here. Antonio was very communicative and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and walk through the options. Prices seem reasonable, final payment matched the quote exactly.

I Wanted to share my experience.One evening at close to 6 pm my mini van wouldn't start, I searched for nearby car repair shops and called G and G.Antonio answered right away and arrived to me in about 10 minutes! AmazingHe jump started the van no problem and I thought I was off, but not so fast, Antonio informed me that he noticed the issue (a loose connection to the battery) and told me that if I don't fix it the van will continue not to start next time. He said he could fix it right away if I drove to his shop, (about 10 minutes from where I was parked) so I did just that. Sure enough he knew exactly what to do and even had the exact metal spacer to fix it when it wouldn't tighten properly.I really appreciate the service especially as it was after 6pm and many shops were already closed.Antonio was super nice, thank you Antonio!

Good people here! You can tell they re honest mechanics. I have a diesel box truck and was broke down across the street from this place. They don t even work on these heavy duty trucks but the owner came out and fixed me right up. I cancelled the tow truck. No charge but I am definitely going to be giving him a call this coming week and cashapp him or something.

My SUV had a "Check Engine" light on and was shaking a little bit.I drove in and spoke to Antonio (the owner) who was super nice and patient in explaining to me what the problem was. A coil replacement and oil change later - I have my truck back as good as new. They do great work at a reasonable price, and their waiting room is clean with cable TV and magazines to pass the time! I highly recommend G & G Auto.

Finally a place I can trust with my cars! Tony is very thorough and honest. He works as hard as possoble to complete the repairs for you at a decent time! My cars felt and sounded great after we got them back. I mean how often do you find a car place with 5 star reviews?! They've always done an amazing job on my car. I've shopped around since coming here really only to be more informed. But even other mechanics have agreed. Antonio catches things a lot of mechanics don't, he does the job right, and doesn't overcharge. 10/10

I have been getting repairs from him over the years! He does a great job informing you about the parts and explaining the work that needs to be completed. I had lost trust with service departments at Dealerships and with mechanics in general. However, my trust has been regained with G&G. Keep up the great work!

Tony is straight forward and professional. It's conveniently located and easy to find. I got a new engine and radiator and very happy with experience. Its priced for the work, and since i drive for work, i prefer higher end work vs not.For big projects like mine, i recommend. Thanks guys.

I drive all the way from Romeoville il to take my cars to this shop for repairs, Antonio is honest and him and his partner do good work at a fair price, as long as this shop stays in business I m not taking my cars to no body else.

I really can't say enough great things about this shop. Awesome service, no bs, no upselling. Very quick turnaround. A Chicago gem. I'll take my stupid old Subaru here for as long as I live in Chicago
