I have had nothing but great experiences here at Fletcher Jones Audi Service center since my first Audi vehicle. I used to have an A3 and they always took care of that vehicle with all its maintenance that was needed. Years later, I upgraded to an A4 and Samir, my service advisor took care of me and gave nothing but excellent service. I truly hope he gets recognized at his workplace for his hard work and excellent communication. Will continue to keep coming here to get all the work done on my car!

My wife brought our 2023 Audi A5 to FJ Audi service for an oil change on 1/26/24. I picked up the car the afternoon of 1/29/24. At the time of the pick up, the service advisor and I sat inside the car trying to reprogram both keys. He did not ask me to do an inspection of my car and I promptly left shortly after. Once I got home, I noticed there are two dents on the hood which were never there before. I immediately texted my service advisor and sent him pictures of those dents. I brought the car back to FJ at 8:35am the very next morning on 1/30/24. I met with both the SA and the Service Manager, Andrew Rajchel at that time to discuss a path forward. I informed them that the car is meticulous taken care off as the hood has a full XPEL PPF with ceramic coating. In addition, neither my wife or I recall any rocks hitting the hood. As you know, the PPF is designed to protect the surface from gravel/rocks and prevent paint chipping. It would have protected the hood if a rock/gravel would have hit the hood. By the shape of the dents, it appears to me that certain tools may have impacted the hood as both dents are parallel to each other with one having a round impact point.On 2/2/24, Andrew phoned and informed me that the dents were already present when the car was dropped off. A grainy photo was sent to me with 2 spots circled representing the "dents". FJ's photo is inconclusive at best since the car was full of salt and the picture quality is grainy. Anyone could have circled any of the spots on the car and claim it is a dent since they all looked the same. I was advised to file an insurance claim to get it fixed.I emailed the General Manager of Fletcher Jones, Dan Flood on 2/2/24 informing him of this situation and he replied on 2/5/24 stating that he "apologizes for the issues you are having but we will not be paying to repair any damages on the hood."I have taken the vehicle to 2 auto body shops and a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) person and all three indicated that it is not possible a kicked up rock could have caused the dents. The shape of the dents were from some sort of heavy impact which caused damage to the hood.My car went to FJ Audi for a simple oil change and came out with 2 ugly dents on the hood. FJ did not take any responsibility whatsoever. I will never bring my business to FJ Audi ever again as I have informed the General Manager. They have lost me a customer for life.

From start to finish, Manuel demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and efficiency.Manuel was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear explanations of the service options available to me. His knowledge and expertise were evident, as he was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and clarity.One aspect that stood out to me was Manuel's quick response and action. He understood the urgency of my situation and ensured that my service needs were addressed promptly. Despite being busy, he managed to squeeze me into the schedule and kept me informed of the progress along the way.Moreover, Manuel's attention to detail was commendable. He went above and beyond to ensure that all necessary repairs were completed to a high standard. I love love love having my Audi serviced here. The workers are professional, respectful, attentive, and the shop is immaculate and clean. Bathrooms are clean and fresh, and they also have teas, hot chocolate and small breakfast items for while you wait. I always have knowledge of what they are going to do and how much it will cost for repairs. They also have a process to take video to show you what is happening with the car. This builds trust and helps me relax. Approvals of repairs can be made via your mobile or laptop. I love it! I recommend them without any reservations.

Fletcher Jones consistently surpasses my expectations. Jonathan was exceptional; he provided a comprehensive video detailing the recommended services for my vehicle, allowing me the freedom to approve the repairs at my convenience. I commute over 45 mins to come to this location. Fletcher will always have my service.

Tony Prusak went above and beyond with my service recently. I ve was under the impression that I had to return my loaner vehicle with a full tank or I would be charged $10 a gallon. I drove my loaner less than 7 miles and when I filled up the tank it was almost $35. When I came in to return the vehicle and told Tony, he immediately called his supervisor and then comped my wiper blades. The reimbursement not only canceled out the gas that I had purchased, but also refunded additional money to me. It was so unexpected and thoughtful of him. It really made my day. As a woman in Chicago, I have experienced sexism more than once when dealing with various services. So it is extremely appreciated to feel like a valued customer. Thank you Tony!

