Went to him for two jobs, he got each done in a fast, timely fashion.He doesn't charge an arm-and-a-leg for labor.He's done great work on both.Man of few words. Very experienced. He asks for the car model and year, and what needs to be done. And then if you have parts, you give it to him, and he does it. Fast, easy, simple.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

If I could I'd rate not only the owner but the work and customer service a negative rating, which I try never to do but in this situation I feel I was charged way too much for a simple repair on my vehicle. My vehicle was then broken, started overheating and when I went back to explain what happened a few days later, the owner demanded I pay more if I want fixes. The service done was very poor, horrible customer service. Owner is rude and money hungry and a thief, "DO NOT" ever come here to get serviced!

Knowledgeable and affordable. My Sonata had an issue that every other repair shop wanted to bill a crazy amount for and replace the entire steering column to resolve. F-E Auto was able to fix the issue directly, saving me a massive parts fee, and sent me home with a car that drove better than it ever has since I've owned it. I will definitely be returning.

The owner is very rude and aggressive. I just wanted an estimate and work done and he wanted $75 for an estimate! Definitely will make sure to steer my fellow neighbors somewhere else. After having my car for four days he decided he wasnt going to work on it at all. Im guessing he could not figure out what was wrong with it. Too bad, it would be nice to have a good mechanic in the neighborhood.

Mr. Kim is very quiet and may come off as rude; but I need a good mechanic that I can trust, not a friend. I have been taking my car to Mr. Kim for over 10 years now and I totally trust him and his work.

Mr. Kim is honest and knowledgeable. Saved me so much money compared to all rhe other car mechanics-my car is older so I really needed to find an affordable mechanic and this place is it!

Something must have crawled up into a deep-seated part of my engine and died, because it smells vicious. So I went to that Foster Elston Auto Shop. Not the friendliest guys on the planet. They said it wasn't an engine problem & couldn't do anything about it. The owner simply said I needed to go to a car wash & get the engine washed. He wouldn't recommend a place. When I asked him for details, he walked away.Total jerks, there's too many other decent shops in the area to waste your time here.

Did excellent work on my 2011 Tahoe. Repaired my wheel bearing for fair cost on parts and labor.

Mr. Kim is old school so keep that in mind, aside from this. Great place to get a fair deal on auto motive repairs. I haven't been let down yet.

Don't go there. Waste of time! The guy went to pick up a part and was gone for 2h - no wonder there's no costumers. Seriously I don't care if he's cheap or not. Respect your costumers!
