Great Place.!!Extremely knowledgeable and Honest. Took my car here after have a different mechanic diagnosis it, and it turned out to be less of a problem then I was originally told. Cheaper too.!!*Thanks for your Help guys*Highly Recommended

They are great and take time to make sure everything is done properly. Reasonably priced and the customer service is excellent with Giles. Finally took my car to Frank s based on a recommendation from a family member that I had put off because it was kind of far from me. I had been driving my Toyota Highlander for months despite its Entune System (basically car s electronics/infotainment operating system) complete failure - no radio, no map, no monitor, no backup camera, no compass, hell remote didn t work so car would not even lock if it was off! Been to three other mechanics and each basically referred me to a dealer to have it all replaced. Dealer said would be all Reconditioned parts and a lot of labor - probably $2000 or more of work. And no guarantee. I took it to Frank s and Giles ran some diagnostics and examined the engine and resolved the problem in two hours. Saved me a ton of money and a huge hassle. THIS PLACE KNOWS HOW TO FIX CARS AND TREATS CUSTOMERS HONESTLY AND FAIRLY!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!Service: Electrical repair

Hi Frank and your staff for a extremely long time I will never go to any other mechanic then you and your staff. I trust you 1000% and anytime I hear anybody looking for a mechanic I always recommend you. I want you to know how grateful I am for the great job that you have done with the many cars that I have had I am always at peace with myself when I know that you are taking care of my car and you and your staff are very kind so with that said thank you so much for always doing a great job and always being a very kind man

I had a problem with my car.. Due to the COVID crisis parts were not easy to locate but Giles spent the time to track them down and get them for my repair. Wonderful service overall, he kept me informed of his progress and had the repairs done in a timely manner. Have been using this business for many years for both of our cars and have always had honest, friendly service. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I wish there were more than 5 stars, they deserve a ten!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

I second with all the positive reviews, found this place via Google search. My first experience was very pleasant, my radio wasn't working and they were able to figure out that it is the Fuse and changed the fuse for me without even charging me. I go to this place for any questions/concerns about the car and they explain it patiently. Very honest and I definitely recommend this place!Service: Brakes

Amazing service! We came to Keith at Frank s to get a used car checked out. Keith is so knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of our questions and visually pointed out different parts of the vehicle he was inspecting so we could have a clearer sense of the quality and wear and tear of each part. Plus the office is so clean, warm and cheery. Highly recommend!

I saw the great reviews and decided to check this place out and I wasn't disappointed. Frank is a stand up guy who was helpful and didn't waste my time or was out to make as much as he could when your In a pickle. They're not bad mechanics at Frank's but they charged me 170$ only for looking at the car without notifying me before (like a normal auto shop would do). When I confronted them, they said that I had taken my car there several times and had only paid 500$ overall. So they took it in their own hands to correct this and they said I could go to court if I wanted to and refused to give me the key if I didn't pay the 170$. I realize that they don't want me as a client anymore, since apparently I am not of the profitable kind, but this is no way to treat a client.

Relatively new to the area. I found this place on Google and tried it because of the reviews. I've now taken my vehicle there a couple times. They are very responsive and thoroughly explain every thing that needs to be done. They seem to do great work and I don't think you can beat the labor.

Giles it's fantastic. I have a son with a cognitive disability. He's working on becoming more independent. This man has more than helped him understand what he does or does not need..I never fear that he will be taken advantage of at Frank's... Thank you for giving a Mother some peace of mind... Went in during a blizzard with a bad tire & brakes shot. Great price for all! Picked me up to get my car. Had ALL work done in just a few hours. AWESOME

Great, great service. They only fix what needs to be repaired. Very honest and friendly. They will tell you what you need and how to take care of your car. It's refreshing to find a business that really cares for their customers.

My go to mechanic! Giles has educated me so much on things I never would ve known with my car & also just been extremely efficient with working on the problems I ve had with my car. I ve been taken advantage of by other mechanics and I can say this place will not do that to you.

Hands down most knowledgeable , genuine and honest place I have ever taken my car. My friend recommended this place, and these guys will be my go to guys and I am gonna recommend this place to other people I know. I was running out of time to do Emission test, i had to dropped off my car because i had last minute engine check came up, Gile realized it, he fixed my car and did emission test for me. Thankyou for the exceptional service you guys provide.

Frank told me exactly what s wrong with my car and says that you don t really have to repair it, but, it s your choice, that s an honest mechanic. Other repair shops, will NOT give you a choice or tell you the truth, they want your money as soon as you walk in. This is the second time I've had my car fixed at Frank's (2 separate things wrong). They checked it out, called with details and an okay from me and fixed the car in a timely manner. I'll never go anywhere else!

Recommend by a friend three days ago. Couldn't be happier. The gentleman that saved me from losing my mind was incredibly nice and zeroed in on the problem immediately. I won't go anywhere else in the future.

My family has been coming here for years. Only mechanic we completely trust. Frank looks at any car before we buy it and gives honest recommendations for repairs. If something doesn t need to be replaced, they tell you so.