Fletcher Jones Audi offers, top-tier service for my car and amazing customer service for me. The team never fails at being transparent with me. It is always clear what work needs to be done based on those informative video inspections. Their online platform lets me see, and understand the costs and what needs to be prioritized. Coordinating visits has never been an issue. If you choose to wait for your car to be ready, the waiting area has plenty of seating and outlets if you plan to stick around!

Had to have some emergency repairs done to our Q4 after we were carjacked in Chicago during Thanksgiving on a roadtrip back to DC.So pleased we chose Fletcher Jones Audi Service. They did an incredible job getting our car back up to spec.Moreover, Erick and his team were professional, courteous, and always responsive to communication. They would often reach out to give a status update before I had a chance to think about it. I can't speak more highly of our service adviser, he was wonderful. They made an awful experience so much better.

Always had good experiences with the service advisors here. My issue is that they would not preform a simple software update on my 2020 S4 that would've fix the issues with the MMI and audio system without charging me over $1000. Even though I had paid for the extended warranty and the car was only 3 years old at the time.I even expressed interest in trading it in for an SQ7 and my request was still denied. Having owned a few Audi's, this left a bad taste in my mouth. I took my S4 and traded it in the next week at another dealership for another car brand. Why be loyal to a car brand if they aren't loyal to you?

I was in the middle of drawing up a sales contract on an Audi vehicle advertised for sale by Fletcher Jones Audi, Chicago. The salesperson informed me that I had to have my credit run by Fletcher Jones, even though I already presented an approved loan from USAA. He also informed me that I must use their service to register my vehicle because I resided outside of Chicago, even though I also informed them that my states motor vehicle department also confirmed that I should only pay a registration/tag TRANSFER fee because I already have current plates, but he said this was told to him by his sales manager.The salesperson took this information to the "finance person" who tried to convince me that this is standard protocol, but I informed her that in the 20 years that I have purchased over 20 vehicles from Chicago, as an out-of-state resident, and even recently with other dealers in Chicago, this was never the case. I also contacted USAA to tell them that Fletcher insisted that my credit report be pulled again, even though I already had approval from them, and USAA also confirmed as I suspected, that Fletcher did not have to run a credit report to finance/purchase their vehicle. The finance person finally conceded and confirmed that this requirement is for Fletcher Jones, and not industry wide.I believe that Fletcher Jones Audi is conducting business unethically and was using bias and discriminatory practices is this particular sales transaction. I have repeatedly attempted to call Fletcher Jones to speak to a finance manager, but no one answers. This is definitely an indication of why Fletcher Jones has a BBB rating of D-, with a 1/5 customer review.Glad everyone else had such a great experience, which really solidifies this was personal!Dealership - 3Salesperson - 5Finance - 0

It was in good faith that I brought my 2014 GMC to their service based on the thoughts that they might have the first class of experience, technically knowledges, and good service. However, against my believe that I have to say the experience has been ridiculously horrible and the repairs has been unpredictable expensive. Not to mention that the same day that I pick up the car which supposedly be fixed already from their shop , the car shut down while I was driving home on a busy road . As the first pic indicates that it has to be towed back to their shop for unknown issues. The second time I picked up the car, again supposedly be fixed after dropped another $6K , the car started shaking and the transmission light came back on again which was the very first reason I brought the car to them . So, the car was towed back to them again as shown in the second pics. I have this car for the past 5 years. During these years, none of these issues has occurred . It was suppose to be a simple battery replacement. Unfortunately, after $7 K of repairs cost , the car is till at their store . The horrible experience is that , no one has contact me to let me know what s going on, even I have been reaching out to them several times. Beyond disappointed . The management s ability in handling small issues as such is quite disappointing and in capable . The mechanic capabilities is over rated . The shop has not taken any responsibility on their part either financially or customer comfort goes.

