I bought 2020 ford escape se eco boost and end up having transmission problem that took almost two months to fix that based on warranty that I have.I didn t even get car rental option for the time they kept the car. After month and half the same problem came on and they did software updates and gave me back the car after 2 days, so after I left the dealer the warning light came back on with 10 minutes.Now the kept the car about two weeks without doing anything for the same issue that I have been dealing with. I am writing this to let you all know that what have been dealing with.please think ten times before you start dealing with this company. Hopefully this would help.

Very friendly and talented staff.Jessica in particular is very nice and attentive and she does a great job keeping you updated via text/call while your car is being worked on.The mechanics are some of the best there are, educated,diligent and very fast working as well.I've been here three times and they always have my car ready within the day.I Highly recommend this place for whatever car needs you have.

Wow, what an easy and fast experience. I hate going to get my car serviced but they were so helpful! Jessica explained everything in detail and I immediately felt comfortable leaving my car with them. Great turn around too! I was very pleased with the communication provided as well as the service itself. Jessica from Ford service was transparent and kept me up to date on the status of my car frequently. As someone who needs their car daily for work, the only downside was that it took two days longer than estimated for the part to come in and be installed. Overall though I had a positive experience with Ford service!Services: Engine repair, Battery

Scheduled my appointment with no issues. Got to the dealership and was greeted by Jessica. She was super helpful and was out in no time. I was also called about extended time needed for the inspection, which help me prioritize things better. Will go back to this place again. Thanks

I would like to take my time and say how attentive and informative Jessica was while I was getting some service done to my car. She formally provided me with updates and communicated phenomenally throughout the whole process. Overall a pleasant experience while I wait. Great Job!

Great experience. Initially I set up an appointment with Jessica and to reschedule due to family emergency. She was understanding and so nice on the phone. On appointment day I dealt with Antonio. He was new, and incredibly helpful. He answered my questions, was patient, and helped me out until I left.

This is the second time I have worked with Fox Ford to repair my car and I am not disappointed. The ease of communication through text is a definite plus! Jessica was timely in her updates to me, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the issues were with my car. Overall, a pleasant experience!

I came here once to purchase my vehicle. This is the first time here since - just for 2 recalls. I was told each recall would take the whole day - so dropping my car off I did one recall. Then scheduled the next recall to be done a week later. When leaving after the first recall, my car lit up like a Christmas tree! All the dashboard lights went on, stating I had numerous issues. My ABS brakes light went on and me and my 9 year old daughter skid though a stop sign unable to stop - the power steering went as well, so I had to power through trying to steer out of the way. This never ever happened prior and happened just after leaving for only a recall. I hope this doesn t happen to anyone else.

If I can give Eli 10 stars I would. I could not say think you enough. This review comes from the heart, I ve been to over 3 dealerships trying to get my lower controls arms changed, each time getting the run around and false promises. Going to fox ford I felt like I was in a dang if yu do, dang if yu don t situation. At this point of going to the 4th dealership, I was loss of hope until I felt the compassion from Eli and car was back as new within 2 days.Thank you all for such the over amazing services that I have not felt from a dealership in a long time! Eli thank yu a million times

I'll be the first to admit I know nothing about cars so seeing my check engine light come on made me anxious. After speaking with Jessica about my problem she eased my fears and we came up with a solution. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I know what to look for in future situations.

I just got my oil changed and it was so easy and reasonable.Aimmey Garcia immediately helped me and made my experience so good I will always come back here.I love their text update feature that pings me the status of my vehicle while I am waiting. It allows me to choose to have extra services added or denied without the pressure of a service writer asking me.I will definitely come back here.Oh, I forgot that Aimmey asked if i registered for Ford Pass to see if I had any points I could use for credit on the service charge, and I remember I did when I bought the car a year ago.So she looked it up and I had enough points so my oil change was free!So that was a pleasant surprise.

Ryan from parts has been a huge help when ordering parts for my Bronco. This guy is not only friendly and professional but goes that extra mile for you.He helped me ordered some Christmas gifts for my family. Aimmey at fox ford was amazing! Gave me options and explained what my car needed very well. Kept me updated on times for the service to be done. She really made it fast and easy! Antonio Coleman did a fantastic job on my Ford Fusion Hybrid. I came in for an oil change, tire alignment and rotation, and a recall (wire replacement). Antonio was thorough, professional, and courteous. There was a little miscommunication, however, Antonio did everything he could to make sure my car was serviced and brought back to me in a timely matter. He also gave me a coupon for the delay. I have to say I went from distress to a smile by the end of my conversation. Also, Nico was an excellent, kind and communicative valet.

I really appreciate the communication and commitment to customer service. Usually get in & out pretty fast and stay in touch with you along the way. I use them not only for oil changes & tune ups before trips but for anything else related to my ford. Dropped my car first thing in the morning. Edgar was a breath of fresh air! He was very pleasant, patient and thorough. He answered all of my questions honestly and politely. He showed me to the waiting area with TV, coffee and water. He text and called me just as soon as my car was ready. Not only does this place offer friendly service but it is easy to schedule an appointment and get in and out. It's a very clean facility and I've actually enjoyed to waiting area while I get some work done!

Boris is horrible! And quite frankly I don't trust Fox Ford service. I had a bad experience with Boris the last time I went in there so when I saw that he was going to be checking in my car I was not happu. The last time I was here they told me I needed hundreds and hundreds of dollars of service that I actually didn't need.I came in for an oil change and wanted to have the AC checked as well.I called yesterday to see if I should bother making an appointment and the woman who answered the phone said that I can make an appointment but if someone comes in ahead of me they would get preference so I question why they even have appointments.Then when I mentioned to Boris I also needed the AC checked he said "well if you don't have an appointment then someone might be ahead of you" They need to get their story straight because I could have made an appointment yesterday so actually went on and made an appointment for 7:30 for the AC while I was standing there.I also asked him about a shuttle or courtesy car and he said they didn't have courtesy cars I had to rent one of their cars and that they didn't have a shuttle. When talking to a manager they actually do have cars that are rental but they give you and they do have a shuttle so I'm not sure why Boris told me they didn't.I was so ticked that I called to talk to the manager and was very frustrated that the manager feels no need to follow up with me and tell me why Boris lied about the shuttle.They basically lost me as a customer. I don't trust them.

Car repairs are a breeze, thanks to Alonso and Fox!Came in for an oil change and vehicle inspection, which revealed I was in need of shocks as well. The parts weren't in, so Alonso followed up and booked me for the next available time that fit my schedule. Everything that was completed was explained thoroughly so I felt confident driving home in my tuned-up Ford. No upselling, no false alarms of changes needed that you know you don't -- and not a whiff of the ick you can sometimes pick up as a woman trying to get repairs done.And seriously, special shout out to Alonso. He's a kind, gentle person that puts you immediately at ease. Showed me where to hang out for repairs and made sure I didn't feel rushed out of the makeshift office space I made when the car was ready (an hour early might I add). He even replaced my spare key's battery!10/10 recommend Fox Ford and 20/10 recommend AlonsoServices: Tires, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wiper blade installation