2014 Audi S4, I made an appointment 9/1/23. they put me with service writer Nicole. got there to find out even with an appointment it was a 2.5-3 hour wait. failed to tell me that over the phone and drove an hour to get there. no welcome, no offer for an uber, didn't even say hello to me. When i brought in a coupon from their website, she was annoyed. she told me she would give me an update after 2 hours, when that didn't happen and I asked, she said with a loud voice, I told you it was a 3 hour wait and its in the shop. Was very embarrassing and messed up i even had to go ask. Finally, after the wait in their waiting room, she never went over the inspection, didn't bring up anything about the next recommended maintenance or even offer to make arrangements to get it done. Just said your car is fine, here is your bill. When I questioned a $21 environmental fee, she said it is what it is. Told me the price, I paid, and she handed me my packet. No thanks for coming in, no schedule of the other service things I wanted to purchase and do since I drove an hour to get there. She was rude, condescending, and downright mean. once I paid, she said go stand in the car waiting area and they will bring it up soon. then as I'm waiting, she pulls up a previous bill from service i had a year ago here and shoved it at me as she was walking by and said, " see you paid it last time too!" I guess she wanted to prove her point and make a scene. I didn't even ask her to do that. I've never been treated so poorly at a dealer service department in my life. It would take a lot for me to ever come back here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Payed $500 for a diagnosis and car came back with low tire pressure light on and my right daytime light is out ! I m just going to take this as a lesson and never come back again every dog has his day.. but great customer service on that end . She cool in my book

The facility is so nice you might confuse it for a Billy Dec night club! My service rep William is spectacular.There are less expensive places to get your Audi serviced, but simply driving into this "Taj Magarge" makes you feel good.

My service manager is Eric Ponce. I can't speak to the experience with others. Communication is always immediate and relevant. Loaners are ready when promised and pricing, while steep, seems in line with other Audi dealers.

Do yourself a favor and scroll through the reviews. I won't understand how this total rating adds up to 4.5 stars. One third are negative ratings and for a good reason.My wife brought an older Audi to this dealer for an oil change. She happened to bring our daughter with ...normally takes 45 min. What could go wrong? 4 hours later still not done. My daughter was getting hungry and loosing her cool. The manager treated them like an inconvenience and had the audacity tell her that that's normal wait time!!!?? Offered zero remedy or help except for a $20 Uber credit to get home. The wait I could get over...but how you treat your customers, I will never forget.

Each time I brought my car in for simple service, it led to large repairs. I went in for an oil change. They had my car almost 4 months. They end up charging my warranty company 15,000. The next time an oil change was needed. The repairs required were 3200. The warranty company denied the claim do to mileage. Spoke with Johnathn, the technician. He said that the required work enhanced because they were looking to go through the warranty but since that s not an option, he would speak with his manager about bringing the charges down. After I brought the loaner back, I was charged 452.00. I left Audi and was charged an additional 54.00 that I did not authorize. I had to call several days and that and the 250.00 loaner hold. I was also told I needed a wheel alignment. I got a wheel alignment from them a couple of months ago.Service: Brake service & repair

Good service. They have a cool thing that gives you a ride home and back. The service guys honestly really aren't that pushy which is a relief when you own such an expensive vehicle.

Update Oct 2023:I always have a good experience with the staff, they are always friendly and good about explaining things when I ask.They WILL recommend THE MOST amount of work every time you go in for maintenance and sometimes I cherry pick what I want because it's just not necessary to me. I've never felt they PUSHED me into anything at all, which I appreciate.What I have found though, is that you also can't get this work done with certified Audi technicians but a handful of places in Chicago. Your only other real option IN THE CITY is performance vehicle places that quote almost the same exact pricing give or take depending on the job.At the end of the day, when I trade my car in, all the maintenance records will be right there at Audi and that's just one less thing to worry about. Perhaps not a reason to go here, but it's a nice bonus for me having looked at all my options.(Past review)Javier was great!

Service rep did not operate in a timely manner. They were more focused on selling service opposed to helping resolve my concerns. Didn't provide a loaner vehicle as requested. I was charged more than $770.00 for things I told them.was wrong with my vehicle. I don't recommend utilizing this service center if you can avoid it.
